June 28, 2024 (Quispamsis) – Liberals gathered in the riding of Quispamsis last night to nominate Aaron Kennedy as their candidate for the next provincial election.
As the event began, surrounded by local supporters including the town’s Mayor and Deputy Mayor who spoke on Aaron’s behalf, caucus members, former MLAs, and nominated candidates, Leader of the Liberal Party of New Brunswick Susan Holt said “Higgs has got to go. New Brunswickers are frustrated and struggling to make ends meet. People are struggling to pay rent, buy groceries, and put gas in the car, and this government just isn’t listening. We need a government that will work together to ensure we can make life affordable, by introducing a rent cap, by taking the provincial tax off of power bills, and to find innovative solutions in local communities. Our municipal leaders know their communities best, their citizens best, and the needs of each unique region.”
Quispamsis is the twenty-second riding where the Liberal Party is holding a nominating convention leading up to the next provincial election.
Aaron Kennedy is currently the acting Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Quispamsis. He has been an employee of the town since 2011. Prior to his work in federal, provincial, and municipal governments, Aaron was an award-winning broadcaster and journalist. He was also the chair of the 2016 TELUS Cup host organizing committee, which generated a then-record $175,000 Legacy Fund, co-chair of Rogers Hometown Hockey in Saint John in October 2016, co-chair of the successful bid committee for the 2018 Canada 55+ Games, chair of the 2018 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge, and chair of the 2023 Para Hockey Cup. Aaron was also involved with the bid committee for Les Jeux de l’Acadie, which were held in the region in 2022. He was named Discover Saint John Sport Planner of the Year in 2017.
When addressing the crowd, Kennedy said, “I’m proud to be joining this team, and I’m excited torepresent the people of Quispamsis. We are ready to replace what is left of the Progressive Conservative party with a government who will listen to New Brunswickers and govern as a collective team putting the needs of our citizens first.
“I am thrilled to be adding Aaron to our team,” said Holt while closing the event. “He brings with him a wealth of community and managerial experience, and is a strong advocate for the people of Quispamsis, which he will continue to be as the next MLA for Quispamsis.”

