Locals Protest COVID-19 Mandates at Freedom Rally

    Category: Local News
    Published: Monday, 04 October 2021 04:57
    Written by Harrison O'Nyons

Residents gathered at the Okotoks Olde Towne Plaza for the event, many
of them with signs and flags in tow.

Okotoks’ Olde Towne Plaza was packed on Sunday afternoon (Oct. 3) with
residents gathered for a Foothills Freedom Rally.

The event, as described on its Facebook page, was intended for those
who believe proof of vaccination programs and other COVID protocols
are in violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Many attendees held signs which expressed a wide range of views under
that umbrella, with some signs condemning the federal and provincial
governments, others denouncing vaccines, and others denying the
existence of a pandemic.

The rally featured several speakers who took to the stage to address
the crowd, and attendees eventually marched down McRae and Elizabeth
Street, turning onto Northridge Drive and walking up the hill before
looping back.

One of the people present at the rally, Dominique, says her grievances
started before the Restrictions Exemption Program was put in place.

“What I’ve seen, even prior to the mandate, is I have witnessed people
become alienated from family members who say, ‘You can’t come to
family events because you’re not vaccinated,’ who’ve been isolated and
segregated from their own families, and the government has
consistently made the overt statement now, but it used to be implied,
that if you comply with government restrictions you’re a good citizen,
and if you don’t you’re a bad citizen.”

She says the actions of the federal government with regard to the
pandemic contradict those from the past.

“I’m old enough to have watched my country support anti-apartheid
movements in South Africa, freedom for our own Indigenous people,
reconciliation. And to watch them enforce mandatory regulation that
segregates us from one another and pits us against one another, to me
that’s unconscionable.”

Justin, another attendee who took to the stage at one point during the
rally, also drew a historical comparison.

“We’re going back to what Hitler did to the Jews. They didn’t have a
right. We have a right in Canada and the Charter of Rights
specifically states that. We have a choice. We have a right. It’s
written in their websites and everything.”

With respect to the intensive care numbers the province has been
releasing, which state that the majority of ICU patients are
unvaccinated, Justin expressed some doubts.

“It’s the vaccinated people that are actually spreading the virus
because they have to go back in for all these boosters. And they’re
the ones who are getting it, but they’re spreading it to the
unvaccinated.”

He expressed frustration that treatments like Ivermectin,
hydroxychloroquine, and Vitamin C are not being put to use, and that
the COVID-19 vaccinations stem from some sort of arrangement between
pharmaceutical companies and the federal government.

Though he’s not opposed to vaccines in general, Justin believes the
COVID-19 vaccinations that are currently available haven’t been tested
enough, and that they’re actively harming people.

“I will not allow my 11-year-old son to be vaccinated because he is
the future of this country.”

Thank you Don McCracken for taking the time to discuss High River and
election issues!
"I kind of have a good ear for what's going on in town and what people
are felling and how things are going with businesses etc, and I think
it lent itself to me feeling that it was a good time probably for a
change in High River."
Langford points out he likes the members of council and counts many of
them among his friends but feels the town needs to take some new steps
going forward.

Langford Ready for High River Mayoral Forum

    Category: Local News
    Published: Monday, 04 October 2021 18:06
    Written by Don McCracken

Jeff Langford is one of two candidates running for mayor In High River

The High River Mayoral Forum is being held this Wednesday, Oct. 6.

One Mayoral Candidate, Jeff Langford, says he's eagerly anticipating
his chance to have a say.

The biggest item on Langford's agenda to be discussed comes in the
form of business development and changing how friendly the town is to
developers.

"The biggest issue that I have, and so do the people that I have
talked to, is we want to see more development in the town. Business,
commercial development in the outskirts, promoting local businesses
and better cooperation with the town when getting permits, and
applications approved quickly."

Langford says he feels the present council and mayor haven't been
doing a good enough job promoting businesses, which is something that
would change if he was to be elected.

To accomplish this, Langford says he'll start by implementing a
satisfaction survey to see where services are lacking in the
development process.

"The present council and mayor are not promoting businesses and
development in town. I've had a lot of developers come to me,
frustrated about developing," he says.

"Ways to remove more red tape is having more accountability downtown.
I'd like to see something like you'd get in a large business along the
lines of a customer service survey."

Langford says the survey would ensure that developers were happy with
the service received from council and would also see council run more
like a business and less like a bureaucracy.

As for the pool referendum, Langford says it just doesn't make sense
to keep spending money on renovations when there's alternatives
available.

Going back to his main caimpaign point, he says new development
approvals could even pay for a portion of the new aquatics centre.

"There's stuff that's being turned down here that would easily pay for
rec centres and everything else in pretty short time. It's going to be
more expensive for us in the long run to develop on an old site like
that, and keep re-working it, than it is to build a new site in town."

Langford says with Foothills County's interest in working together to
build a new centre on the outskirts of town, it just makes sense to
keep the Bob Snodgrass arena as a dry site and build a new leisure
centre.

