Alberta Separation and decentralizing the government — Independence Party of Alberta candidate Kerry Lambert
Kerry Lambert is the Independence Party of Alberta's MLA candidate for Chestermere Strathmore in the upcoming provincial election.
Lambert has experience in several fields and businesses, including forming a multimedia company and school, working for the military designing computer-based simulation software, and running a jukebox and arcade games entertainment company, among other fields. However, the most influential business regarding Lambert's young political career was one that couldn't get off the ground, as he and his business partner tried opening a bar right as the pandemic hit.
Feeling that the government's approach to lockdowns and mask mandates at the time wasn't right, Lambert took inspiration from Whistle Stop Cafe owner Christopher Scott and fought against the mandates.
"Even prior to the pandemic there was always this feeling that something was not quite right with the world. And then when the pandemic hit, I think it really opened our eyes as to the failings of government and policies and things have not been right," he said.
Lambert's interaction with Alberta Health Services (AHS) and Calgary Police Officers during this time ignited the fire that would lead to his pursuit of politics, as he said he wants to be the change he wants to see, which embodies his campaign slogan of "nothing changes if nothing changes."
Believing the two biggest parties, the UCP and NDP in Alberta are corrupt, he wants to reach out to those who may be suffering from voter apathy to say there's a third option in the Independence Party of Alberta.
"Voter apathy is a big thing that I've come to realize in the last little bit. There are people that just have refused to vote this year, even though this is probably the most important election that we're looking at. They believe that their vote is not going to matter and I've been trying to argue the fact that there is more than just two parties and the whole splitting the vote thing doesn't work universally."
As for what changes Lambert would want to bring, one of his big points was separating Alberta from Canada and the "tyrannical federal government." Beyond separating from Canada and the federal government, Lambert also pointed toward decentralizing provincial government institutions like healthcare and education to return to smaller community lifestyles.
"I want to do as much as I possibly can to educate Albertans that this is not the way to go, we need to get back to fundamental roots. There's a lot of things that I don't like about the education system... the government wants to indoctrinate our children on certain things."
As for what those fundamental roots are, Lambert said this means returning to religious values, among other things.
"I think that would be beneficial going forward and I think that would definitely have a solid foundation. You can't build a house unless you have a good foundation and we've seemed to have lost that foundation," he said in regard to religion.
Lambert said he himself is Christian, but his focus on religion isn't just about Christianity. He said no matter what faith you practice he would like to see each community member bring their faith into their daily life, as he feels this has been lost.
Lambert added he and the Independence Party of Alberta are involved with the Alberta Prosperity Project (APP), saying many of their beliefs are aligned. The APP's vision on their website says "for the prosperity, individual freedoms and rights of all Albertans to be protected by a new ‘Constitution of Alberta’ that recognizes the Supremacy of God as foundational to Civil Society and the Rule of Law."
The election will take place on May 29, with advance voting occurring from May 23-27.

Petition to the Alberta Government
Whereas:
Kaycee Madu admitted "It was never about science but about political control and power. Thanks to freedom convoys who had the courage to mobilize against these tyrannical policies."
At least a half dozen truckers from Fort MacLeod, Taber, Lethbridge, Claresholm, and Olds have had charges laid against them because they rallied for their rights in Coutts, Alberta.
These men are political punching bags who stood up against mandate madness.
The charges against them are malicious prosecution in kangaroo courts pandering to political bullies.
Therefore we residents of Canada call for the charges against the truckers to be dropped and for Tyler Shandro to be removed from the Alberta cabinet.
PLEASE SHARE THIS ELECTRONIC PETITION WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
We need 5000 signatures!

Hundreds gather to support ‘Freedom Convoy’ protesters charged with mischief
Nov 4, 2022 | 12:55 PM
LETHBRIDGE, AB – A large crowd formed outside of the Lethbridge
Courthouse on Friday, November 4, 2022, showing their support for
three people charged in connection to alleged events at the Coutts
border blockade in February 2022.
The rally was held to show support for Marco Van Huigenbos, 32, of
Fort Macleod; Alex Van Herk, 53, of Fort Macleod; and Gerhard (George)
Janzen, 43, of Taber. They are each charged with one count of mischief
over $5,000.
Benita Pedersen helped with the rally and says she was “blown away” by
how many people showed up and the level of enthusiasm they displayed.
