I started the previous post with a few posts from David Amos' You Tube page.
However, the sort of investigations he's been involved in seem like
interesting fodder for this blog's Maritime focus. I suppose a part of
me wants to believe the story, just so it meshes wish everything else
I see in International relations and local autocracy being instituted
throughout the US and Canada, as the economy is allowed to slip into
ruin and the Corporate bosses fiddle and Iraq burns.
So, I found this interesting side blog that gives a bit of an overview
of the Amos story, from a third party. I hope to investigate the
veracity of his claims and compare the official version while trying
to remain impartial as to how endemic the corruption is in our
homeland, hidden so casually by those holding power.

The US Government, Mafia Style
Steven G. Erickson - The Stark Raving Viking
I used to think I attracted the Mel Gibson ‘Conspiracy Theory’, types.
But, some of what they are saying put together, is starting to make
sense. I was told to look at Canada replacing Cuba as the Mafia, Big
Business, and Government playground where meetings are held and
frolicking goes on more openly. Numbers, percentages, and trends when
followed tell the story, locally and nationally.
I was talking to David R. Amos quite extensively around March of this
year. From what I gather he is sort of an odd combination of a
character. In his mid-50’s he gave off the impression he was a wild,
in a Harley Motorcycle gang, type living in the Boston area. He has
ties to big business and is involved in running for political offices
in Canada, where he is from.
Well, Amos told me that his taxi driver friend in the Boston area was
a dumpster diver that had found boxes of cassette tapes, taped only on
one side somewhere in the 80’s where Jai Lai was a popular sport and
gang land betting bonanza. The friend had taped music over a number of
the extreme quality tapes before any were listened to. The wiretaps on
the tapes were illegally performed by the FBI regarding mob hits, drug
smuggling, prostitution, gambling, Whitie Bulger, and who was who in
the FBI/Mafia marriage in the Boston area.
Amos’ friend tried to give the FBI tapes that technically did not
exist back to the FBI. Amos has spent much time tormenting almost the
entire US government, countless officials, and even messed with
Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal sending him a letter
regarding how the tapes implicated so many individuals. Amos seemingly
filed nuisance lawsuits just to get the illegally performed wiretaps
to be admitted as evidence in any case to thumb his nose at
authorities that are the morph of corporate criminals, the Mafia, and
the who’s who in government circles.
Amos told me that about half of all exploited and missing children are
flown out of a covert airport possibly near Nova Scotia. Many are sold
as slaves to those in oil producing countries where white women are
the preferred contraband. Military hardware etc is also exported out
of that same airport. Currency in cash also makes its way back and
forth from that airport. Massive amounts of narcotics in raw and
finished form fly into this same airport according to Amos.
I served time with a Native American drug runner in a Connecticut
prison. He was a drug runner to Connecticut, Massachusetts, and other
states college campuses and universities. There are ties to the Boston
and Connecticut mobsters. Just like Chicago, Mafia Hit men, and others
ask for trial by judge so that a judge in the pocket hears the case
and the predetermined outcome is achieved.
The drug runner told me he knew the outcome of his cases before they
went before a judge. He got away with 99% of what he was caught for,
but did have to take the fall a few times to protect higher ups in the
food chain. Running guns, prostitution and gambling money in trunks of
cars, city to city, all over the US was also this Native American
‘connected’ guy’s job description.
Trial by judge is a red flag. If there are areas that police,
prosecutors, and judges aren’t caught and punished for basic human
nature in certain percentages there is a red flag. Racial barriers are
also a key red flag. Trying driving while black from Hartford into
money mecha West Hartford or from Hartford into Wethersfield, the cops
main job is to keep riffraff and minorities out of the ‘white areas’.
White drug dealers and suburban criminals are welcome, but not their
‘Black Cousins’.
Prostitutes are the main conduit between the Mafia, Judiciary,
Government Officials, and corporate Big Wigs. Drugs, cash, and other
items may never even make it to the evidence rooms to disappear or be
vastly reduced in size. Prostitutes are a cop’s favorite choice for
selling the drugs he has scored off a bust. Prostitutes also help
decide cases when a prosecutor gets a blowjob to throw a case or
maliciously prosecute an individual for being a ‘Big Mouth’.
Most bar and business owners have to be ‘connected’ to stay in
business in Connecticut and this may also apply to other areas of the
country as well.
The ‘Blue Wall of Silence’ and a Mafia Style code is rigidly enforced
in Connecticut.
‘Connecticut Yankees’ were despised since Colonial times. Big Business
from the earliest days had Connecticut as its center hub in the slave
trade, liquor running, gambling, prostitution, and other criminal
ventures. Their families and friends were isolated from their criminal
empires in palatial estates.
Reading 30 years worth of newspapers printed in Connecticut tells a
story. It is hard for the average person to grasp what is really going
on until they are drawn a map.
Connecticut makes the US Attorney/FBI/Mob/Judiciary/law
enforcement/drug runner/hit man/prostitution/gambling/criminal
empire/ring look like a kindergarten in Boston.
What officials and Big Wigs don’t want is accountability. As soon as
taxpayers have control of the purse and officials are answerable to
those that really pay the bills, the wholesale ripping off, raping,
and murdering will continue. There are a very small percentage of
‘hits’ performed in modern days as compared to old. The ‘new’ program
now involves breaking up your family, ruining you financially,
discrediting you, breaking you, arrests, malicious prosecutions,
labeling you mentally unstable, and/or confinement in a prison or
mental institution.
Civilian Oversight of the Police, members of the Judiciary, and of
public officials would make the criminal empire fall. If actual
investigations into official wrongdoing were monitored by the people
and violators actually punished, we’d have a nation as our forefathers
intended and as outlined in the Declaration of Independence, The US
Constitution, and other historic documents.
Freedom and having an ethically run government, police force, and
courts is up to you.