Municipal Elections across the province take place on Oct. 18.

High River residents will cast their ballots at the Bob Snodgrass
Recreation Complex.

Advanced polls are open Oct. 7-9 and Oct. 14-16.

More information regarding the election can be found here.

Craig Snodgrass elected mayor of High River

HIGH RIVER, Alta.- After a tumultuous few months in the aftermath of
June’s devastating flood, the embattled town of High River is ready to
move forward with a new town council.
Story continues below advertisement

Craig Snodgrass, a local businessman, was elected mayor on Monday. He
defeated town councillor Jamie Kinghorn, who was serving on town
council.

The mayor’s chair was vacated, after Emile Blokland decided to step down.

“The last three months have been very challenging for all the
residents of High River, and myself personally as well,” he told
Global News back in September. “When you make a decision to serve your
community either as mayor or councillor, you need to balance your life
and I have chosen to take a step back and run for council to still be
a part of the rebuilding process if the community is willing to have
me there for the next four years.”

He instead ran for a seat on town council, and won a seat.

Voter turnout was extremely high in the town, with long lines
stretching down the street even as the 8 p.m. deadline approached.

Six councillors in total were voted in. They are:

    Emile Blokland (1,674)
    Dragan Brankovich (1438)
    Cathy Couey (2415)
    Peter Loran (1568)
    Bruce Masterman (1725)

Well Known High River RCMP Officer Headed To Calgary

Corporal Blair Schneider was well known for his concerts to raise
money for local charities.

The High River RCMP are about to lose one of it's most popular members.

Corporal Blair Schneider is headed to N-West which is short for
National Weapons Enforcement Support Team.

He says the community hasn't changed a lot in the almost six years
he's been stationed here.

"I think more or less it's stayed pretty close to the same, it's
pretty even keeled here in High River, this is a great community,
nothing really bad in terms of super violent crime happens here, it's
a lot of property crimes," he says. "Although since last year when
COVID hit we've been relatively slow, I mean B-and-E's are down, when
people are working from home we don't see very many break and enters."

He says generally from what he's seen people are pretty receptive.

"I think we're well liked and well received in the High River
community, a lot of us take time and try to get engaged and involved
in local events and for that reason I think we have a pretty high
approval rate," Cpl. Schneider says.

Many will know Cpl Schneider for his concerts where he's raised money
for local charities.

"Pre-COVID I tried to do two or three concerts a year , I'm a piano
player, I've been playing piano for close to, the better part of 48
years now I guess, so I try to do some concerts at Carlson's On
Macleod, Don and Brenda have been great to me, they offer up the venue
and we raise money for different charities, some of which have been
the High River Salvation Army Food Bank, Rowan House and Abbeyfield
House," he says.

Cpl. Schneider is off to Calgary and N-West, an integrated unit where
he'll be partnered up with another RCMP Corporal and Calgary Police
Service Detective.

"This unit does everything to do with firearms and weapons, so we
assist detachments across the Division with the classification of
firearms, the verification, so these firearms have to be tested if
there's charges and it's going to court, certificates for court have
to be produced and then we assist them with the charges," he says.

"Now with the new legislation the federal government has placed
approximately 1,500 assault-type firearms into the prohibited category
so we'll be dealing with those too."

Schneider says he loves High River and the people and called it one of
the best postings he's had in the RCMP.

His last day at the High River detachment is March 24, 2021.

Staying true to party platforms for the most part, candidates
responded to questions about the gun registry, same sex marriage, the
exodus of young people from the Maritimes and regulated gas prices.
Herron and Moore were clear competitors, constantly challenging each
other on their answers and criticizing eachothers' party leaders.
Hanratty flew under the radar, giving short, concise responses to the
questions while Amos provided some food for thought and a bit of comic
relief with quirky answers. "I was raised with a gun," Amos said in
response to the question of thenational gun registry. "Nobody's
getting mine and I'm not paying 10 cents for it."

Herron, a Progressive Conservative MP turned Liberal, veered from his
party'splatform with regard to gun control. "It was ill advised but
well intentioned," Herron said. "No matter what side of the house I am
on, I'm voting against it." Pat Hanratty agreed there were better
places for the gun registry dollars to be spent.Recreational hunters
shouldn't have been penalized by this gun registry," he said.

The gun registry issues provoked the tempers of Herron and Moore. At
one point Herron got out of his seat and threw a piece of paper in
front of Moore. "Read that," Herron said to Moore, referring to the
voting record of Conservative Party leader Steven Harper. According to
Herron, Harper voted in favour of the registry on the first and second
readings of the bill in 1995. "He voted against it when it counted, at
final count," Moore said. "We needa government with courage to
register sex offenders rather than register the property of law
abiding citizens."

Canada's NFA calls for Judicial Inquiry into High River Gun Grab
Date: Monday, December 16, 2013
Canada's NFA calls for Judicial Inquiry into High River Gun Grab

"The mandate is too narrow to get the whole truth."