Former cabinet minister Daniel Allain is suggesting there’s a link between the delay of further municipal fiscal reform and Premier Blaine Higgs, but the Moncton East Tory MLA won’t say exactly what that link is that has affected the file.
Allain, who was fired as local government minister by Higgs in June 2023, says his department was initially on track to hit a Jan. 1, 2025, deadline to provide more revenue sources for cash-strapped municipalities.
By the time he left cabinet in mid-2023, however, Allain says the municipal fiscal reform file had been moved to the “wayside.”
“Any time that we had momentum we lost it a little bit – that’s unfortunate,” he said in an interview Friday.
“However, I think we can get it back on the rails as fast as we can, and by seeing the two associations (agreeing to municipal fiscal reform priorities) in unison with one voice, I think it’ll definitely help move things forward.”
When asked why momentum was lost, Allain said, “You’ll have to ask the premier on that one,” and wouldn’t elaborate further about what he meant, calling it a “debate” to be had after the upcoming provincial election.
Allain has already announced he won’t reoffer in the election that must occur no later than Oct. 21. He was booted from cabinet last year after he and five other Tory MLAs voted in support of a Liberal motion on Policy 713, which deals with gender identity in the public school system.
Brunswick News requested comment Friday from Higgs about Allain’s statements. Higgs declined comment through his office.
New Brunswick municipalities are now preparing for another year without those promised fiscal changes. Both the anglophone and francophone municipal associations say they’ve been told by the government that additional financial reforms will be implemented by Jan. 1, 2026.
In a statement Friday, new Local Government Minister Glen Savoie said it had “always been the plan” for the changes “to be in effect for the 2026 budget year” once they were implemented in 2025.
But in an interview, Allain said his intention, through the municipal reform white paper he released in 2021, was to have additional fiscal reform changes implemented by Jan. 1, 2025.
In November 2021, the Higgs government pledged that a second phase of fiscal reform to support cash-strapped municipalities would be brought forward by the start of 2025.
Among those changes could include an overhaul of the property tax system, the splitting of provincial cannabis sale proceeds and the handing over of traffic fine revenue to municipalities.
More revenue sources were deemed critical by the Higgs government to support its reorganization of New Brunswick municipalities in the first phase of reform back in 2023.
That same year, the Higgs government implemented the first phase of fiscal reforms – adding a heavy industrial tax class and giving municipalities more flexibility when setting their tax rates – but the province has yet to take any additional steps.
Some local municipalities in need of bridge funding
Some francophone local governments will need financial support to bridge themselves through to Jan. 1, 2026, according to Yvon Godin, president of the L’Association Francophone des Municipalités du Nouveau-Brunswick (AFMNB).
“We’ve asked the government to be open to help these governments right now,” said Godin, a councillor for Rivière-du-Nord.
Last December, the Higgs government released a report by two Université de Moncton economic professors who reviewed municipal and regional finances in the province.
The report’s authors, André Leclerc and Pierre-Marcel Desjardins, concluded the current financial model for local governance isn’t sustainable. They predicted as many as 29 local entities – or about one-third of all municipalities and rural districts – could run a budget deficit from 2024 to 2026.
In his statement, Savoie said he was “proud of the work the department is doing to engage with our local government partners as we continue to navigate local governance reform.
“Since I have become minister, it has been my priority to work closely with municipalities on this file,” he said. “I want to recognize the efforts and hard work of local elected officials; we value their voice as we continue to collaborate.”
Liberal local government critic Jacques LeBlanc claims New Brunswick municipalities essentially lost a year of progress on the municipal fiscal reform file due to the departures of Allain and his deputy minister Ryan Donaghy in 2023.
Donaghy – a longtime deputy local government minister – was reassigned to the role of deputy education minister for the anglophone sector.
“(Donaghy) knew everything. He had everything lined up, the timelines were there,” LeBlanc said. “That was, to me, done intentionally.”
Green local government critic Kevin Arseneau said it’s clear that the Higgs government “mismanaged” the file.
“When you say you’re going to do something, you get it done,” said Arseneau, the MLA for Kent North. “This government made some promises and it didn’t follow through on them.
“They put their resources elsewhere.”
Municipal groups unite to advocate during election
Representatives of New Brunswick’s municipal associations continue to participate in a working group with provincial department officials to arrive at a fiscal framework.
But these associations are also preparing for a possible change in government come this fall.
Last week, New Brunswick’s anglophone and francophone municipal groups inked a memorandum of understanding on their shared priorities for a new fiscal framework with the province.
Those priorities include the diversification of revenue streams, “predictable” cost-sharing infrastructure programs, “stable and equitable” equalization funding, long-term funding for enhanced regional service commissions, and a “modern” property assessment and taxation system.
“We want all of the leaders of all the political parties to be aware that we’re united in our efforts around this now and going through the summer and into the election season,” said Tantramar Mayor Andrew Black, president of the Union of Municipalities of New Brunswick.

Allain says he’s “impressed” by the unity on display by the two municipal associations and by the proposal they’ve developed.
Both the Liberals and the Greens say they’re supportive of the municipalities’ fiscal reform asks and know time is of the essence to help these local entities.
In the case of the Greens, Arseneau says his party would like to go further and give more decision-making powers to municipalities – the level of government closest to the people.
As for the Liberals, LeBlanc says he and party leader Susan Holt have been upfront with the municipal associations that they’d need in the new year to meet with stakeholders and develop a long-term fiscal framework if they were to form the next government.

Rona Ambrose's fundraiser leaves N.B. Tories in awkward position
Bruce Fitch has been hammering Premier Brian Gallant for attending Liberal fundraisers in Calgary, Vancouver
Federal interim Conservative Leader Rona Ambrose was preaching Tory togetherness during a visit to New Brunswick, but the close embrace may put her provincial PC allies in an awkward position.
Ambrose's Friday schedule included a $75-per-person fundraising dinner in Woodstock for the federal party's Tobique-Mactaquac riding association.
Several provincial Progressive Conservative MLAs, including interim leader Bruce Fitch attended the event, even though it's the same kind of fundraiser for which they've been criticizing Premier Brian Gallant.
On Friday afternoon in Fredericton, Ambrose mistakenly said the fundraiser was "a combined event to support both the provincial and the federal party."