Graham's malicious prosecution that begins in earnest south of the
49th next month. N'est Pas?

FYI I support Paul Hellyer's platform and the folks who truly beleive

I find myself being mentioned in Parliamentary Circles in Canada
I talked with David Raymond Amos last about a year or two ago. He told
a convincing story of being of a political family in Canada and his
exploits in Boston where a dumpster diving, taxi driving friend of his
came upon cassette tapes in a dumpster, they were very high quality
for that time found in a dumpster outside the FBI building there, were
taped only on one side, and they taped music over several before
listening to the tapes, they were illegal wiretaps that FBI had made
regarding the Boston Mafia, Winterhill Gang, Hitmen, assorted
criminals, and even the bad behavior of State and Federal Officials,
oops.
They tried to give tapes back that should not have existed and the fun
soon began.

Amos and his friend soon had shadows and a string of bad luck that
just wouldn’t go away. I have to admire the balls that Amos had, he
allegedly sued a whole host of politicians and various officials, and
according to him, also Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal
just to have the tapes admitted as evidence, WHAT BALLS!!!
Amos making a case to me that Blumenthal was involved in covering up
bad behavior was tempting for me to post back then, but I saw that I
was being followed around by uniformed Connecticut State Police
Officers in Massachusetts and feared for my safety.
Amos might be, a not so respected, member of Canadian Parliament
himself, currently. Amos, like myself, can make enemies, by just not
fearing death, by saying what needs to be said. If you read in between
the lines of his crudeness, you can actually track down interesting
tidbits not widely known outside the circles of power and which is
never reported by the corporate owned US Propaganda Ministry, the
mainstream media.
Why is Canada important, well many US Politicians hide from the prying
eyes of all media and bloggers in Canadian Resorts, usually having to
do with golfing, to meet with their Mafia and Corporate Criminal
friends.
I’m in Connecticut now, and very much fear for my safety of another
false arrest and imprisonment for trying to expose anal, and very

After all never forget it was the turncoat liberal MP Billly Matthews
that employed the law firm of Patterson Palmer to sue a man on welfare
simply because he did not want any more people to know the truth about
his awful past in Newfoundland. It is not Byron’s fault that he wants
his right to argue the truth with smiling bastards even though no
lawyer will assist him. I did right his first defense and counterclaim
to keep him in the fight for justice but now Byron must stand on his
own two feet before the nasty courts. I do have the right to give
anyone the words I copyrighted before they were stricken from the
public record by a very crooked Newfy Judge named Green. Might does
not always make right and that nasty old bastard don’t scare me a bit.