"While the National Firearms Association wholeheartedly supports the
RCMP Public Complaints Commission extending its investigation into the
break-in of more than 1,900 High River homes by the RCMP, we believe
that their mandate is too narrow. The Commission may be able to find
out what happened, but it is hamstrung by legislative constraints that
won't allow the Commissioner's investigators to dig deep enough to
find out why, nor to address the significant question of how such an
event could happen as it did outside of a police state," said NFA
President Sheldon Clare, "For that reason, there simply must be a full
judicial inquiry with a broad mandate to determine what happened and
why in High River - the problem is far beyond one of police policy and
procedure."

The very limited mandate of the commissioner is expressed here, and
reproduced below:
http://www.cpc-cpp.gc.ca/cnt/decision/cic-pdp/2013/cic-pdp-130705-eng.aspx

In light of the foregoing, pursuant to subsections 45.37(1) and
45.43(1) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act (RCMP Act), I am
today initiating a complaint and public interest investigation into
the conduct of all RCMP members or other persons appointed or employed
under the authority of the RCMP Act involved in the activities in High
River, Alberta, specifically:
1. Whether the RCMP members or other persons appointed or employed
under the authority of the RCMPAct involved in entering private
residences in High River complied with all appropriate training,
policies, procedures, guidelines and statutory requirements;
2. Whether the RCMP members or other persons appointed or employed
under the authority of the RCMP Act involved in seizing firearms from
private residences in High River complied with all appropriate
training, policies, procedures, guidelines and statutory requirements;
and,
3. Whether the RCMP national, divisional and detachment-level
policies, procedures and guidelines relating to such incidents are
adequate.

Clare continued, "It has become increasingly clear that the
investigation also has to include the role of the Alberta Government
and in particular the communications between Municipal Affairs
Minister Doug Griffiths and the RCMP."

Additionally, on page 92 of the RCMP response to one of NFA's eleven
Access to Information (ATI) Act requests on the issue, it shows that
in addition to the 223 RCMP officers deployed in High River during the
flood, there were 310 Canadian Forces personnel in High River, many of
whom were witnesses to the unwarranted search and seizure operations
in High River. NFA Director for Alberta, Dennis Young confirmed,
"During our communications with National Defence in October, we were
told that documentation does exist from soldiers in response to our
ATI Act request for records of 'complaints and witness accounts of any
inappropriate or illegal action observed while working in High River'.
However, the RCMP Public Complaints Commissioner does not have
authority to examine these records or interview Canadian Forces
personnel about what they saw and did in High River."

Lacombe Lawyer Rick Hemmingson, who was featured in the Sun News
documentary on High River (see link below), provided Canada's NFA with
several reasons why a judicial enquiry is absolutely essential. "We
concur," said Sheldon Clare, "and we will be writing the Prime
Minister and the Premier of Alberta with our request."

Good Day Sgt Roussel,

Trust that messing with corrupt mindless politicians in Alberta goes under
the heading of fun for mean old me. BTW My records tell me I sent you three
emails not just one. As per your request you can find the original text of
the first email to you on August 12th and many others below. Believe it or I
provided more info after it for your benefit and mine as well. I never make
false allegations. I only state what I know to be true in writng, back it up
with documentation and let the political cards fall where they may.
Lets just say
I have been dealing with questionable Feds in several countries for a very
long tme. Last week things got rather serious when the CBC starting yapping
about the President of Brazil and the CSEC etc so I made a lot of calls to
cover my butt then got gone. I know my affairs are complicated but if
anyone with two clues between their ears had been paying attention and
understand politics and the IMF etc then they would have easily
understood the ramifications of what the Brazilian President Rousseff
was saying to all the UN dudes before Prez Obama spewed a bunch of his
usual bullshit on Sept 24th.

Sgt Brian Topham may find it unbelievable that I a dumb Maritimer such as I
may be may be involved. I don't care. Here is a little proof for you that I
posted on the Internet about something that went down with Brazil and I one
month before I called Sgt Fuller and tried to talk to Günther Schönfeldt and
encountered an evil woman who claimed her name was just "Nora". For the
record I liked Sgt Fuller and am impressed that he asked questions of you.
But the lady "Nora" is another kettle of fish. She was so nasty she did not
dare to tell me her last name so doubt if even her first name was for real.
Our conversation started out ok. However after she acknowleged that she
still has my files in her records going back to November 18h, 2003 she saw
something else in the file that seemed to spokk her that she would not
discuss. Go figure. Methinks she figured that your fellow members of
the RCMP/DND
were gonna pounce on me once again and she wanted to play dumb. Quite
frankly so did I. I have been falsely imprisoned without charges twice thus far.

http://thedavidamosrant.blogspot.ca/2013/10/re-glen-greenwald-and-brazilian.html

Whether you want it or not the best advice that I can give to the low level
RCMP members involved in the High River nonsense is to be careful that
Paulson and his minions don't blame it all on you local fellas in the end.
Afterall it was your faces and words that were in published the news.
Unless ou have
proof the orders came from higher up the food chain they will cook your
goose in order to protect their fancy arses.