Fitch's office quickly corrected that, telling CBC News it was a fundraiser for the federal party only.
But the invitation for the event didn't make that distinction. It featured both the federal and provincial party logos, and photos of both Ambrose and Fitch.
"One of the things that I have tried to do is bring the federal party closer to our provincial counterparts. … Bruce Fitch and I are going to have a dinner together and show collaboration."
Fitch's PC opposition at the legislature has relentlessly criticized Gallant for attending fundraisers for the New Brunswick Liberals in Calgary and Vancouver.
Both Liberal fundraisers took place while Gallant was travelling on taxpayer-funded government business.
Gallant has defended gathering party donations on the side, saying "It's a normal thing for any political party to do fundraisers across the country or in the province."
Liberal fundraiser criticized
The PCs have also criticized a New Brunswick Liberal fundraiser held in Fredericton in February.
It featured Gallant, the premiers of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island and several federal Liberal cabinet ministers, who were in the city for government meetings.
At the time, Prince Edward Island Premier Wade MacLaughlan and Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil both said they were attending the fundraiser in their spare time, the same explanation Ambrose's office provided Friday.
The federal Conservative leader was attending the Woodstock dinner "on her own time," her communications director Mike Storeshaw said in a Friday email.
He confirmed Ambrose's trip was taxpayer-funded because most of her events were in her role of leader of the Official Opposition in the House of Commons.
That included visiting a Red Cross call centre in Fredericton where employees were helping Fort McMurray residents displaced by the forest fire there and participating in a fundraiser for a family who lost their home in the fire.

Liberal leader says it’s ‘a terrible time’ for Higgs to do fundraising outside the province
Premier Blaine Higgs spent part of his week outside New Brunswick rustling up much-needed cash for his Progressive Conservative party as he ponders the possibility of an election call as early as three months from now.
Higgs travelled to British Columbia and Alberta for meet-and-greet events, inviting participants to donate to the New Brunswick PC party.
"There is no ticket price to attend this event. However, it is a fundraising event in support of Premier Higgs, so any and all donations are very much appreciated!" said the web pages for the two events.
A third event, scheduled for Toronto's tony Albany Club on Feb. 8, has a ticket price of $250 to attend a reception with Higgs and $1,000 for the reception plus a dinner.

Liberal Leader Susan Holt said Higgs should not be leaving New Brunswick for partisan events while health-care challenges and homelessness are reaching crisis points.
"I think it's a terrible time for him to be out of the province," she said Wednesday.
"If he wants to be listening to people, I suggest it's not a hundred people at the Ranchmen's Club in Calgary but a hundred people on the ground in our health-care system right now, or maybe a hundred people on the ground who are working to house people."
The Tories could use the money.
The Tories reported an accumulated surplus of $431,160.14 as of last June 30, according to their most recent public financial return. The Liberals had $228,011.62 and the Greens reported $95,438.58.
Elections New Brunswick estimates that parties that run candidates in all 49 ridings in this year's election will have a spending limit of $1.4 million — meaning each of the three parties can spend more than what they had last June, if they can raise it.

The next provincial election is scheduled for Oct. 21, but Higgs has not ruled out an early election in the spring. The government will introduce the provincial budget March 19.
The PC party already spent an undisclosed amount of its war chest in late 2023 when Higgs considered calling a fall campaign.
Organizers booked a bus and outfitted it with PC branding and a large photo of Higgs before the premier finally decided to wait until 2024 to go to the polls.
The party has ramped up its out-of-province fundraising in the last six months.
It created a "Help Higgs Win" website that promotes parts of Higgs's record that appeal to conservatives nationally, including balanced budgets, his support for the Canadian oil and gas sector and his embrace of "parental rights" as an issue.
St. Thomas University political scientist Jamie Gillies said the Tories "want to capitalize on maybe what they see as the premier as a poster child for some of these issues in conservative movements across the country."
But Gillies says the appeal is a turn away from the moderate PC tradition in New Brunswick and could backfire at the polls.
"Certainly it's out of character for Maritime politics," he said.
PC Party president Erika Hachey and executive director Doug Williams did not respond to an interview request about the fundraising.

New Brunswick is one of a handful of jurisdictions that allows provincial political parties to raise money outside the province's boundaries.
Holt said she held one fundraising event in Toronto shortly after becoming Liberal leader but has no other such events planned for outside New Brunswick.
The premier's travel to Alberta and B.C. was paid by the party, not taxpayers.
The invitation to donate points out that corporate and union donations are not allowed and that the maximum allowable donation by an individual is $3,000.
PC campaign manager Steve Outhouse posted a photo on social media Tuesday showing Higgs speaking to a crowd of people in a large room in Abbotsford, B.C.
"The work Premier Higgs is doing in New Brunswick is having an impact and is appreciated across the country," he said.