“I am so happy with this turnout, just amazing. An amazing show of
support for Alex, Marco, and George,” says Pedersen. “It just warms my
heart to see all of these people, and what warms my heart even more is
how the people came with a positive attitude of peace and love.”
Members of the Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) attended the rally to
ensure everyone there remained safe.
Officers counted approximately 500 people at the event.
LPS says there were no major issues to report.
“With the exception of a few parking challenges as a result of the
influx of people and vehicles, the gathering was peaceful and no
police action was required,” reads a media release from LPS.
Peter Van Liere also spoke at the rally, saying that when COVID-19
restrictions were first enacted in March 2020, he felt like he was
alone, but the freedom convoy protests restored his faith that things
would get better.
Following their appearance in Lethbridge Provincial Court, the three
men accused made brief remarks to those in attendance at the rally.
Van Herk thanked everyone who came out to show their support, and said
he hopes the court proceedings will be over quickly.
“I think this thing needs to end as soon as possible,” says Van Herk.
Chad Williamson, the lawyer representing Janzen, provided an update on
the courtroom proceedings.
He said that although today’s appearance in Lethbridge Provincial
Court was brief, it was an important one.
Williamson explained that lawyers for both the crown and defense have
decided to proceed by indictment, which gives them the right to be
tried by a judge and jury.
“We believe that 12 randomly-chosen representative jurors reflects the
common-sense, the values, and the conscious of this community and is
very important in this case,” said Williamson. “Once disclosure has
been properly received, we’ll proceed to trial by jury immediately.
There will be no deals and no concessions of any kind.”
The next court appearance for Van Huigenbos, Van Herk, and Janzen is
scheduled for December 12, 2022.
Peter Van Liere gives a speech about the freedom convoy movement
outside of the Lethbridge Courthouse as Marco Van Huigenbois, Alex Van
Herk, and Gerhard (George) Janzen make a scheduled court appearance.

Marco Van Huigenbos, 32, faces charge of mischief over $5,000 Meghan Grant · CBC News · Posted: Sep 16, 2022 10:39 AM MT | Last Updated: September 16 Fort Macleod Coun. Marco Van Huigenbos, 32, has been charged in connection with the Coutts border blockade seven months after it ended. (Mirna Djukic/Radio-Canada) New charges have been laid against protesters involved in the Coutts border blockade earlier this year, including Marco Van Huigenbos, a Fort Macleod town councillor. Van Huigenbos, 32, who was a protest organizer, as well as Alex Van Herk, 53, and George Janzen, 43, each face a count of mischief over $5,000. In a written release, RCMP called the three men "key participants of the Coutts border blockade," which took place between Jan. 29 and Feb. 15. The three are due in court on Oct. 4. Van Huigenbos's lawyer, Yoav Niv, says he has not yet received disclosure, which would shed light on why the Mounties have laid the mischief charge. Niv went on to say his client is "presumed innocent." Mounties seize guns and arrest 13 protesters at border blockade in Alberta Initially, RCMP laid charges against 14 people, including four men facing the most serious offences, conspiracy to murder RCMP officers. Chris Carbert, Chris Lysak, Anthony Olienick and Jerry Morin will go on trial next June. Two others — Luke Berk, 62, and 39-year-old Johnson Law — were accused of less serious offences and have since seen their charges withdrawn. Prosecutor Steven Johnston has declined to explain why the charges were dropped. Van Huigenbos reprimanded by town council In March, Van Huigenbos was reprimanded for what Fort Macleod Mayor Brent Feyter described as "unacceptable behaviour." In a letter posted to the town's website, Feyter expressed "grave concerns" about Van Huigenbos's role as a blockade organizer. "To be clear, council respects the rights of peaceful protest, but that does not extend to organizing an illegal blockade of a highway in border crossing that halted international travel and trade for over two weeks and disrupted our municipal neighbour, the Village of Coutts," wrote the mayor. Alberta men accused in plot to murder Mounties saw undercover cops as 'girls' who could help: court records Van Huigenbos has a duty to act in good faith "and in the best interests of Fort Macleod at all times," reads the letter, adding that subsequent instances of "unacceptable behaviour may result in further sanction." When asked for comment Friday, Feyter issued a brief statement, explaining that under the Alberta Municipal Government Act, Van Huigenbos is allowed to continue serving. "If convicted, the conviction would be reviewed to determine if the member of council, Marco, can continue to serve," wrote the mayor. RCMP have laid new charges against three men in