http://thedavidamosrant.blogspot.ca/2013/10/i-see-sun-media-dudes-finally-read-my.html

Trust that I am happy you finally got back to me and glad you were honest
with me. However I have no doubt your computers tell quite a tale about mean
old me but a lot of it is very untrue. Lets just say there was already a lot
of dirty water over the damn between the RCMP and I way back in the early
1980's before a lot of your officers joined the RCMP and long before the
water started rising in High River last June. Thus I have very good
reasons to not
trust cops especially when your assoicates ignored my calls and emails on June
29th, 2013. However it does not follow that I don't know that there
are not decent
folks within the Queen's Red Serge. Most fella's did not join the
force to abuse
their fellow Canadians but you did swear some oath to the Force the most seem
to think is more important that upholding the law. Hell even I tried
to join the RCMP
way back in 1970 but I was one inch to short to meet its standards
back then. Just
as Sgt Topham lamented a lot changed in 1974. FYI I would not be one
bit surprised to find out that one of my relatives was helping you
guys in High River last June.

BTW as soon as it hit the news about the questionable taking of all the guns
in High River I knew who was behind it. Hell I even let Danielle Smith know
out of the gate that something was up on June the 3rd. I tried to explain it
to S/Sgt Fuller when I called him a week or so ago but he said he would
rather hear it from you Sgt Roussel. The dates on my published emails tell a
very true tale. Take your associate Mr Baconfat's blog with pounds of salt.
I have no idea what you fellas know and what you don't know about my
concerns with the RCMP and the DND. I also know that you would not
be allowed to tell me anyway because of your oaths. You must at least agree
that the subject line of the email your computer acknowledged was a rather
telling thing indeed. The Feds in the CSEC and the NAS cannot deny that
computers owned by the taxpayers can be infinitely ethical and that answers
comng from them very valuable to us all even if you are AOL. Correct Sgt
Roussel? Why in hell would you delete my emails rather than save it to
protect your own butt from litigation? It would have cost you nothing.

FYI I called Greg Kvisle after I saw him on Sun TV he said he didn't
need any help but he wanted to know who took his guns I told him I
knew but he didn't believe me. Clearly Ken Braat knows Greg Kvisle and
the cops very well. He should be able to tell Kvisle who took his
guns.

I bet Harper and the RCMP remembers what this Maritimer said about his
old 303s and shoguns when I ran for seat Parliament the first time
after the Maritimers Landslide Annie Mclellan Wayne Easter and a
boatload of corrupt cops pissed me off. If a don't feel free to scroll

I bet Danielle Smith, Bobby Baby Paulson remembers Robin Reid. Clearly
Insp Dougy Potts and Sgt Ian Shardlow pissed her and a bunch of

Bob Paulson,
Commissioner of RCMP
Canada.

Mr. Paulson,

I write once again after the disappointing bullshit letter I received
from Inspector Potts, and then my discussion with Sgt. Shardlow
yesterday in Okotoks over assaults, false arrest, murder, all kinds of
nasty things you are responsible for setting people up using your "
interception of private communication ".
You people neglect doing your duty here and as I see what is coming
out in the media, makes one wonder just how much death you have
covered up over the years.
Afraid the truth is coming out is what it seems, hmmmm. And as far as
your arresting officer Degroot goes he seems to have a lot of contact
with Juiliann Barna Reid, as I
asked Shardlow - does this abusing woman work for you????????? Perhaps
you could look into this and get back to me.

Honestly for men you have no balls, just like Harper - has god got
your balls also??????? And then you have your women godly agents who I
am thinking took your balls cuz they are as cruel as you men. Now is
that not shameful.?????? Just as Alison Redford ignored me when she
was justice minister.

You people do not care about children, woman or men in your game of
human abuse for
profit. You always have the same excuse.

Now Mr. Paulson, since you are at the top, do you condone these lies
and abuse of children, woman and men ???????

I do have some other concerns from many years ago involving the
okotoks RCMP putting the blame on 1 officer, an Indian, are you racist
Mr. Paulson, do you condone white supremacy and genocide upon the
Indian people and then every other race by thair own ????? Just as the
security guard who assaulted me - thair excuse was he just got out of
security school.

Also Mr. Paulson do you carry the dead peasant insurance upon your
workers???????? how does one find out if this type of insurance is on
people and who has used it?????????

And let's not forget the abuse on human life by religion, sit's at the
top on the abuse game for profit, would you not say???????

Now Mr. Paulson, do you feel this is right what has been done, the
medical abuse, assaults, false arrests and so much more I would like
to discuss in person.????????????

REMEMBER IT'S ALL INDIAN LAND THAT YOU PERSONS UNDER THE SUPREMACY OF
GOD, KILLED CHILDREN, WOMAN AND MEN FOR WHAT YOU HAVE, AND REMEMBER
INDIANS OF THE LANDS COME IN ALL RACES. SHAME ON YOU ALL CORRUPT
CHIEFS KILLING CHILDREN IN SO MANY WAYS, ESPECIALLY YOU CONDONED
PEDOPHILE LAIR.

