"The Elder" did in the folks living in "The Pace To BE" with a Charter
he and his buddy Jean Chretien created to screw the English with I
became a card carrying member of an Anglophone Society in NB for valid
reasons. It was after my mother in law whom I dearly and truly loved
(Imagine that?) had to retire early from the RCMP/GRC because she
could not speak French even though she had done her job just fine
since 1954 ( I believe I still have that old membership card somewhere
in box of mementos along with a picture of a very fine lady)
That said in looking back in the over 30 years since, I must confess
that the average French taxpayer in New Brunswick have been screwed
every bit as much as the English ones. The only French people making a
big score work for the government while the rest of the the French and
English folks pay their way byway of more and more taxes as our
services are constantly cut.
A lot of French people who made the big score came down here from
Quebec. Among the first to come were members of the RCMP/GRC. (Did
anybody notice that Quebeckers are wise enough not employ that very
corrupt Federal Para-Military Force?) Anyway most the the French GRC
members would only speak their lingo to us as they pummeled us with
speeding tickets etc. Hence the creation of the New Brunswick Highway
Patrol, Anglophone Societies and the COR party.

it purportedly serves and protects sue it. Trust that I know from
personal experience. Long ago I came to an understanding that the
democracy and justice are myths. If someone is dumb enough to believe

about Santa or the Easter Bunny or they will get mad at ya.
On the other hand I find fun in poking holes in the stuffed shirts as
I dice with the smiling bastards in the political arena and in the
courts. Its kinda comical that nobody will dare talk about my legal
and political actions particularly the Crown Corp commonly known as
the CBC.
The Crown's MO is as follows. It enlists mindless lawyers on staff or
hires certain buddies as outside counsel use our resources to swamp
the citizen with mindless and very flawed motions that the judges try
to support in order to delay the matter at least until there is a new
governmental mandate and the new political boss can blame the past
boss for being incompetent. .
In the "Mean" time the Crown keeps asking for costs to be awarded to
it for their lawyers motions from the political cronies it appointed
to be judges. If all else fails the Crown attorneys simply delay deny
and lie as they wait til you either give up or run out of money or
crawl away and die.
As for I am like a dog with a bone and won't let go of the simple
truth about the rampant public corruption. Like the energizer bunny I
keep going and going but I have grown old doing so and look a lot like
Santa these days.

Quebec and took a school bus that transported both English and French

kid even went to the same high school, but because of the English
parents that requested their own school and bus it changed everything
for the province. That year the English highschool St Marys graduated

First, I agree under the Constitution there are certain linguistic

One could thing about the Liebranos holding public consultations is
that people who are barred from the legislative buildings such as
Chucky Leblanc can meet the sneaky politicians across the street and
ask questions. Chucky proved that first thing this morning within his
blog the day after CBC finally admitted knowing of his latest arrest
by questionable Edmunston cops over a week ago.

Whereas I am also barred from parliamentary properties (2 years before
Chucky was) and none of Premier Gallant's minions will even speak to
me nor answer emails, methinks I will continue with my MO. I will

email. Then I will publish the aforesaid email within blog about a
lawsuit against the Crown about the illegal barring of a citizen from
the most important public buildings of all while on FIVE ballots
seeking a seat within. I will let the political cards fall where they

Crown in Federal Court.

Charles LeBlanc says the Fredericton Police Force’s concerns about his
blog could be settled quickly if he knew what posts they were talking

Fredericton blogger Charles LeBlanc is once again under investigation
for libel against members of the Fredericton Police Force.
The new investigation comes more than four years after New Brunswick's
attorney general directed that criminal libel charges against LeBlanc
under Section 301 of the Criminal Code be dropped because several
other provinces had found that section of the code to be
unconstitutional.
Fredericton police spokesperson Alycia Bartlett said a complaint was
lodged with the Fredericton force "and because of the situation, and
history, we requested an outside agency to investigate."
Bartlett directed any further questions to the Edmundston Police
Force. A message left with Edmundston Police Force Deputy Chief Andre
Madore Wednesday by CBC News was not returned.
Arrested by Edmundston police
On Nov. 8, two men identifying themselves as members of the Edmundston
Police Force placed LeBlanc under arrest in downtown Fredericton near
the New Brunswick Legislature and told him he was being investigated
for defamatory libel.
LeBlanc indicates on his blog the new investigation falls under
Section 300 of the Criminal Code, which states: "Every one who
publishes a defamatory libel that he knows is false is guilty of an
indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
five years."
LeBlanc states on his blog he was subsequently released without being
charged or given a court date.
LeBlanc posted a video of the arrest on his blog along with an audio
file of his interview with police.
"Those comments are still on your blog there, Charles," one of the
Edmundston officers tells LeBlanc in the arrest video. "Those videos
are still on your blog, where you're calling Fredericton police
officers pedophiles."