Money in the bank in the year before an election isn't necessarily a predictor of a winning election campaign.
In June 2017, the PCs were saddled with a six-figure debt and had just $20,260 in cash on hand, compared to more than $2 million for the Liberals.
Yet 15 months later, the Tories won one more seat than their opponents in the 2018 election and have held power ever since.

few legitimate questions about our common concerns and to stress test
my integrity would have went a very long way towards convincing me
that you were the honest men I have been seeking for years. A little
effort on your part to try to understand what I was trying to share
with you would have saved me the time and expense of putting you over
a barrel and busting ya in front of my peers, the common folk you
claim to respect.
The lawyers, Frey and Merchant do not even have to respond. I
suspect they know that they should wait to see if summons to court
comes from me first before deciding how to appear ethical. N'est Pas?
I already understand their game quite well. If they doubt me they
should mention my name to their pals, Patrick Fitzgerald and Eddy
Greenspan or any other lawyer named within these documents. In my
humble opinion the dumb Maritimer in me played all those very snobby
lawyers like fiddle. I have enough angles on the Lord Conrad Black

Black is ready and willing to ignore his lawyers and listen to me in

opportunity to speak up in Congress just like Jim Traficant had the
balls to do not too long ago. You double talk far too much to suit me
which is no surprise for a politician to do but your motives truly
escape me To put it simply, Ron Paul I have come to understand that

On the other hand Mike Gravel you do seem to be a very straight

I have attached directly to this letter copies of three letters of
mine, two to me one from the US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald and the
other from Senator John MaCain. The is the letter from me that I am
certain the Barack Obama used to become the keynote Speaker in
Beantown in July of 2004. Thus far it has gone unanswered just like
the one to Hillary Clinton and several others who wanted to be
President in 2003. However as you study my documents you will see
that Johnny Boy Edwards and Dumb Dennis Kucinich and many of Mitt
Romney's underlings certainly answered me over the years. I am very
comfortable that my past works stands on its own without further input
from me. Sooner or later some of the truth always leaks out. Ask Dick
Cheney and

I have also enclosed exactly the same material that Eddy Greenspan
and some prominent Canadian Feds just acknowledged that they received

Police Commission about what I said about the Fat Fred City Finest
four years ago and what I would do before I sue the nasty bastards in
order to get my harley back and some very justifiable relief from
their malice in the support of the cover up of many wrongs practiced
against my Clan and many others. .
The Police Commission is expecting a letter from me but it may be
a summons instead if the cops persist in their nonsense much longer. I
think I will sue certain people personally as well. For certain one of
them is T.J. Burke because what that nasty little bastards said of me
last year in the media went way past just playing dumb. That was flat
out evil.
I tried several of times to send these recordings to you
yesterday. The Sat connection was poor (cloudy) or somebody was
messing with me. Hard telling not knowing but i gave up and went about
other things for awhile. The Leg is shut down so I have lots of time
now to enjoy my summer as well and tease some yankees who wanna be
President. It will be manna from heaven for me if Obama picks Edwards
and McCain picks Romney. I can come at them six ways to Sunday then.

Anyway somebody was googling Joyce Richardson the other day while
i was having a little battle with some cops. She is the lawyer from
Sussex NB who turned coat on me years ago When they found my blog just
as I was raising hell with the Police Commission and the Fat Fred City
Cops about their latest nonsense. As you can see they googled some
interesting words I took an immediate interest because there are no
coincidiences when dealing with these bastards. I truly believe she
made a deal with the crooks years ago with my material and now is on
the Gravy Train much to many a liberal's chagrin (Mainly a Yankee
draft dodging carpetbagger named David Lutz. (I will explain my take
on him to you sometime when there is the time to do so)
Richardson was the same lawyer who wanted to run for Herron's
(Supported by David Lutz) seat in Parliament instead of Rob Moore and
she approached me after I first debated him on June 18th, 2004. She
went with my wife and I to witness our visit the Police Commission in
August of 2004 to complain of the Fat Fred City Finest and their
malicious assistance to Danny boy Busierres and T. J. Burke and all
the rest of the smiling bastards in my banishment while running the
election in June.

parts but it will do for now in order to get the message across loud
and clear that I don't tak shit from anyone. Listen to me put the

Fat Fred City Finest stole my old Harley last year and won't give it
back. they are trying to force me to make mistake so that they can
lock me up a some sort of nut and stop my filings in federal court.
The bastards have delayed me and harased me for one solid year now.
However they certainly stepped up the pace the last few weeks. I think
somebody blew the whistle somewhere on my behalf or the Auditor
General would not have called me.

alleged failure to properly care for a mentally ill child who was
jailed, sexually abused and subdued with stun guns while he was in the
custody of provincial authorities.
Lawyer Joyce Richardson, who represents the boy and his family,
said Friday she believes legal action is the only way to force the
government to deal with the problem of inadequate services for
children with complex, mental-health needs.
"Society failed this child," Richardson said in an interview.