Thank you

High River homeowner upset police entered his home three times after
flood hit and seized antique firearms

The RCMP's post-flood seizure of two family heirloom firearms that
were hidden in his home is an outrageous trespass, says a High River
man.

The Mounties made three trips into the home of Greg Kvisle before
seizing the guns, a 1912 Winchester long-barreled shotgun and a
50-year-old .303 rifle in the days following June's deluge.

"My grandfather passed them down to my dad and when he passed away we
brought them here for safekeeping," said Kvisle, adding neither weapon
has been fired in decades.

"It's a sentimental thing for me."

He said both guns were stashed in a corner of his basement in a
storage area beneath boxes and far from any ammunition.

"They weren't visible and were secure as far as I saw it," said Kvisle.

His street wasn't impacted by the flooding and hadn't been evacuated,
but Kvisle said he was in Calgary when the water hit its height, and
was barred from returning home for nine days.

Once home, his suspicions that the two weapons might have been seized
were quickly confirmed.

About half of his neighbours had remained home, including those next
door who kept an eye on his property and helped Mounties enter his
home three times, said Kvisle.

"I just don't understand why they were searching for them," he said.

"They're supposed to be protecting our home, not looting it."

Kvisle said he had no trouble getting back his weapons from RCMP
officers, whom he called courteous and professional.

But the fact Mounties had taken hidden guns from his home on a
partly-populated street police were patrolling rankles him.

"What's next?" he said.

The Mounties said they seized firearms to prevent them from falling
into the hands of burglars in vacated, unsecured areas.

Kvisle's guns were situated in open view because it would have taken
very little to uncover them, said RCMP Sgt. Josee Valiquette.

"It could be in plain view under a bed, in a closet - somewhere
somebody could hide," said Valiquette.

"If they happened to open a closet, it is in plain sight...these
firearms were inappropriately secured."

Kvisle said he's been told a civilian group that oversees the RCMP is
reviewing his case.

"I hope we get some answers," he said.

Raising a Little Hell- Lively Debate Provokes Crowd

By Erin Hatfield

"If you don't like what you got, why don't you change it? If your
world is all screwed up, rearrange it."

The 1979 Trooper song Raise a Little Hell blared on the speakers at
the 8th Hussars Sports Center Friday evening as people filed in to
watch the Fundy candidates debate the issues. It was an accurate, if
unofficial, theme song for the debate.

The crowd of over 200 spectators was dwarfed by the huge arena, but as
they chose their seats, it was clear the battle lines were drawn.
Supporters of Conservative candidate Rob Moore naturally took the blue
chairs on the right of the rink floor while John Herron's Liberalswent
left. There were splashes of orange, supporters of NDP Pat Hanratty,
mixed throughout. Perhaps the loudest applause came from a row towards
the back, where supporters of independent candidate David Amos sat.

The debate was moderated by Leo Melanson of CJCW Radio and was
organized by the Sussex Valley Jaycees. Candidates wereasked a barrage
of questions bypanelists Gisele McKnight of the Kings County Record
and Lisa Spencer of CJCW.

The crowd was vocal throughout the evening, with white haired men and
women heckling from the Conservative side. "Shut up John," one woman
yelled. "How can you talk about selling out?" a man yelled whenHerron
spoke about his fear that the Conservatives are selling farmers out.

Although the Liberal side was less vocal, Kings East MLA Leroy
Armstrong weighed in at one point. "You're out of touch," Armstrong
yelled to Moore from the crowd when the debate turned to the cost of
post-secondary education. Later in the evening Amos challenged
Armstrong to a public debate of their own. "Talk is cheap. Any time,
anyplace," Armstrong responded.

As the crowd made its way out of the building following the debate,
candidates worked the room. They shook hands with well-wishers and
fielded questions from spectators-all part of the decision-making
process for the June 28 vote.

Cutline - David Amos, independent candidate in Fundy, with some of his
favourite possessions-motorcycles.

McKnight/KCR

The Unconventional Candidate

David Amos Isn't Campaigning For Your Vote, But..

By Gisele McKnight

FUNDY-He has a pack of cigarettes in his shirt pocket, a chain on his
wallet, a beard at least a foot long, 60 motorcycles and a cell phone
that rings to the tune of "Yankee Doodle."

Meet the latest addition to the Fundy ballot-David Amos.

The independent candidate lives in Milton, Massachusetts with his wife
and two children, but his place of residence does not stop him from
running for office in Canada.

One has only to be at least 18, a Canadian citizen and not be in jail
to meet Elections Canada requirements.

When it came time to launch his political crusade, Amos chose his
favourite place to do so-Fundy.

Amos, 52, is running for political office because of his
dissatisfaction with politicians.

"I've become aware of much corruption involving our two countries," he
said. "The only way to fix corruption is in the political forum."