connection with the Coutts border blockade earlier this year. (Jeff McIntosh/The Canadian Press) The bulk of the charges were laid following Feb. 14 raids on trailers that had been set up on Joanne Person's property near the protest site. Person also faces charges connected to the blockade. During the execution of the search warrants, police seized more than a dozen firearms as well as ammunition and body armour. At the border: The trucks and tractors have left the border town of Coutts, Alta. But for some, the protest never ended Newly unsealed court documents show RCMP ran an undercover operation and a rarely used "imminent harm" wiretap to justify the execution of search warrants and the laying of charges. RCMP believed the men accused of conspiring to murder police officers were stockpiling weapons to arm themselves and others in preparation for a standoff with police. When interviewed the day after the raids, Van Huigenbos told CBC News the protest was "infiltrated by an extreme element" and said the remaining protesters had decided to "peacefully leave Coutts and return to [their] families." Author close to crossing final literary boundary Local author Gertjan Zwiggelaar is a couple steps closer to his goal of writing a book in every genre. Advocate StaffApr. 15, 2014 9:05 p.m. Local author Gertjan Zwiggelaar is a couple steps closer to his goal of writing a book in every genre. With his Journey to the Underside, published in 2012, and his Marty & Me, Another Pirate’s Tale, published in 2013, Zwiggelaar has respectively covered the adventure and horror/pirate categories. His previous books, A Pirate’s Tale and Into the Game, fall into the swashbuckling and science-fiction genres. The Red Deer author has also written poetry, historic fiction, non-fiction, short stories and children’s literature over the years. While he hasn’t full tackled romance yet, Zwiggelaar feels there are enough romantic elements in most of his books to make them also popular with female readers. The former Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School art and drama teacher has never believed in limiting his scope of his interests to just art or just writing. He paints in a wide variety of styles, from abstracts to landscapes to fantasy images, and has also been writing stories since childhood. When Zwiggelaar began creating plays for high school students to perform, he said one of them won a literary award from the Edmonton Journal in the 1980s and this gave him encouragement. He began his first big project, The Incredible Adventures of Princess Kiera and her Friends, as possible successor to the Harry Potter books. The 240,000-word tome is still being reworked by Zwiggelaar, who would someday like to publish it. In 2008, he discovered publisher-on-demand America Star Books, which accepted his A Pirate’s Tale and the following three books for publication. The company doesn’t require authors to pre-order copies of their books — Zwiggelaar said if the publisher thinks a book will sell, it prints off some copies and makes them available on Amazon.com and various other booksellers. Authors get a small royalty for each copy sold. Zwiggelaar’s most literary output is a sci-fi adventure in the Jules Verne vein, A Journey to the Underside, as well as Marty & Me, the second book in a planned pirate’s trilogy. Zwiggelaar intends to put out the final pirate book, Hanzel Sventska, a Faustian tale of someone who sells his soul, by this summer. He believes readers enjoy his plots because the action moves along, without getting bogged down by small or unnecessary details. “They’re page turners.” lmichelin@bprda.wpengine.com Gertjan Zwiggelaar Artist in Red Deer, Alberta Address: 4702 33 St, Red Deer, AB T4N 0N5 Phone: (403) 341-4517 ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Office of the Premier <Premier@gov.ab.ca> Date: Thu, 18 Mar 2021 00:16:35 +0000 Subject: Automatic reply: YO Chad Williamson Say Hey to Pastor James Coates and Rotten Ralphy's niece and her foes in the RCMP, Steve Phillips, Karen Thorsrud and their bosses Kaycee Madu and Jason Kenney for me will ya??? Trial starts for Red Deer restaurant owner who is accused of defying public health orders Ryan Langlois’ lawyer is trying to get the ‘civil disobediance case’ thrown out of court Lana MichelinJun. 