I remained true to my word within the first comment I made in this article and called Trump's attorney Sheri Dillon before this comment section closes. I manged to speak to Dillion's assistant. I strongly suggested that she read this article and my comments before I send her boss an email. She took my number and claimed her boss may call me back. However I won't hold my breath waiting for that call in light of the fact Trump's lawyer won't even talk to the media people now.
Trust that I was not surprised that particular Yankee law firm didn't seem to care about what I had to tell them about ligation between the IRS and I in 2002 or what CBC has to reveal about anything.
Methinks anyone in the know should understand why N'esy Pas?

His scrapping the Iran deal that prevented Iran from getting nuclear weapons certainly succeeding in showing Washington's commitments aren't worth the paper they are signed on.
And his moving the US embassy to Jerusalem (after a $100 million campaign pledge from casino magnate Sheldon Adleson) succeeded in exposing the farcical charade of Washington's "peace process" (paying lip-service to a two-state solution while funding the occupation that makes it impossible).
In Trumpland's tipsy turvy world, up is down, facts become immaterial and wishes turn true.
It is bigly fun

The Republicans who will not speak out about Trumps weird pronouncements know if the real truth comes out they are finished, that is why they are blocking the Mueller investigation at every turn. The heads of the Intel Committees, led by the House and Senate by the Republicans who held the Majorities then and now, did know during the election campaign, and did nothing, to stop the Russians aiding Trump. The FBI, CIA etc would have briefed the Heads in the Senate and House pretty much daily if they saw other Nations attacking the integrity of the voting system. The Republicans said Nothing, they are as guilty of letting this happen and are doing nothing to stop it from happening again. about her.
1. She Is a Partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius

Sheri Dillon is a partner at the global law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, which has its headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dillon, however, works in Washington, D.C.
In May 2016, this law firm was named Russia Law Firm of the Year by Chambers & Partners. Morgan Lewis has an office in Moscow.
Hillary Clinton also made use of Morgan Lewis during her presidential campaign; James Hamilton, a partner at Morgan Lewis, helped Clinton vet her possible running mates, according to The New York Times.
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius happens to be the law firm where Texas Senator Ted Cruz previously worked. Cruz was a partner at the firm from 2008 to 2013, and he represented a variety of corporate clients.
Dillon was previously a partner for Vinson & Elkins, Bingham McCutchen and McKee Nelson LLP.
In addition, Sheri Dillon serves as the director and president of the Washington D.C. Center for Public Interest Tax Law. This is a non-profit organization that provides pro bono representation to low-income individuals with cases in the U.S. Tax Court. Dillon has served in this position since January 2016. She also helped launch the University of the District of Columbia’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where students represent low-income clients on tax issues.
2. She Has Worked as a Trump’s Tax Counsel Since 2005

Dillon advises wealthy individuals on controversial tax matters, according to her Chambers and Partners profile. She also has experience with IRS audits.
Since 2005, Dillon has served as a tax counsel for The Trump Organization, advising Trump long before he launched his bid for the presidency, according to a letter released by the Trump campaign in March 2016.
Also working with Dillon as tax counsel for The Trump Organization since 2005 has been William F. Nelson, who is employed with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as well.
3. She Graduated From Georgetown University Law Center
Sheri Dillon’s alma mater is Georgetown University Law Center, which is located in Washington, D.C.
Dillon is a graduate of the class of 1999, according to her LinkedIn page. Dillon also graduated from the University of Missouri in 1984 with a B.A. and then in 1986 with a Master of Public Policy degree, according to her Morgan Lewis profile.
Dillon regularly gives lectures on tax issues; according to her Morgan Lewis profile, she has spoken before the Tax Executives Institute, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, and the D.C. Bar Section of Taxation.
In addition, Dillon has taught partnership taxation at the Columbus School of Law, which is the law school of the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
4. She Says Trump’s Tax Returns From 2002 to 2008 Are No Longer Being Examined by the IRS

However, in a letter released by the Trump campaign in March, Sheri Dillon said that Trump’s returns from the years 2002 through 2008 are not currently under audit.
“Examinations of your tax returns for the years 2002 through 2008 have been closed administratively by agreement with the IRS without assessment or payment, on a net basis, of any deficiency,” the letter read.
Trump has said that he will not release the tax returns from these years either because “they’re all linked,” according to The Washington Post.
5. She Donated to Hillary Clinton in 2007

In 2007, Sheri Dillon donated $1,500 to the campaign of Hillary Clinton, according to LawNewz.
Dillon did not, however, donate to any candidate during the 2016 election.
Of course, Donald Trump himself has also donated to Hillary Clinton as recently as 2009, when he gave $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. This money was an “unrestricted gift” from the Trump Foundation, according to the Washington Post.