The journey that eventually led Amos to politics began in Sussex in
1987. He woke up one morning disillusioned with life and decided he
needed to change his life.

"I lost my faith in mankind," he said. "People go through that
sometimes in midlife."

So Amos, who'd lived in Sussex since 1973, closed his Four Corners
motorcycle shop, paid his bills and hit the road with Annie, his 1952
Panhead motorcycle.

"Annie and I rode around for awhile (three years, to be exact)
experiencing the milk of human kindness," he said. "This is how you
renew your faith in mankind - you help anyone you can, you never ask
for anything, but you take what they offer."

For those three years, they offered food, a place to sleep, odd jobs
and conversation all over North America.

Since he and Annie stopped wandering, he has married, fathered a son
and a daughter and become a house-husband - Mr. Mom, as he calls
himself.

He also describes himself in far more colourful terms-a motorcyclist
rather than a biker, a "fun-loving, free-thinking, pig-headed
individual," a "pissed-off Maritimer" rather than an activist, a proud
Canadian and a "wild colonial boy."

Ironically, the man who is running for office has never voted in his life.

"But I have no right to criticize unless I offer my name," he said.
"It's alright to bitch in the kitchen, but can you walk the walk?"

Amos has no intention of actively campaigning.

"I didn't appreciate it when they (politicians) pounded on my door
interrupting my dinner," he said. "If people are interested, they can
call me. I'm not going to drive my opinions down their throats."

And he has no campaign budget, nor does he want one.

"I won't take any donations," he said. "Just try to give me some. It's
not about money. It goes against what I'm fighting about."

What he's fighting for is the discussion of issues - tainted blood,
the exploitation of the Maritimes' gas and oil reserves and NAFTA, to
name a few.

"The political issues in the Maritimes involve the three Fs - fishing,
farming and forestry, but they forget foreign issues," he said. "I'm
death on NAFTA, the back room deals and free trade. I say chuck it
(NAFTA) out the window.

NAFTA is the North American Free Trade Agreement which allows an
easier flow of goods between Canada, the United States and Mexico.

Amos disagrees with the idea that a vote for him is a wasted vote.

"There are no wasted votes," he said. "I want people like me,
especially young people, to pay attention and exercise their right.
Don't necessarily vote for me, but vote."

Although.if you're going to vote anyway, Amos would be happy to have
your X by his name.

"I want people to go into that voting booth, see my name, laugh and
say, 'what the hell.'"

I am not within your jurisdiction nor do I plan to come back until it is
time to argue mr harper and his cohorts in Federal Court however I may drag
some of you dudes or your lawyers back down to the USA with me to answer me
in the Second Circuit of the USA as to your involvement in the cover up of
many Yankee crimes.

I do not have to answer any questions put to me by Fat Fred Fity 's
Finest about whatever it is you may wish to know about my doings with the
RCMP but you corrupt city cops must certainly answer someday to your support
and cover up of my false imprisonment in the USA years ago.

Louie tell me honestly if you can find it in your soul to do so, why
did you laugh and make fun of my plight? I gave you a fair and square chance
to act ethically. i sent you a lot of material byway of this email address
and i sent it only to you just in case you would act ethically. Now I must
ask were you born an arsehole or did you work at it your whole life? What if
this shit had happened to you? What would you think of you if you were I?
Do you and Chucky Leblanc and the crook Alan MacFee have that sinking
feeling that you pissed off the wrong Maritimer yet or do you think i am the
ultimate loser? If i do lose bigtime I will you sleep at night knowing the
part you played in my demise? If a sudden fit of integrity overcomes you
say hey to your bosses Barry MacKnight, Insp Kelly and S/Sgt Copp for me
will ya and have them provide you with the file that the Police Commission
gave your god damned police force three years ago and start doing some
serious work for a change, will ya? Rest assured a lot has happened since.

The chickenshit S/Sgt Kathy Alchorn can say hey to the not so scary
spooks Norm Plourde and Kevin Jackson and Mikey Guitar and the Louie
Lefebvre character (his name sounds like yours Louie) for me as well. The
very shy S/Sgt. Kim Quartermain can tell the crook MacPhee that I will send
a buddy around to pick up my bike. I will look forward to meeting all you
bastards
in court someday but I must remain true to my word and sue Harper first.

Whereas Herménégilde Chiasson, Lieutenant Governor of New
Brunswick, just appointed Acting S/Sgt. Kim Quartermain, S/Sgt. Kathy
Alchorn, S\Sgt. Brian Ford and D/Chief Leanne Fitch of the Fredericton
Police
Force, as Honorary Aides-de-Camp to the Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick
to guard him and the mean old Maison from the likes of me and Chucky
Leblanc,
they should have no trouble locating all the documents and CDs that I have
been
serving upon all the crooks in and around that house for years.