It is important to note that although the Police commisssion
promised me a copy of the tape of the interview BEFORE i returned to
the USA they locked the dorr to their office and left on September
2nd, 2004 when I came the Fat Fred city to pick the tape up and hand
deliver them the letter they demanded of me.
I also served Andy Baby Scott as Minister of Indian Affairs for
the benefit of the Yankee lawyer Barry Bachrach and his Indian frienfs
and clients in return for his defence of my wife.
When I went to court on Sept 3rd, 2004 their were no charges
against me and I was invited back (NOT SUMMONED) to dicuss malicious
prosecution and file documents to support my concerns about the
obvious malice behind the false allegations. I then returned to Canada
and helped Joyce Richardson to defend a friend of mine against the
false charges of the Crown mentioned with this tape. The Police
commisssion ducked me again and sent the tape to the USA while i was
in Canada.
When I returned to the USA and argued the lawyer who had falsely
claimed I was not involved in the defence of our home. I argued in
Court twice and forced the court to have her drop her first attempt to
sell our home.when I returned to the other court as invited and filed
and affadavit and a pile of document to support the nine FBI wiretap
tapes I had given the District Attorney in court the month before I
was sent straight to jail and held under the charges of "other" with
no bail in solitary confinement without even being properly arrested
(read my rights etc) the Yankees tried the oldest trick in the book on
me domene by corrupt law enforcement who have been caught with their
pants down. they tried to have a crooked doctor certify me as crazy.
That is the same thing that the corrupt cops in New Brunswick have
been attempting to do since I came back and got stuck here three years
ago.
Anyway the Police Commision had the Fat Fred City Finest
investigate themselves after I did not go to jail and had returned to
Canada real good and pissed off. te fact they used the Fat Fred City
Finest nstead of some other cop shop was in my face offensive..the Fat
Fred City Finest did not bother to do anything until they knew i was
in jail and my wife's p[hone line was cut. Then they falsely claimed
that I did not respond fast enough and closed the file after
deliberatly delaying me for months.

