Nick is a partner in our Saint John office.  He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New Brunswick following the completion of an honours degree in computer science.

After articling with the firm, Nick was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2010.  He worked for several years outside the practice of law as a government policy advisor, a political executive assistant and a legislative chief of staff.  Through this experience, Nick brings a unique perspective to help clients resolve their legal issues.

Nick’s practice focuses on financing transactions, private equity investments and corporate reorganizations.  He represents clients on general corporate and governance issues, intellectual property matters and energy and natural resources files. He is a registered Trademark Agent (Canada).

Nick is actively involved in political affairs at all levels.  He has served on provincial and federal electoral district associations, volunteered for several mayoral campaigns and completed a term as chairperson of the Saint John Region Chamber of Commerce government relations committee.  He is the past president of the Saint John-Rothesay Conservative Electoral District Association.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys travelling and is a long distance runner.  He has raced in all competitive distances and is a Boston qualifying marathoner.
