joined CBRE from Grubb & Ellis where he led a national group focused
on manufactured housing communities and land. Mr. Nissley began his
real estate brokerage career with Grubb & Ellis in 2002 and quickly
earned the Grubb & Ellis Circle of Excellence award in 2005 and 2006,
ranking in the top 50 brokers nationwide.
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Nissley was Vice President of
Residential Development Group Inc., an owner/operator of 22