This is just some of the material and documents that I will be

against me for merely promising to sue them if they do not do

AFFIDAVIT OF DAVID R. AMOS
Now comes, David R. Amos, a Citizen of Canada and a Legal
Permanent Resident of the USA and asserts his Constitutional Rights
pursuant to Title 42 Sections 1981, 1982, 1985 and 1986 of the Federal
Code and freely swears under the penalties of perjury that the
following statements are true and to the best of his knowledge.
On September 3rd, 2004 I returned to the USA and stood before the
Dorchester District Court in response to a summons served upon my
home in Milton MA dated August 13th, 2004.
On September 3rd, 2004 I reported to the probation officer as ordered
after he joked and made fun of me he directed me to serve upon the
District Attorney the many original wiretap tapes that I had
promised I would bring to court and ask if they wished to continue.
The District Attorney Office wished to prosecute me so I returned
to the probation office and the required documentation was filled out.
I did not discuss the matter with anyone working for the Commonwealth
on September 3rd or since that time other than register my indignation
about the lack of diligence, professional behavior and malicious acts
practiced against me in an effort to impeach my character.
On September 3rd, 2004, before any hearing of the matter began I
protested the fact that the Clerk Buckley had claimed that I was
pleading not guilty. I had made no plea whatsoever. I refused to
waive any of my Rights and I demanded that the court prove its
jurisdiction to hear the matter.
For over a period of almost three months I had tried to resolve the
issues of this matter with the Clerk's Office of this court, the
Boston Police Dept., the Police Commissioner, the City's Legal
Dept. the Mayor's office, the Suffolk County District Attorney's
Office, The Governor's Office, the US Ambassador to Canada, the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police. CSIS and the Canadian Consulate in Boston. I
was refused the right to know what the allegations against me were
and no one would discuss my concerns about the possibility of foul
play. I knew I had done nothing wrong and I had fully disclosed the
circumstances to the Suffolk County District Attorney as Chief Justice
Robert A. Mulligan had suggested. I had received an answer from the DA
weeks before he was willing to prosecute me on false charges. I had no
understanding of the matter. I had not been given
information to work with and no one would speak to me. If the
District Attorney Daniel F. Conley had acted ethically and diligently
the lawyer, Angel Troccoli and her cohorts within the law firm of
Dane M. Shulman should have been the ones charged with criminal
actions against me.
On September 3rd after the hearing and another hearing was marked for
today October 1st, Judge Coffey ordered ADA attempting to prosecute
me to give me a copy of the documents that I was entitled to view.
In return I gave her my Canadian contact number so that we may confer
about this matter. I then returned to Canada to defend my rights and
freedom. The ADA never called. I was not surprised because upon
viewing the material provided I discovered that there is in fact no
complaint against me.
The complaint in this matter is not signed or witnessed by anyone.
Apparently the DA did not expect me to make it to court on September
3rd and certainly did not wish to discuss it with Canadian
authorities. I now consider the DA Conley to be just another corrupt
politician just like Tom Finneran and further proof of why it was so
necessary for me to go to Canada and run for Parliament in order to
speak in a public forum of my knowledge of public corruption. I
gave all the crooks to the last possible minute for one to act
ethically and uphold the Public Trust. All I got in return was
continued harassment with the little perk of Colonel Foley quitting
his job before I left and Tom Finneran quitting his as soon as I got
back. It appears that I must complain of the Queen and President Bush
if no one in public service is willing to uphold the law and act
within the scope of their employment.
For the record I must state the reason I was alarmed by this
malicious action against me. The fact is it was the Trail Court of
Massachusetts on April 1st, 2003 that had made false allegations
against me to agents of the DHS claiming that I had threatened the
life of George W. Bush. Now the same court was demanding that I
return to the USA to stand in court and answer charges it knew to
be false the morning after the President's big Political Speech in New
York. I had no doubt whatsoever that the DHS would pounce on me at the
border and use a policy of rather than safe than sorry upon me and
take me away for the benefit of many a low man in high places. The
RCMP would do nothing to protect me and in fact attempted to run me
out of Canada on Sept 2nd That was the very day of the Republican
National Convention was much in the news about protests and
presidential propaganda. In order to be of no possible threat to the
President I was compelled to come to the USA after the President left
New York and drive all night in order to appear in court on the
morning of the 3rd.
The most alarming fact of all is that everybody knows that I am
bounty hunting for Whitey Bulger. The order to come to his old
stomping grounds and amongst his friends by the same corrupt justice
system that allowed him to practice his criminal behavior for so
long and then allow him to escape justice is indeed a very malicious
summons.
April 1st, 2003 was also the only day that I ever met with the
lawyer, Angela Troccoli before Sept 3rd. I argued her before Judge
Livingstone in Plymouth Probate Court. I have argued her again in
Norfolk Probate Court on Sept. 21st, 2004. That court found it
necessary for no stated reason to place six court guards around me. I
am far more than a mere acquaintance to her but obviously a rather
formidable litigant against her criminal actions. I did send her
emails asking her to ask her clients to stop harassing me with
attached photos of the proof. The emails were necessary because she
would not return my phone calls and sent my correspondence to her
partner Dane M. Shulman to Barry Bachrach claiming that I was his
client. I am not and never was. Mr. Bachrach had informed Troccoli
many times that he only represented my wife, Jean F. O'Meara because
the court had Stricken my right to do so pursuant to M.G.L 201B.
Barry Bachrach has now withdrawn from all of my wife's matters with
my assent because of a conflict of interests over one of his partners
and myself about a fraudulent Title V inspection. However he is an
important witness to be called because he has complete knowledge of
all my contact with Troccoli during the time frame that I have been
accused.
Barry Bachrach also has several original wiretap tapes in his
possession in case the ones given to the District Attorney have
disappeared like so much of my other material has.
On April 1st, 2003 I became aware that Troccoli and the Massachusetts
Trial Court had practiced fraud against me and had created a Notice
of Appearance in my name with a false document in order to strike
me and cover up their own wrongs.
On April 1st, 2003 I had also spoken to a Judge in Quincy District
Court in my best effort to have the court place a restraining order
against my brother in laws William, Robert and Brian O'Meara in my
name because after I had tried to do so a few days before in my wife's
name under her Durable Power of Attorney the court laughed at
me and denied it. Within a day of my first appearance in Quincy
District Court William O'Meara called my wife at her work and
implied that the homes would burn down and he was willing to pay the
insurance premiums. Those same insurance premiums were continued
to be paid by us and one policy was canceled over one month after the
property in Plymouth was destroyed by Troccoli clients. The Plymouth
Probate Court called a Trial quickly with no notification to the
litigants after Sept 3rd and on September 9th it authorized a very
fraudulent real estate sale about a property that had been illegally
destroyed for five months.
The lawyer Troccoli and the Massachusetts Trial Court have been
assisting the criminal actions of my brother in laws and many others
in order to protect the interests of many lawyers and politicians
from my actions in other courts.
My wife's family have forged her signature on a Purchase and Sale
Agreement, created fraudulent Title V inspection, broke into our
home, assisted in the theft of her rightful inheritance, stolen
personal property and food, made false allegations against me in
other states, threatened to burn down the homes and harassed us on
sometimes a daily basis with the knowledge and assistance of several
Police Departments. It is time we sought relief.
Whereas two of my most recent documents have disappeared from the
Public Record in two countries I have attached them to this
affidavit for the court and the public to view. Exhibit A is a Motion
to Dismiss Troccoli's latest malicious action. It was filed on
September 13th, 2004 and stricken from the Public Record by Judge
Langlois on September 21st.
Exhibit B is a copy of two letters with the same enclosures that
were sent to the RCMP in Newfoundland byway of the Canada Post and one
was sent to the Canadian Consulate by US Mail. Both mailings were
tracked and not received. They are obviously now in the possession of
some sort of secret authority. As the court views these documents it
can easily see what I say is true and my material is of no concern for
the public safety. They are filed in the public record for the benefit
of all in my best effort to see that the Public Trust is upheld.
I have also brought to court a case of documents requested by
Utica Mutual Insurance Company of New York to investigate the actions
of their client Jan Whiting. However once they knew the truth they
refused to accept or pay for what they had requested. If the court
deems it necessary I shall file it into
evidence to refute the false allegations made against me.
Since I have last appeared in this court a great deal has transpired
that cannot be told of within this affidavit but it concerns the
pursuit of justice for many people in two counties. Much has been
done by many to stop my friends and I in revealing the truth of our
concerns. Thus far we have been able to thwart our adverasies
actions. The court should pray that it does not get our blood on
its hands. The proof of some of what I state can be found in Exhibit
B.