U.S. President Donald Trump's foundation served as a personal piggy bank for his businesses, legal bills and presidential campaign, New York's attorney general said Wednesday as she sued the charity and its directors — Trump and his children Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump.
The Donald J. Trump Foundation "was little more than a chequebook for payments from Mr. Trump or his businesses to nonprofits, regardless of their purpose or legality," Democratic Attorney General Barbara Underwood said.
Trump ran the foundation according to his whim, rather than the law.- Lawsuit, filed by New York Attorney General Barbara UnderwoodThe lawsuit says the foundation illegally helped support the Republican's campaign by raising money at a nationally televised fundraiser in January 2016, then allowing campaign staffers to dictate how the money was spent in grants.
The attorney general's office detailed what it said was a closely co-ordinated effort by Trump's campaign and the foundation to burnish his political image by giving out big grants of other peoples' money to veterans' organizations during the run-up to the Iowa caucuses, the first presidential nominating contest of 2016.
Among the transactions the lawsuit cited as illegal was a $10,000 payment to the Unicorn Children's Foundation for a portrait of Trump purchased at a fundraising auction in 2014. The portrait would end up decorating a wall at Trump's Doral golf resort near Miami, according to a report in the Washington Post.

The foundation also paid $158,000 to resolve a lawsuit over a prize for a hole-in-one contest at Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.; and $5,000 for advertisements published in the programs for charitable events. The ads promoted Trump's hotels.
The suit also singled out a $32,000 payment made to satisfy a Trump company pledge to contribute to a land-preservation group.
"Trump ran the foundation according to his whim, rather than the law," the lawsuit claims.
"The foundation's grants made Mr. Trump and the campaign look charitable and increased the candidate's profile to Republican primary voters and among important constituent groups."
Underwood asked a state judge to dissolve the foundation and to impose a 10-year ban on Trump and one-year bans on his children from serving as directors in New York charities. His children joined the foundation's board in 2006, although Ivanka stepped down to work at the White House in 2017.
In exchange for tax-exempt status, charities are required to follow rules that include a strict prohibition against involvement in political campaigns.
Underwood also referred her findings to the IRS and the Federal Election Commission for possible further action. IRS and FEC representatives declined to comment.
The lawsuit, filed on Trump's 72nd birthday in the state Supreme Court in Manhattan, also seeks $2.8 million of restitution plus additional unspecified penalties and the dissolution of the foundation, which Trump has already vowed to dismantle
The foundation issued a statement criticizing the lawsuit as "politics at its very worst" and accused the attorney general of holding its funds "hostage for political gain."
Trump, in a series of tweets, denounced the case as "ridiculous" and saying he wouldn't settle the lawsuit.
Trump also singled out Underwood's predecessor, Democrat Eric Schneiderman, in his tweets. Schneiderman began investigating the foundation in 2016 following Washington Post reports that foundation spending personally benefited the presidential candidate. Schneiderman ordered the foundation to stop fundraising in New York.
The Trump campaign, at the time, said the foundation intended to co-operate with the investigation. The campaign had previously called Schneiderman "a partisan hack" who backed Trump's 2016 Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton.
Both Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, best known for helping to lower the cost of HIV drugs in the developing world, dismissed those attacks as political mudslinging.
Schneiderman resigned last month after allegations that he abused women he had dated; he denied the claims.
In keeping with federal tax rules, the charity's incorporation documents say none of its resources can directly or indirectly go to the benefit of its directors or officers, and none of its activities can benefit any political candidate, the filing notes.
Mounting legal problems
The lawsuit adds to Trump's legal problems, including an investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller into whether his 2016 campaign colluded with Russia. Trump has denied there was any collusion, and Russia has denied meddling in the election.
The lawsuit challenges the foundation's role in an Iowa fundraiser for military veterans that Trump organized in 2016 instead of taking part in one of the Republican debates.
Some $2.8 million went to the foundation, the lawsuit said, and the foundation wrongly ceded control of those funds to Trump's campaign staff, who wrongly disbursed grants at campaign rallies for Trump's political benefit. Tax-exempt nonprofit groups are legally required to avoid partisan politics.
The lawsuit said Corey Lewandowski, then Trump's campaign manager, directed some of the funds to be disbursed in Iowa shortly before its caucuses, where voters from the state gather in the first electoral competition to choose parties'
presidential nominees. Lewandowski, who is not a target of the lawsuit, did not respond to a request for comment.
