Canada’s and Canadians free ride is over. Canada can no longer hide
behind Amerka’s and NATO’s skirts.
When I was still in Canadian Forces then Prime Minister Jean Chretien
actually committed the Canadian Army to deploy in the second campaign in
Iraq, the Coalition of the Willing. This was against or contrary to the
wisdom or advice of those of us Canadian officers that were involved in the
initial planning phases of that operation. There were significant concern in
our planning cell, and NDHQ about of the dearth of concern for operational
guidance, direction, and forces for operations after the initial occupation
of Iraq. At the “last minute” Prime Minister Chretien and the Liberal
government changed its mind. The Canadian government told our amerkan
cousins that we would not deploy combat troops for the Iraq campaign, but
would deploy a Canadian Battle Group to Afghanistan, enabling our amerkan
cousins to redeploy troops from there to Iraq. The PMO’s thinking that it
was less costly to deploy Canadian Forces to Afghanistan than Iraq. But alas
no one seems to remind the Liberals of Prime Minister Chretien’s then
grossly incorrect assumption. Notwithstanding Jean Chretien’s incompetence
and stupidity, the Canadian Army was heroic, professional, punched well
above it’s weight, and the PPCLI Battle Group, is credited with “saving
Afghanistan” during the Panjway campaign of 2006.
What Justin Trudeau and the Liberals don’t tell you now, is that then
Liberal Prime Minister Jean Chretien committed, and deployed the Canadian
army to Canada’s longest “war” without the advice, consent, support, or vote
of the Canadian Parliament.
What David Amos and the rest of the ignorant, uneducated, and babbling
chattering classes are too addled to understand is the deployment of less
than 75 special operations troops, and what is known by planners as a “six
pac cell” of fighter aircraft is NOT the same as a deployment of a Battle
Group, nor a “war” make.

When I was protesting with my bullhorn in front of the Police Station
last summer? I heard many horror stories from the citizens who were
abuse by this Gestapo Police Force.
Here’s one –

Hello name is André Murray.
I like Charles Leblanc have suffered at the hands of members of
FREDERICTON CITY POLICE, who did without Court issued search warrant,
since year 2009 Criminal Code ‘Break and Enter’ my at 31 Marshall
Street, City of Fredericton, these incidents occurring at my home more
then one occasion.
Each occasion I was attacked physically injured, each occasion
I have observed members of FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE searching through
my residence, opening furniture drawers and or doors.
I do not have a criminal record now, nor have I ever.
Each of the herewithin mentioned arrest procedures have resulted in my
being released from the Downtown Police station ‘jailhouse’ without
charges.
Am I worried !?
Yes, every day I must reasonably fear for my safety as members of
FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE attacked me and arrested me several times
apparently because I was riding a bicycle without wearing a helmet.
Police bicycle attack incidents cause me Physical injures.
Imagine being attacked arrested and physically injured,thereafter,
necessitating medical treatment and prolonged therapy, simply because
I was not wearing a helmet while riding my bicycle.
Please Note:
I have never been subsequently approached by these subject members of
FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE to apologize or to reassure me in anyway,
whatsoever, that these actions against me will stop.
To the contrary Chief of Police Barry MacKnight in response to my
complaints filed with NEW BRUNSWICK POLICE COMMISSION writes letters
to me confirming the arrests et cetera yet continues denying members
of FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE have done any wrong incredibly states that
I am or must be amongst other things and I quote “Their mistake was
made in good faith… “

posted this same story before… What you need to do is get over it and
run your blog normally. All we hear is you talking about police,
facist, facism, gestapo etc…Man this is annoying ..This makes me think

I think I can say that I witnessed one of the attacks on Andre
Murray where a cop jumped out of his marked patrol car parked along
Aberdeen Street just as Andre passed him then the cop football style
tackled Murray from behind.It was a without warning arrest when the
cop had done a flying tackle against the cyclist, hitting Murray in
the backside, which sent both flying to the ground.An other second
uniformed police officer jumped onto Murray while Murray was still on
the ground in dog pile style after the first one hit him from behind.I
admit that I was concerned for my self as I witnessed this attack, it
is a uncomfortable thing to watch as the Police randomly attack people
in Fredericton using excessive violence. I am sure this was the same
one as happened this summer 2011 and video interviewed Andre Murray
about. Must take a lot of guts to stand up against these Fredericton
Policegood luck Charles Leblanc I am only here as a student but I read
you every day.

When the police become just as accountable for good and bad deeds
like the public then i will consider them to be good people trying to
do at times a shitty jobAs of now their investigations against police
are held in secret and a police chief can summarily dismiss a
complaint and even a criminal one against a officer and its right in
the laws of nb. If this dose not sound criminal in itself then you are
ignorant people that need to do something else besides getting drunk
and rootin for your favorite team.

walk around the City of Fredericton maintaining the peace and instead
they disturb the peace.Their own oath requires Police to maintain
peace, yet they feel free to disturb the peace.Judging from all the
law suits Filed at Court of Queens Bench Fredericton by Andre Murray
suing the city and other agents of the city of Fredericton this is not
going away soon.Looks as if he is plugging into the law books in a
serious way.Congratulations Charles and Andre although I do not
believe you know each other except for the time Charles video
interviewed Andre following the so called Police Cyclist Tackle Arrest
on Andre somehow it is reassuring that people like you will keep the

One could thing about the Liebranos holding public consultations is that people who are barred from the legislative buildings such as Chucky Leblanc can meet the sneaky politicians across the street and ask questions.
