Any lawyer or journalist with two clues between their ears and the
sand to read the pdf file hereto attached should understand why I am
about to sue the Queen again.
If not ask yourself a couple of questions. How did the Crown Counsel
get to read a confidential letter? Why did the CROWN file it without
my permission? Why did 5 Judges thus far make decisions referring to
it while they ignore evertyhing else that is properly filed in the
docket? More imporantly why won't the CROWN publish any of their
unethical decisions?
Now ask yourself if have I crossed paths with a Yankee lawyer who is
willling to sue Trump South of the 49th before he gets sworn in?
Better yet what am I about to file agains the Queen North of the 49th?
In a nutshell the IRS, the FBI and the RCMP cannot deny that they have
known since January of 2002 that I am a whistleblowere about Bank
Fraud, Tax Fraud Securities Fraud. The smiling bastards also know I
have in my posseesion an amazing number of Yankee police surveilance
wiretap tapes invoving the MOB and INNOCENT YANKEES as well.
The reason I ran for public office FIVE times in Canada was set in
stone immediately after the US Secret Service came to my door in the
miidle of the night of April 1st, 2003 not long after I had won four
judgements by default within two lawsuits in which I had sued many
EVIL Yanke Bastards including three of their fellow UsSTreasuy Agents.
Trust that the lawyer Devine and legions of others have have come to
know the truth about my concerns in the 14 years since.
Laugh a me all you wish but this did happen one year ago and the
Prime Minister of Iceland's Computer affirmed it as he was stepping
down because of the revelations with the the "Panama Papers" and Prime
Minirter Trudeau "The Younger" and President Elect Trump and their
many lawyers know it..

Described as potentially the largest whistleblowing document
disclosure in history, the release of 11.5 million records in the
Panama Papers will inherently force societies globally to make basic
choices about the conflict between secrecy and accountability. That is
because they expose the secret financial lives of the wealthy and
powerful in some 200 countries from all continents and ideologies,
including Russian and Chinese leaders. Below are some preliminary
conclusions, lessons learned and challenges.
WHY IT MATTERS
The public’s right to know: It is too early to know the extent of
illegality that the evidence will prove. But that’s not the point, as
Iceland’s angry citizens demonstrated by forcing their Prime
Minister’s resignation. Citizens have a right to know when national
leaders betray the public’s trust.
Vulnerability to corruption: It is not too early to conclude that this
vast, secret world creates vulnerability to covering up massive fraud
such as the Swiss banking schemes exposed by whistleblower Bradley
Birkenfeld. Initial stories only have scratched the surface for what
could potentially be history’s largest evidentiary treasure chest.
The opportunity and test for global accountability institutions: As is
typical in all whistleblowing cases, the real test is whether the
information is properly acted upon. Whether law enforcement and other
accountability institutions take advantage of this unprecedented
opportunity from all the evidence in this disclosure will be a test of
their legitimacy. The media’s investigative journalists have done
their share. Will government?
Threats from an underground economy that shields criminals, terrorists
and the power structure: Whistleblowers reveal the facts that allow
the public to hold power to account. The most fundamental
contribution of this disclosure is exposing a global,
trans-ideological secret underground economy. This disclosure alone
exposed some 214,000 offshore entities. This secret economy is not
only available to cover-up financial fraud, but it can also hide the
proceeds of crime, and be used to financed organized criminal or
terrorists groups, or virtually any activity unable to withstand
scrutiny from the law or the public.
WHAT’S AT STAKE
Time to end the cheap shots against transparency: Transparency has
been under attack by powerful interests because it makes life messier
for them. Yet transparency is the true test of good governance and
democratic accountability. The type of ignorance whistleblowers keep
exposing, from widespread fraud to an underground economy of offshore
entities, isn’t bliss.
The repressive backlash is certain to get ugly: The first principle of
retaliation is that the more significant the threat posed by dissent,
the more certain and ugly the reprisal. While whistleblowers are
making more of a difference than any time in history, the fact they
are suffering so much as individuals for protecting the public
interest is increasingly seen as unacceptable.
Solidarity is essential because repression works: Martyrs are the
exception, rather than the rule. Edward Snowden’s disclosures sparked
passage of the USA Freedom Act to ban mass government surveillance.
But he is facing indefinite exile in Russia from the nation whose
freedoms he successfully defended from government.
