Wayne, you had better start concentrating on moving Canada's exports away from the US and finding new markets. If Trump doesn't close the US borders to trade his followers will be very angry, as this was one of the leading points of his campaign.

@John Gallant Perhaps Wayne Easter and many Yankees should review pages 1 and 2 of this old document ASAP.

Wayne Easter, who co-chairs the Canada-United States Inter-Parliamentary Group, says now that the voting is over the political reality will set in for president-elect Donald Trump.

The Malpeque MP said cooler heads will prevail now that the United States election has been settled.

MP Wayne Easter says cooler heads will prevail now the U.S. election is over.

"The election campaign is over. He has to depend on everything he does getting through a Republican dominated Congress as well even though he's a Republican president they're fairly individualistic as senators and congressional reps in the states and so he's going to have to work with them," he told Island Morning.

Easter said most of the elected representatives in the U.S. make their decisions on fact-based research, not rhetoric.

He added he hoped the new president wouldn't damage the trade relationships P.E.I. has for fish, potatoes and aerospace.

CNN host totally owns Trump lawyer Michael Cohen

Michael Cohen, executive vice president of the Trump Organization and special counsel to Donald Trump, has delivered some of this campaign’s indelible media moments. Like the time he threatened a Daily Beast reporter looking into Trump’s history. Or like the time he told CNN that Trump’s claim about Mexican “rapists” was “potentially and partially true.

He upped his game in an interview this afternoon with CNN host Brianna Keilar. At issue was the Trump campaign’s shakeup, in which Breitbart News exec Stephen Bannon and pollster Kellyanne Conway were brought in to right a flopping campaign. Cohen wasn’t buying the “shakeup” premise and insisted that Trump was merely adding to the “existing group of winners that he has hired for the campaign, which is still hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people less than the number of people at the Clinton campaign,” said Cohen.

That testiness begat more testiness. Historic testiness, in fact:

Keilar: You say it’s not a shakeup but you guys are down.

Cohen: Says who?

Keilar: Polls, most of them. All of them?

Cohen: Says who?

Keilar: Polls, I just told you. I answered your question.

Cohen: Okay, which polls?

Keilar: All of them.

Cohen: Okay, and your question is?

The transcript is wonderful; the video (embedded at tweet above) is unforgettable. Please, CNN and other news outlets: More Michael Cohen.

This sniveling idiot tries to look tough, but I always get the feeling he's on the verge of tears. Looks like Trump went from big league nasty Roy Cohn to a bargain basement wannabe. Cohen is so inarticulate he's just painful to watch.

We have to realize that whoever works for Trump has to behave as Trump does.

His extreme behavior comes partly from his personality and character disorder as a psychologist called it, from his training at the military high school, and from the extreme guidance, courtesy of his late, ruthless and long time lawyer Roy Cohn who taught him to fight everything.

What kind of an @$$hat would be an attorney working for Trump?

I knew this Cohen guy reminded me of someone....

Brianna was succinct, professional, to the point, and exposed this mobster lawyer wannabe for the empty suit windbag he is. I can't recall anyone ever so completely humiliate themselves in just three seconds as this moron. CNN, give us more Brianna, please.

While politics has always been a blood sport since the beginning of time, recall the Hamilton vs Burr duel etc etc, this Trump character is straight from central casting that PT Barnum used,it saddens me that so many Americans are falling for this clown.I despise Clinton as well, thanks to all you voter's for giving us this hideous pair.

Haven's plans are perfect. They deserve each other.

My only concern is to choose the best of the two who can run this government and do what is good for the American people.

Yes, Hillary is not my cup of tea but she is much better than Trump for what I need for this country. I am not going to marry her or anything like that.
Because Bannon's Breitbart is a major node in the Conservative Disinformation Network, we can probably expect better-crafted lies from the Trump campaign.

Chuckle.
If I ever get into trouble with the law and have to go to court, this is the guy I would want for a lawyer . . . for my opponent.
You have to wonder at the mental universe Michael Cohen inhabits.
Good for Briana. So many of the hosts, Wolfe comes to mind, sit there while Trump surrogates spout misinformation and downright untruths, with blank stares on their faces. It seems that these Trump surrogates dominate the air time which is fine with me as long as they face a strong challenger like Briana. You go girl.

He was clearly stalling until the Breitbart/Russian Times poll came out showing 91% for Trump nationwide.

Another good laugh.
It is simply breathtaking that his moron got accepted at law school, graduated law school and passed the NY Bar exam...he always tries to come across as some tough mafia lawyer type, which is why it is so delicious to see how easily Briana made him look like the fool he is...can you imagine him cursing himself silly as he left the set/studio, being shown to be such a complete moron...LOL....

Cohen makes me suspect that he obtained his law degree (assuming he even has one) from Trump University.
Thank you , and who is "Cohen" by the way ! Credentials , I don't think so ! Well spoken puppet .
Briana Kieler is my hero. I'm so sick of this moron saying "Mista' Trump.