23, 2021 3:30 p.m.Local NewsNews The lawyer for a Red Deer restaurant owner accused of defying public health orders is attempting to have the court case thrown out on a technicality. Yoav Niv, who’s representing Mom’s Diner owner Wesley Langlois, plans to make a submission to the judge asserting the Crown did not apply to have Langlois’ statements declared admissible in court. This goes against proof of identity and raises questions about whether Langlois was the person who was ticketed, said Niv. On Wednesday, three witnesses — a public health inspector and two community peace officers — took the stand and identified Langlois as the restaurant owner, who was twice ticketed in January for allowing eat-in dining in contradiction of public health orders. But “dock identification is not enough,” Niv maintained during Langlois’ trial in Red Deer provincial court. Crown prosecutor Martha O’Connor called this an “artificial argument.” Provincial court Judge Jim Glass suggested the lawyer and the Crown each make their own written submissions and he will consider both sides before ruling on the matter. Glass’s decision is expected in the latter part of July, although a date has not yet been confirmed. If Langlois’ trial continues, the restaurant owner is expected to take the stand next month. On Wednesday, the Crown called three witnesses who all testified to seeing people eating and drinking within Mom’s Diner on Jan. 27, 28 and 30 — despite a provincial health order calling for take-out only restaurant service during this period to reduce the spread of COVID-19. After several complaints about the West Park restaurant defying health orders, health inspector Quentin Schatz said he went to investigate on Jan. 27 and found at least 20 people consuming food inside what appeared to be a “full” diner. Despite speaking to Langlois about the pubic health order and taping a closure notice on the diner’s door, Schatz testified that he returned the next day to again find people eating inside the small restaurant. Schatz told the court he then posted a formal closure order and presented a copy to Langlois. Two peace officers later came by to give the restaurant owner a $1,200 ticket for failing to comply with public health orders. The Crown’s next witness, Red Deer community peace officer Kenneth Chiasson, testified that he told Langlois that he could ticket everybody eating in his diner for defying health orders, but would only fine him. The aim wasn’t to be heavy-handed, said Chiasson, but to stop risky behaviour: “I didn’t want to disrupt everything, so I started at the top…. I figured they can’t dine if he isn’t open.” Peace officer Benjamin Gray testified that he went to check on activity at Mom’s Diner on Jan. 30 and saw a closed sign and the health order still posted. But when Gray peered into the window, he saw at least 12 people eating and drinking inside. Gray told the court that Langlois told him he wasn’t officially open, but was serving people who had just been at an anti-restrictions rally earlier that day. Gray issued Langlois another violation ticket. In cross-examination by Niv, Gray was asked whether the diners could have been ordering food for take-out. Gray responded that it didn’t appear so, since the people in the restaurant were sitting at tables and eating and drinking. All three witnesses recalled getting some jeers and cat-calls from diners as they performed their duties, but Langlois was unfailingly polite. “He was completely co-operative — except for following (public health) orders,” said Schatz. At the start of Wednesday’s trial, Judge Glass opted to defer the Constitutional Charter challenge portion of proceedings to allow time for a higher court to make a ruling on a similar case — Rebecca Marie Ingram (and two Baptist churches) versus the Medical Officer of Health. If Langlois’ trial ever gets to the constitutional level, Niv doesn’t expect this portion to be dealt with until December or later. lmichelin@reddeeradvocate.com Martha O'Connor Called to the bar: 1988 (AB) Justice and Solicitor General (AB), Dept. of Crown Prosecutor Special Prosecutions, Centrium Pl. 300-332 6 Ave. S.W. https://davidraymondamos3. Wednesday 10 January 2024 Chrystia Freeland’s bodyguards assaulted me. So I have to sue them. Can you help? 'The thing is, suing the government is like "fighting city hall". They have all the resources, including free lawyers. Well, they're not free, of course — they just use taxpayer dollars to pay their bills. So they will surely hire half a dozen of the most expensive lawyers in the country. We've seen them do that before. But just because they have more money than us doesn't mean they're right. I think the video evidence in this case is so overwhelming, that we'll be able to win, even with just one lawyer — and Sarah Miller is a very, very good lawyer. (She managed to overturn Pastor Artur Pawlowski's lockdown conviction in an amazing 3-0 ruling in the Alberta Court of Appeal.) I think that even the RCMP know they're in trouble — late today the RCMP admitted that they were reviewing their officers' conduct. But we know that the RCMP always whitewashes things for Trudeau. That's why we need to get in front of a real court — and maybe even in front of a jury of ordinary Canadians. Tonight Sarah sent me a copy of her retainer agreement. She's not cheap. But we need a top-notch lawyer. I think it's possible that this lawsuit could cost as much as $100,000. That's enormous; and of course Freeland and the police will probably spend a million dollars fighting us inch by inch. But I truly believe that if we can get in front of a judge, we can win. The video of the police misconduct is just so conclusive." RE: ATTN Matthew Macdonald and Sarah Miller Deja Vu? Lawyer