Ah, Jean, there is no bond filed. I checked the file. I checked the court. There is no bond filed. A warrant never issued on the ah on the appointment of Neil Kerstein as Commissioner. He should have filed one.
I think you should get a lawyer and tell him or her that, that there is nothing…that the the warrant never issued before the sale. Does does does that make it defective? So I think that it probably does.
Ah. But I just want to put this on the record that at 12:30 on May 12th there is no bond on file here by Neil Kerstein and therefore the warrant to sell the property never issued. It is still in the file.

Jean will file a copy of the transcript in court tomorrow amongst some other damning documents. I am putting a copy of it in the mail today to many other lawyers who have been challenging me to sue them since last October. I plan to begin doing so this fall after I meet a jury in my criminal trial. The most interesting and recent of the local Yankees to dare me to sue them would be three high and mighty General Counsels of the Commonwealth. The District Court's General Counsel did so on May 11th before I sent my material to the UN and the FBI and Kerstein and Flynn came to our home with Troccoli and my wife's brothers the next day. On June 16th while Barry was talking to Kerstein in our kitchen after he Robert O'Meara, Chandler, and the Milton Cops were invading my home without a warrant again the General Counsels of the Mass State Police and the Attorney General Office dared me to sue their bosses. Their wish will be my command. However I plan to so them too.
If anybody should know that one does not have to ask me twice it should be the Wannabe Governer Tom Reilly. I will sue him again with great glee. That lawsuit will begin in federal court in New York and he will find himself standing alongside his fellow crook Elliot Spitzer. Even Kerstein admited in Probate Court on February 7th that he knew about my Securities Fraud issues and asked the court to hire him a lawyer after he challenged me to sue him. On June 15th Woody taped him challenging me to do so again. Now he has no right to ask the court to hire him a lawyer for any reason whatsoever. As you know he did everything without a warrant and my wife and I have secured attested proof of it. It was too funny that the fat dumb bastard Kerstein snubbed you and told you to go to the courts and look things up. He should have done so as soon as I called him on January 21st.

To stress test my thinking just call Kerstein and ask him what right he thinks he had to sell off a part of Francis X. O'Meara's estate then ask him what his bond number is and when he swore his oath as Commissioner in Jane E. O'Meara's estate. Then ask him why he did not look out for my wife's best interests once he became knowledgeable about the Securities and Tax Fraud within her mother's estate rather than asking for the court to hire him a lawyer to defend him from me. Marjorie Adams has yet to even file her complaint in Quincy Court on Chandler's behalf. I sent her almost everything by fax last weekend if she is crazy enough to go forward so be it.