Now that he is the Speaker of the House I wonder if the fat bastard
Tanker Malley will sign something supporting the wish of the Sergeant
at Arms to ban me from the Legislature. His old buddy Bev Harrison
never did and all I have gotten so far is just hot air from the the
Sergeant at Arms and the New Brunswick Police Commission and everybody
else as they allowed the Fredericton cops to cover up their own foul
play against me in support of the public corruption. Why don’t cops

Rest assured I ain’t waiting for the CIBC dudes to investigate my
concerns about Securities Fraud before I file my complaints in Federal
Court. Besides I served the Mellon dudes in the USA hard copy a very
long time ago. Despite all that as soon as I knew that they appointed
the crooked liberal lawyer John Manley as a director of CIBC I made
certain he and the host of Gomery lawyers knew everything. That is the
true reason Manley doesn’t want to run for leader of the liberal party
even though he has lusted for the post for years. The same holds true
for Allan Rock, Franky Boy McKenna and Brian Tobin. Call me a liar and
put it in writing I Double Dog Dare Ya.
As I read and heard what the crooked liberal lawyer Kelly Lamrock said
today, I busted a gut laughing at the snotty little liar. He said “The
premier told us that he was too ethical to offer any position to keep
his government and obviously I’m reminded of the old quote ‘We know
what he is, and now we’re just dickering over the price.’”
I too am reminded of an old quote about the pot calling the kettle
black. Perhaps I will coin a phrase of my own. It should go something
like this “A politician or a lawyer no matter what his name can always
be called corrupt” Please feel free to quote me.

Braaton and many others as well until they deleted my words. However

well as within the public record of many courts. Have a look if you

While I am sitting here in Fredericton waiting to hear what I figured
would happen in Bernie Lord’s little three ring circus today I gave
your office a call. Whilst I was waiting I was pleasantly surpised by
the news that Bush’s little buddy Andrew Card resigned. I can only
wonder if it was because of the wiretap tapes that my Yankee lawyer
sent to Congress almost two months ago. That aside it was a nobrainer
to me that all the MLA’s in New Brunswick would want to protect their
pensions from their political positions rather than act within the
scope of their employment and uphold the public trust. Thus no crooked
politician would want Bernie Baby’s government to fall for one more
year. Now that I know the score for sure I have a very huge bone to
pick with the crook Bev Harrison. It was he as Speaker of the House
who failed to answer me in 2004 before I returned to the USA and was
falsely imprisoned.
If anyone bothers to listen to the tape of me explaining to Tom Young,
the liberal Rogers Media talk show host on Ground Hog Day of this year
the merits of a minority govenment appointing an independent such as
Andre Arthur as the Speaker of the House in order to shut him up then
you will understand that it was me who gave little Bernie Lord the
idea to give the fat bastard, Tanker Baby the job he now has. Don’t
try to tell me that Tanker was not paid off. You can’t fool me simply
because I am too stupid. Tis high time to sue the smiling bastards EH?
The question is are other New Brunswick’s smart enough to pay
attention to me now the the circus has pitched its malevolent tent for
another year and i am off to Federal Court next week.
Mr. Bragg need I say that I was not surprised that your lawyer at
Eastlink never called me or answered my emails nor by the fact that
you never returned my calls? What is truly amazing is that you did not
call me back after I let you know I was as serious as a heart attack.
Could it be because of the many places we have crossed paths because
of your association with so many others who operate cross border as
well? I filled your secretary in on how we had crossed paths as
friends of your family and at your company Eastlink, its association
with Rogers and byway of the Maritime Lumber Bureau and byway of a
Director of your company Aldéa Landry, Q.C., who is not only a
director of the Security Intelligence Review Committee and president
of the consulting firm Landal Inc., she is an associate of J.F.L.
Arbitration Services Inc., a member of the New Brunswick Legislative
Assembly from 1987 to 1991, she was the first Acadian woman to be
appointed cabinet
minister. Furthermore Ms. Landry served as deputy premier.
I said a lot to your help however I failed to mention the Order of
Canada folks, the Thompson Corp dudes or the TD dudes too. To me the
most notable has to be the Thompson Corp fella you sit with as
Director of the TD Financial Group. His company sells much info to
many lawyers and bankers etc in order to aid them in acting ethically,
but I will wager he did not tell you, a fellow director of a pretty
big bank that I served his Yankee lawyer, Dierdre Stanley hard copy of
my laments before I returned to Nova Scotia to meet my first
grandchild. His publicly company failed to uphold the public trust for
a period of almost a year It seems the onus falls upon me to introduce
you to many crimes that have gone unpunished for the benefit of public
corruption. From one Maritimer to another I must say beware of your
Upper Canadain buddies especially the lawyers amongst them. Everybody
knows they are liars.
That said methinks the delay did you and your company no good. What
say you? Tell me. Do you think the outspoken MP Andre Arthur will make
the shit hit the fan in Ottawa before our latest Attorney General in
Nova Scotia or your lawyer Ms. MacDonald act ethically? Look closely
obviously Andre Arthur got his mail. He talks the talk. Lets see if he
walks the walk or will everyone just wait for me to die or sue the
Crown in New Brunswick? (Don’t laugh I think so too.)
Besides all that when you supported the likes of of the corrupt old
lawyer T. Alex Hickman to be awarded the Order of Canada it brought
great shame upon us all and no doubt it offended greatly my
forefathers and the memory of dead men I am named after. I am not
quite so proud a Canadian after all that I have learned in recent
years.
In closing I find it interesting that you were awarded an honourary
doctorate in law because I did not know Mount Allison had a law
school. So I called them and asked how they could give out such an
honour when they do not even teach law. Lets just say I did not get an
answer but obviously they got my email as promised. Mr. Bragg your
lawyer will receive hard copy before we meet in court. I really wish
that you had called me back today before I felt compelled to chuck you
in the same mud puddle with the crooks in New Brunswick. There is no
denying that I ain’t really pissed off but I am also laughing like
hell at the nonsense of it all. Man we are dumb. We do get the
governments we deserve. That is why I have never voted in my life. I
never saw anyone worth voting for. The sad but terrible truth is my
fellow Maritmers thought even less of me. They laughed at me as I sat