for Pastor James Coates: “No evidence” Alberta health orders serve public safety, says John Carpay By Rebel News | March 05, 2021 Remove Ads Pastor James Coates of GraceLife Church has been held in custody at the Edmonton Remand Centre for nearly two weeks. This morning, after finding out that the pastor's bail hearing was denied, Ezra Levant invited lawyer John Carpay of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms on to our Rebel News Daily livestream to discuss the case. Make sure to watch the full video, but here's some of what John had to say about the ongoing legal difficulties faced by an Alberta religious leader arrested for refusing to shut down his church and turn believers away: “The silver lining on that cloud is that, because of the suffering of Pastor Coates, the government's going to be forced to show the public the science, the evidence [for lockdowns] for the first time ever. “Because all we've had in the last twelve months is fear-mongering and speculation and assertions, and the government doesn't have the evidence... they're going to have to scramble hard in the next two months to come up with it.” When asked about the type of charges laid against the pastor, John responded: “My understanding is that Pastor Coates would not go to prison, unless he was found in contempt of court. And if so, the Alberta government sought a specific injunction against GraceLife Church in Edmonton... and was successful -- if there was specific court injunction against that church, and if Pastor Coates or other members of that church... defied the injunction, they could be found to be in contempt of court. “...my understanding is that there's no jail time for that.” Pastor James Coates of GraceLife Church will remain in prison until May. By Drea Humphrey | March 05, 2021 Should churches really be closed in BC? On Tuesday, I went back to the Vancouver courts to report on the second day of a Supreme Court of British Columbia hearing, where Chief Justice Christopher Hinkson is set to rule on a legal challenge that was filed by the the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms. The JCCF is challenging the B.C. government's restrictions against peaceful protests and in-person worship services. On day one of the hearing, there were many pastors and protesters outside of the courthouse, speaking out about why in desperate times like these, churches desperately need to be open. Zoom services just don't cut it for everyone. This got me wondering, what does the average Vancouverite feel about Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry’s decision to ban in-person worship services, while keeping nearly everything else open, including pubs like St. James Well, which was recently linked to over 300 COVID-19 cases? Also, do they believe people should be able to exercise their right to peacefully protest during life with COVID-19? And if they do agree with most of the COVID-19 restrictions placed on the people, exactly how long do they believe society should have to follow such restrictions? So many questions, and day two of this hearing was the perfect place to ask them, across the street from the courthouse. Passerby couldn’t help but look in the direction of the courthouse, as there were two types of demonstrations occurring outside of it. While one was there to gather for an outdoor church service in protest for freedom of religion, the two groups shared a common cause over the right to protest. That’s because the second group was gathering in protest while inside, Stacy Gallagher, an Indigenous opponent of the Trans Mountain pipeline, was sentenced to 90 days in prison after being convicted of criminal contempt for her mobilization against the pipeline. MORE SUCCESS: Calgary street church pastor has mask bylaw tickets thrown out By Sheila Gunn Reid | March 04, 2021 Today I have another FightTheFines.com victory to report, this one in the ongoing saga of Calgary Street Church Pastor Artur Pawlowski. Rebel News viewers may recognize Art as one of our very first www.FightTheFines.com cases. He had been fined $1,200 for supposedly breaching the lockdown. In reality, he was helping feed downtown Calgary's homeless population, something Art does as part of his ministry to those who need it the most. We hired a lawyer to help Art, and police ended up dropping that ridiculous fine. But then the lockdown returned, and so did the systemic crackdown on Art's outreach to hungry and homeless. Art and his brother were charged with organizing a protest, for violating orders on outdoor gatherings — I guess that's what we call feeding the hungry these days. They were also charged for not wearing a mask while distributing food to the homeless, even though Art and his brother were both outside, where you don't have to wear a mask. Art's been a long time critic of Calgary Mayor Naheed Nenshi, and it looked like city officials were taking out their petty grievances on Art and using their new coronavirus ticket books to do it. The top-notch lawyer we hired