When Werner and I talked to Sgt. Moe Comeau last Friday BEFORE the
latest two cows were killed, he tried play dumb about wiretap tapes,
bank fraud, tax fraud, securities fraud KPMG. arson and dead cattle
etc etc. So I told he should read the Gypsy's blog and review the
Youtubes because there was more to follow. He claimed that he did not
have time for such nonsense. However everybody knows the cops are
liars. Why else would two cop cars come to the farm and pretend to
care about cattle as they asked where a political animal was and what
he was up to? Everybody hates corrupt cops Correct? Why does it make
me a bad guy just because I do to? Hell even Parliamentarians are
pissed off that it was not illegal for the Deputy Commissioner Barbara
George to bullshi them about messing with her underlings pensions.
However Shawn Murphy seems to have forgotten the hard copy of the same
material legions of other had received from me about the malicious
RCMP. Seems Shawn Murphy forgot he answered me about it in June of
2006 while Dion was begging everyone and his dog to become leader. Who
are the politicians to call the RCMP liars after they covered up the
RCMP wrongs against my Clan for six years? Small wonder the cops
donuts don't taste so good anymore. All RCMP dudes can't be bad guys.
I bet they are all wondering who is gonna break their oath to a
corrupt police force and blow the whistle first. The first one who
does and tells the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth
will be a rare Fed and everybody's hero. Who knows the RCMP dude with

FYI I just called the RCMP operator 28 1 800 665 6663 and the
Fredericton Police Department 506 460 2300 and I talked to operator 31
and the arsehole Stephen Horseman once again.
For the record the call was recorded and witnessed. I demanded a
copy of a 911 tape to the RCMP at about 3 pm on July the 4th and to
know the whereabouts of the Yankee wiretap tapes which do involve the
capital crime of murder and of course the whereabouts of my old
Harley.