Defending our right to know: We’ll have to if we want the flow of
information to continue. Those threatened will stop at nothing to
suppress exposure of truths they cannot defend. Retaliation will
intensify against all whistleblowers, including those who work through
institutional channels rather than anonymous media leaks.
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE
The first step: extend whistleblower rights to where they’re needed
most: The first step is a legal right for whistleblowers to defend
themselves against any retaliation by those whose abuses of power they
expose. In 2013, a global coalition adopted the Tshwane Principles to
resolve the conflict between national security and the right to
information. A primary recommendation was a public interest defense
against criminal and civil liability for whistleblowing. That
principle should be extended to all freedom of expression.
Pioneering U.S. whistleblower laws are AWOL when needed most: 13 other
nations have a whistleblower defense against civil and criminal
liability, from Australia and New Zealand to Ghana and Malaysia. U.S.
whistleblower laws only ban employment retaliation. Anything else is
open season, with no rights against the ugliest reprisals like
prosecution or multi-million dollar slap suits.
Mandate to strengthen international financial transparency laws: The
Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development has proposed an
international commitment for tougher financial disclosure
requirements. The United States should stop opposing this reform,
which is a no brainer for all except those who have something to hide.
THE BOTTOM LINE
For those enforcing the rule of law, the Panama Papers will force the
answer to every society’s most basic questions about each government’s
real agenda. It should also be remembered that more than any other
time in history, whistleblowers are creating extraordinary
opportunities for accountability and reforms. We have arrived at a
moment of truth for the role of transparency in society. When the
wealthy and powerful evade the rule of law routinely and with
impunity, do governments want to know? And will they act? The jury is
out.

Over a year ago, a source who referred to himself as “John Doe”,
released the Panama Papers to the German daily newspaper Süddeutsche
Zeitung.
Over a year ago, a source who referred to himself as “John Doe”,
released the Panama Papers to the German daily newspaper Süddeutsche
Zeitung. The release sent shockwaves around the globe, leading to
multiple raids, resignations of prominent politicians, and widespread
public protest about apparently unethical conduct among high-level
government officials and businesspeople. Recently, “John Doe” released
a manifesto that explains his actions and emphasizes the role of
whistleblowers as advocates of transparency and accountability.
In particular, he describes the bleak post-disclosure reality that
many whistleblowers face as they are exposed to ruinous retaliation.
I have watched as one after another, whistleblowers and activists
in the United States and Europe have had their lives destroyed by the
circumstances they find themselves in after shining a light on obvious
wrongdoing.
He mentions Edward Snowden’s exile, Bradley Birkenfeld’s prison
sentence and Antoine Deltour’s current criminal trial.
Given this state of affairs, we at GAP can see the choice of anonymity
for whistleblowers; it can too often offer the only protection from
powerful institutions that will seek to destroy an individual whose
disclosures threaten them rather than address the problem. Ideally,
meaningful protections, enforced by governments and supported by the
public, would shield those whose disclosures advance the public
interest from retaliation, and the promotion of these measures is our
focus.

Glen Canning's and Leah Parsons' "Fifteen Minutes" of Dubious Fame
Glen Canning and Leah Parsons have become what they claim is party
responsible for their daughter's suicide, bullies.
Glen Canning is not Rehtaeh Parson's father but, Step Father, and Leah
Parson's now has another "domestic partner." Whilst all them I am sure
are devastated with grief, all of them and their supporters are going
out the their way to distort the truth, and pervert justice in their
zeal for revenge and notoriety.
Canada generally and Nova Scotia specifically do not run "kangaroo
courts." Justice is indeed a "two sided coin." The Criminal Code of
Canada, and our system of jurisprudence is designed to represent the
interests of the of the victims, the people of the provinces of
Canada, and the right of the accused to a fair trial.
Let us be accurate. Rehteah Parsons hanged herself to death over two
years after an alleged sexual assault at a party where fifteen year
old Rehtaeh Parsons, and other minor children were drinking themselves
into a stupor.
Leah Parsons and her camp followers have alleged that Rehtaeh .
"bullied unmercilessly for months, the 17 year old hanged herself in
the bathroom." So where was Mom, Dad, Step Dad and Leah's current
"domestic partner?" More importantly where were these "parental
authorities" when she was going to drinking parties at the age of
fifteen?
The almost predictable inevitability of such a gross and egregious
parental failure in allowing their "daughter" to go to drinking
parties, sadly happened. What one expect, the events of the drinking
party are cloudy and unclear. One of the teen aged boys accused of
this crime by the Parson's camp was later proven not to be even at the
party.