for Art who got those first fines thrown out, Sarah Miller, now has another win for Art: she was able to have the mask violation fines tossed out. However, Sarah's work isn't even close to done. Art isn't going to stop feeding the homeless, and it appears the City of Calgary isn't going to stop ticketing him for doing it. Because of this, the fines are piling up, and so is Sarah's work to fight for her client. If you'd like to help us secure more wins for Art and other Canadians with coronavirus fines as we fight for civil liberties, one lockdown ticket at a time, please donate today at www.FightTheFines.com. https://jssbarristers.ca/ Sarah Miller 403-571-1051 millers@jssbarristers.ca ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: David Amos <david.raymond.amos333@gmail. The pastor, James Coates of the GraceLife Church in Parkland County west of Edmonton, has been in jail for over two weeks and was appealing his bail conditions. After hearing arguments yesterday from Coates’s lawyers, Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Peter Michalyshyn dismissed the bail review this morning. Coates is charged with violating Alberta’s Public Health Act and with breaking a promise to abide by conditions of his bail release, which is a Criminal Code offence. Supporters pray outside an Edmonton court in February after James Coates was arrested for holding Sunday services in violation of COVID-19 rules. (THE CANADIAN PRESS/Jason Franson) His lawyer, James Kitchen, told the court Thursday that Coates can’t follow a bail condition that forbids him from holding services because that would violate his conscience by disobeying God. “This is a matter of deep-seeded personal conscience and religious beliefs for Pastor Coates,” Kitchen said. “He is unable to disobey the God he believes in. He is compelled to obey … as [are] his congregants.” The prosecution argued that Coates’s release would be a danger to the public. Outside the courthouse, dozens of Coates’s supporters gathered–many of them not wearing face masks–and more than 350 attended the hearing via the court’s web conferencing software. Some failed to mute their microphones, leading to frequent disruptions. Supporters rallied outside court yesterday as lawyers for James Coates appealed his bail conditions. (THE CANADIAN PRESS/Jason Franson) Coates turned himself in to police on Feb. 16 and was charged with two counts in contravention of the Public Health Act and charged for failing to comply with a condition of his undertaking. He refused release, saying he could not abide by the conditions. Prior to his detention, his Sunday services were drawing up to 300 members, and in early February Coates was charged for a second time for breaking the rules. He was fined in December and Alberta Health Services ordered the church to close in January, but Coates ignored the orders. The church has continued to hold services, even though Coates is in custody. With files from The Canadian Press, CBC News https://www.jccf.ca/alberta- Alberta court jails Pastor Coates through to May 3-5 trial Mar 5th, 2021 EDMONTON: The Justice Centre is very disappointed to announce that Justice Peter Michalyshyn of the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench in Edmonton has ruled that Pastor James Coates of Grace Life Church must remain in jail for the next eight weeks pending his trial, unless he agrees to abide by health orders that violate his Charter freedoms of conscience, religion, expression, association and peaceful assembly. Pastor Coates has been in custody at the Edmonton Remand Centre since February 16, after he refused to sign a bail condition to comply with provincial health orders that violate his Charter freedoms of conscience, religion, expression, association and peaceful assembly. The Justice Centre filed an appeal in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, to seek the release of Pastor Coates from jail prior to a trial date set for May 3-5, 2021, in Alberta Provincial Court in Stony Plain. The Justice Centre represents Pastor Coates and Grace Life Church, a large church just west of Edmonton. Alberta Health Services (AHS) ticketed Pastor Coates, taken Grace Life and Pastor Coates to court, and even attempted to completely shut the Church down. Background information on Pastor Coates’ ordeal is available here. “A trial set eight weeks down the road was too long for an innocent Pastor to be in jail. Pastor Coates is a peaceful Christian minister. He should never have been required to violate his conscience and effectively stop pastoring his church as a condition to be released. In every way this was a violation of Pastor Coates’ Charter rights and freedoms,” states lawyer John Carpay, president of the Justice Centre. “Charter freedoms do not disappear because the government declares regular church services to be outlawed while allowing hundreds of people to fill their local Walmarts,” notes Carpay. ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: David Amos <david.raymond.amos333@gmail.