"This is starting all over again," said LeBlanc on Wednesday.
LeBlanc said he would remove the offending post if someone told him
which posts are an issue.
"I don't know which posts they're talking about," he said.
"This could all be settled in a couple of hours."
Contentious history
LeBlanc has a long and contentious history with the Fredericton police
that culminated in the City of Fredericton hiring former ombudsman
Bernard Richard in 2012 to review the force's handling of the initial
criminal libel case against LeBlanc.
In 2009, LeBlanc posted video of Fredericton police officers arresting
a man outside a Fredericton nightclub. The incident was violent and a
member of the Fredericton police was subsequently charged with assault
and was acquitted in court.
In June 2011, a Fredericton police force officer issued LeBlanc a
ticket for not wearing a bicycle helmet in downtown Fredericton.

In his 2012 report, Richard noted that bicycling without a helmet "is
a fairly common occurrence and a low-level offence."
"Had it been another cyclist, would the same decision have been made?"
Richard asks in the report.
LeBlanc ended up posting about the helmet ticket on his blog, referred
to the constable who issued the ticket as a "fascist cop."
In a subsequent post on July 26, 2011, LeBlanc posted a photo of the
constable and referred to "sexual pervert Quebecois Const."
The constable had initiated a defamatory libel complaint and the
investigating police officer concluded the July 26 post did support a
charge being laid.
In August 2011, LeBlanc protested outside the Fredericton Police Force
station and through a bullhorn stated the force employs "sexual
perverts" and that the constable who issued the ticket was a "faggot."
Richard's recommendations
In his final report, Richard said the Fredericton police should have
"farmed out" the investigation of LeBlanc.

"There was too much history with the force, too many incidents
involving this same officer and Mr. LeBlanc was too often in the
public sphere to avoid the perception that the Fredericton Police
Force could not be totally impartial in its consideration of the
case," stated Richard.
Richard also recommended the Fredericton Police Force provide all its
members with enhanced mandatory training on dealing with emotionally
disturbed persons, including education on mental disorders, available
services and intervention techniques.

Out of town police forces do not have any jurisdiction in the city of
Fredericton. Therefore, that should not of happened. Furthermore,
while there are a lot of good sincere, and decent police officers on
the Fredericton police force, I personally believe that there are
those who are making up the law as they go along just to suit
themselves. Charles has had many concerns that he's tried to address
over the years, and nobody pays any attention to his concerns, so that
is why I personally believe that he has been so critical in the last
while toward those in authority that he perceives are not doing the
job the way the law specifically states so they end up harassing him
or others who try to question The validity of what they are doing.
As a citizen he being Charles Leblanc, and others in New Brunswick,
and in Fredericton the capital city of New Brunswick, have the right,
and the duty to speak up when things are not going the way they are
supposed to. It does not matter if the city police, or the courts,or
anyone else likes it, or does not like it. They are in the public guy,
and therefore, our two face scrutiny when things are perceived to not
be going according to the law. I personally, And sincerely hope that
all this stuff concerning Charles is resolved in a decent and just
manner and that the powers that be will stop making up bogus charges
to cause trouble for him. At the same time I would ask Charles to be a
little more tactful, And to use sound judgement, and wisdom when he
seeks to find information on the different issues of the day.

I would just like to correct you for your information that City police
forces are provincialy sworn and therefore have jurisdiction (police
powers) in the whole province they work in . This means they can
arrest anywhere in NB .

00:15 seems odd that local police officers hired by a City would go to
another City for any reason except for exception. Maybe I remember too

Edmundston Police are in a CUPE union local whereas Fredericton Police
are associated with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners
of America. Is there a union conflict to be operating in Fredericton?
And whereas CUPE is committed to social justice, did the Edmundston
arresting officers break obligations to their union by not being
informed enough about the nature of your case? Is this why they sent

Your are mentioning documents that I have absolutely no knowledge of.
The thing you need to understand is when you send emails out you
supply a lot of information. The problem is that you don't supply a
back ground or a logic. All you do is give data. That would be like

Well I agree with your analysis of the arrest, as far as his word
press site goes I know of its existence but I never viewed it. Carl
Urguart I know personally, as a cop he was a fair cop. Politically

The last time Section 301 of the Criminal Code for used in Fredericton
was around 1902!!!
Someone told me this story - Two editors of the Daily Gleaner wrote a
bad editorial against the Chief of Police of the Day. The Chief got
upset, He arrested and jailed the editors over night. That was their
punishment. Shouldn't this be setting a precedent??? From the Editors
of the Daily Gleaner to the Blogger!!! Hey? We're making