Renowned for her fairness National Post columnist Christie Blatchford
wrote "there are two sides to every story." And that the long
investigation into the allegations of sexual assault during that
party, were nowhere definitive. "The evidence was all over the map.
Ms. Blatchford further reports that, the photo that was taken during
the party of Ms. Parsons having sex, and later used to "bully her to
death"..."shows virtually nothing that would stand up in court." And,
that it doesn't reveal recognizable face." A girlfriend of Rehtaeh
Parsons at the party told investigators. "Rehtaeh was being
deliberately flirtatious at the party," suggesting what the boys are
saying that the "sex was consensual ."
The Crown Prosecutor decided that there was not nearly enough
corroborative evidence to support anywhere near a guilty verdict. A
boy posting a picture on the web of Rehtaeh having sex, and no faces
being shown does NOT prove rape in Canada....and thank God for that .
So now Leah Parson's, Rehtaeh's "step Dad", current beau, and
entourage are blaming the High School Rehtaeh attended for permitting
"two years of bullying" that pushed Rehtaeh to killing herself. The
Parsons' camp in their mission to get "justice for Rehtaeh have become
bullies and vigilantes and liars.
The families of some of the boys investigated, put handbills on
utility poles in Cole Harbour, saying "there are two sides to every
story," that there was no proof of rape, or their sons were rapists,
no faces on the photos, and there insufficient proof to support a
prosecution with a reasonable chance of a conviction. Those handbills
as of now are more accurate than the vitriol being spewed by a
distraught "family."
So the Parson's "family" and their sycophants tore down these leaflets
and howl with outrage, wail, and gnash their teeth at the audacity of
parents trying to protect their children. Something the Parson'
"family" ought to have considered when they knowingly permitted a
fifteen year old little girl go to drinking parties.
It took over two years for Rehtaeh to progress herself to suicide,
where was the "family" Parsons? Where was Mom, "step Dad, the Beau and
entourage for the two years since the alleged rape? Kids talk, kids
nowadays are addicted to social media and have taken gossip to an
entirely new level. How are school authorities to monitor or regulate
what kids say on twitter and face book using their smartphone and
computers?
There is not much difference betwixt the Parsons' camp accusing a boy
of rape that was not even at the party where Rehtaeh drank herself
silly. And the "bullying" the Parsons' claim drove their Rehtaeh to
suicide.
So now the Parsons' "family" are demanding "prosecutions of those
responsible," regardless of the existence evidence. The Parsons'
"family" are demanding change in the law to muzzle those that would
tweet, gossip, be kids or otherwise might offend someone, or push some
weak minded poorly parented child to suicide. Everyone of us say we
are to blame in someway for the death of 17 year old Rehtaeh...except
themselves of course.
Glen Canning is outraged by a fair article by Christy Blatchford
outlining how legally problematic a prosecution in this case was. So
Rehtaeh's "step Dad" howls in ersatz outrage to further his "fifteen
minutes of fame." And has like his ex-whatever Leah become a bully.
What is that old saw or quote...."we have met the enemy, and they are us"

Kill David Amos the movie, and Soylent Green
On May 16 2006, David Amos posted a "letter" he wrote to Stephen
Harper. David called it, "Blowing the whistle on Big Banks and Corrupt
politicians too."
It was long, nauseatingly poorly written and spelled insane screed. He
as always wrote to puff up his already poor sense of self, by
referring to himself as "mean ole me", a "mean old bike mechanic", an
"ethical whistle blower" and so on without end!
Our "friend" David claimed amongst other delusions,"the severe lack of
integrity of people employed by the public service has caused me to
prosecute a matter of public trust in the Pro Se fashion."
And our insane "friend" also said that, "you can expect litigation
against the Crown soon."
In David Amos' rambling and mis-spelled rant he went on about George
Bush, the amerkan "sub prime mortgage industry" [ that doesn't exist
in Canada] and how the "Big Banks, politicians, and public service
union employees are corrupt. All this he trumpeted without a shred of
evidence ...contrived or otherwise... merely an oft repeated promise
of "litigation in the Pro Se fashion" to come.
David Amos promised all this and more...six years ago. Since then the
Harper Tory government has earned a majority, Canada's economy is rock
solid...and there has been NO David Amos' inspired or initiated
litigation, in the "Pro Se or any other fashion.
As always ....David Amos and his kids shoot em and make "solyent green"