If you don't believe me just scroll down and find the words of
the former Governor General. While you are reading and listening to this
crap consider what "Al" may do next. As you listen again to the portion of
just one police surveilance tape know that I will him and a couple of his
friends a complete copy of 139 and a few more even if I am falsely
imprisoned again A buddy or two jusst has to drop my material into the mail.
Never forget the nutbag blogger Chucky Leblanc has a complete set of
documents and a CD from 2004 that he did not give to Brad Green as he
promised. Depupty Dog in one of his rants has already informed me that "Al"
is pissed off. It is likely just his usual bullshit but if it were true I
would say Good. Shame on you all and Cya'll in Court.

N.B. government to await federal probe into possible RCMP wrongdoing May 30,
2007 - 19:47

By: KEVIN BISSETT
FREDERICTON (CP) - New Brunswick Attorney General T.J. Burke declined
comment Wednesday on allegations of wrongdoing within the provincial RCMP.
At least two current and former Mounties in the province are among more than
a dozen officers across the country who have alleged wrongdoing within the
force, including abuse of power, harassment and the coverup of evidence.
One of the published allegations was made by Daniel Bernier, a former RCMP
corporal who lives near Fredericton. He claims he was removed from an
investigation in which he said he found evidence of the misuse of federal
funds by New Brunswick government officials in 1999.
He alleges grants were wrongly approved to farmers.
Once he was removed from the case, Bernier said an internal investigation by
the RCMP was called into his conduct.
"Our government doesn't respond to allegations," Burke said Wednesday when
asked by reporters about the claims published this week.
"We respond to factual information that is provided to us, information that
we need to investigate and look at."
William Gilmour, an Ontario lawyer representing some of the Mounties who
made the allegations, said the current and former members are anxious to
tell their stories, but there must be protection from reprisal.
"We're actively seeking the government to afford a venue in the nature of a
parliamentary committee, where there's some protection for these people,
where they have agreed to come forward and tell their stories," he said
Wednesday.
Gilmour, who is an ex-Mountie, said he has been trying to get the federal
government to call his clients before such a committee for a year, but so
far nothing has happened.
In the Commons on Wednesday, Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day was
accused by the opposition of ignoring the turmoil.
"The Conservative public safety minister's response is to shrug his
shoulders, plug his ears and see no evil, hear no evil," said Liberal Sue
Barnes.
"Is this wilful blindness or gross negligence? When it comes to protecting
the integrity of Canada's national police, why is the public safety minister
thwarting real action?"
Day responded by saying the government is "taking action to get to the
bottom of some of the concerns that have been raised."
Another New Brunswick Mountie, Staff Sgt. Ken Smith, is suing senior
officers at J Division in Fredericton for alleged harassment, but the New
Brunswick government has stepped in and stayed proceedings.
The province has asked the Fredericton police force to fully investigate the
Smith case, which includes allegations of unauthorized use of tracking
devices on his police vehicle.
"For the 30 years that I have had with the police force, my job has been to
go out and investigate crime," Smith said. "To find that we have just as
much crime happening within our organization, which is stopping us from
doing our job, is very troubling for me and for the individuals who have
come forward."
Bernier said he's not surprised to hear that as many as 30 current and
former Mounties would be willing to testify before a parliamentary
committee.
"The country of Canada is quite vast and the RCMP is all over the place, and
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been treated like a piece of shit,"
Bernier said.
Gilmour said the appointment of a new RCMP commissioner with the mandate to
fix the problems in the force could prevent having to launch an inquiry or
royal commission.
In the meantime, he said, the reputation of the force is taking a beating.
"That's really quite unfair to the members on the street who are performing
such a valuable function and putting their lives at risk every day," said
Gilmour. "They don't deserve that and it needs to be dealt with far sooner
than later."

I must say your silence has been deafening for a lady acting as the
Commissioner for the Crown Corp commonly know as the RCMP. It has been six
months since you took over from the mean nasty old Zack and you are not one
bit more ethical. How else can you be so quiet particularly with all the
scandals breaking out daily about the RCMP?

I hear that the crook Rod Smith who was supposed to advise everyone
how to be ethical retired just in a nick of time after he and I had a little
pow wow on the phone. I was not surprised that you shitcanned Zack's old
assistant Mikey MacDonald in your office and that you replaced him with your
own nomind assistant Pierre Leduc. It was too funny that he has the same
last name as the nasty dude that finally answered me from the Commission of
Public Complaints Against the RCMP after five long years of pure hell for my
little Clan. Why don't one of you just tell the truth, the whole truth and
nothing but the truth just like you are supposed to do and let the political
cards fall where they may? Qiut the false allegation game will ya? It is
getting a little redundant, don't ya think?

I sure hope some cop blows the whistle bigtime real soon but I ain't

Mr. David R Amos

motomaniac_02186@yahoo.com

Dear Mr. Amos:

On a number of occasions you have called or sent e-mails our office to raise
matters which are of pressing concern to you.

Each time we have tried to respond by explaining to you the relatively
narrow mandate of this Commission and the limits of our powers to deal with
the matters which are of concern to you. I must stress, once again, that
the purpose of this Commission is to provide the public with an opportunity
to make complaints concerning the conduct of members of the RCMP in the
performance of their duties. We have neither the expertise nor the legal
authority to permit us to become involved in issues beyond the scope of this
mandate.

While it is clearly not the intention of the Commission to prevent you from
making complaints against members of the RCMP, an analysis of your numerous
contacts with the Commission indicates that your concerns fall well outside
the confines of our mandate. Further, your frequent e-mails have been
disruptive and unproductive for both you and for the staff of this office.

Should you determine that some point in the future you have a complaint
concerning the conduct of a member of the RCMP in the performance of his or
her duties, please submit it to the Commission *by Canada Post only*. As of
now, your e-mails will be deleted unread.

Yours truly,

Andrée Leduc

Merry Xmas AJ?

Bah Humbug. Liar, liar panties on fire, your parting wish proves
that you must have read something of mine. However I had a pretty good idea
that you would not read the latests email I sent ya so I played you like a
fiddle again. It seems that your porch lights are on but nobody is home. EH?
Perhaps you should read it now real slow or have your lawyer explain it to
you.
.
I must thank you for being so dumb. It was not wise for you to bounce
it back to me in its entirety without reading it first. You proved for me
what the smiling bastards debating once again in BC tonight have received
today. As they no doubt go about pounding on their chests bout their
personal integrity and honesty please allow me to add a few more gleaned
from your buddies' online news outfit and on top of what you bounced back to
further prove that not only do the political leaders understand the Canadian
Charter neither do our public servants.

In closing I must say you are far too boring to read for long and not
near as funny as your buddy the self described "Fibber". Methinks that boy
is still stuck in Wonderland. I would be willing to lay odds that he is
Halifax Dead in the Water's webmaster of Disaster. What say you Herr Frank
Streicher of 25562 Bloomfield St Halifax, NS B3K 1S9 or has the Cheshire Cat
got your tongue too?

To be fair to Halifax Dead in the Water I will insert your buddies's
online news report about the debate last night and then add a couple of
email exchanges between me and some very fancy public servants who failed to
uphold my rights under the Charter. Integrity at its finest. EH? Go ask
Shirley Heafey why she quit. she is alot like Alice the Mad Hatter in me
confused her out of the gate. So she quit and took her toys home. I am
chasing Mr. Kennedy's nasty arse now.To me all politicians and their
appointed underlings look like a bunch of pigs at the trough. I see are a
bunch very nasty arses. I know what I must do with my boot.

P.S. The Fibber will find this funny. It appears that some politician's
computers know more integrity than their owners or AJ EH?

Martin Demands That Harper Must Come Clean on Notwithstanding Clause
by LPC Friday, 16 December 2005

Prime Minister Paul Martin demanded Conservative Leader Stephen Harper come
clean that he intends to use the notwithstanding clause to overturn the
Charter right to same-sex marriage.

Mr. Harper said during tonight's leader's debate in Vancouver on the topic
of abolishing same-sex marriage: "I will never use the notwithstanding
clause on that issue."

Prime Minister Martin asked that he be honest with the Canadian people
regarding his intention to override a Charter right.
"We're talking about integrity. That means being honest. Either Mr. Harper
is going to try to change the law of the country that protects the rights
and freedoms of gays and lesbians or he's not going to," said Prime Minister
Martin.

"If he's going to use the notwithstanding clause, he should say so, and the
people will at least know what his position is."
The Prime Minister said Mr. Harper's proposal would require the use of the
notwithstanding clause because it is not possible to have a vote in the
house that will overrule the Constitution and the courts without using the
notwithstanding clause.

This is borne out by a January 25 open letter from more than 100 legal
experts from across Canada to Mr. Harper regarding same-sex marriage
legislation.

Mr. Martin called on Mr. Harper to be "honest."

He made clear that the Liberal government does not believe that you can pick
and choose which Charter rights you will protect and he affirmed that he
will respect the Charter as a whole.

To me was a case of the pot calling the kettle black and I laughed at
the nonsense of it just and any Mad Hatter should. Read on to see some
of the reasons why. Before anyone attempts to label as a crazy man
again. Perhaps they should contact three wicked ladies who are no
longer Parliamentarians. Elsie Wayne, Landslide Annie and the regal
acting bitch Adrienne Clarkson will no doubt tell what a mean nasty
awful man I am. When it comes to defending my Clan I do not mince
words or pull my punches with crooks who pretend to be so polite. I
just get them to show me their fat nasty arses ASAP and then I boot
them into court.

Dear Mr. Amos,

On behalf of Her Excellency the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, I
acknowledge receipt of two sets of documents and CD regarding
corruption, one received from you directly, and the other forwarded to
us by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick.

I regret to inform you that the Governor General cannot intervene in
matters that are the responsibility of elected officials and courts of
Justice of Canada. You already contacted the various provincial
authorities regarding your concerns, and these were the appropriate
steps to take.