Liberal leader ‘jeopardizing’ NB Power’s chances in lawsuit over
failed Orimulsion deal: Tory MLA
New Brunswickers should question whether Liberal Leader Shawn Graham
is fighting for them or for Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, says a
Tory MLA. Jody Carr, MLA for Oromocto-Gagetown, made the stinging
indictment against Mr.Graham Thursday during a heated committee
hearing where the Liberal leader took repeated swipes at David Hay, NB
Power’s president and chief executive officer, for failing to answer
legal questions regarding the utility’s Orimulsion lawsuit. Mr. Graham
questioned some of the tactics being advanced by NB Power’s legal
staff and demanded to know how much the power corporation budgeted for
the legal battle against the Venezuelan government and its state-owned
oil company.
Mr. Carr said the Liberal leader crossed the line in Thursday’s
committee hearing and could endanger NB Power’s lawsuit. “The issue is
complicated and it shows the issue is far over his head to what he can
comprehend,” Mr. Carr said in an interview later."He was in effect
working on the side of the Venezuelan government by jeopardizing the
court proceedings."He was jeopardizing the chances of government and
NB Power recouping the $2.2 billion in savings and therefore, in
essence, that put him on the other side.” NB Power restarted its
lawsuit on Sept. 1, when it filed a statement of claim looking for
$2.2 billion in financial damages, which equates to the price
difference between purchasing heavy fuel oil to burn at the Coleson
Cove Generation Station and Orimulsion, a cheap water-and-bitumen
mixture patented by Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA).
NB Power has hired Stewart McKelvey Stirling Scales to quarterback the
lawsuits filed in Fredericton and New York along with Simpson Thacher
& Bartlett LLP to serve as their U.S. counsel. Mr. Hay estimated that
the corporation has already spent as much as $600,000 on legal bills
relating to the Orimulsion lawsuit.The Liberal leader grew
increasingly frustrated when Mr. Hay stonewalled his attempt to get a
firm answer on NB Power’s budget for Orimulsion-related legal fees.
“For the life of me I can’t understand how it could jeopardize the
court proceedings in saying how much we are thinking this court
challenge may cost,” Mr. Graham said.Throughout the committee session,
Mr. Hay assured the Liberal leader that the power corporation was
evaluating the risk-reward ratio at each legal “fork in the road.” Mr.
Hay said he cannot disclose any details that could tip the utility’s
legal hand considering the Venezuelans are keeping a close eye on the
proceedings."We are dealing with people with extremely deep pockets.
And if you go to a poker game “... and you say, I have my $1,000 here
or whatever it is you are playing with, that gives an advantage to the
other side,” Mr. Hay said.
Mr. Carr also accused Mr. Graham of misleading Saint John residents
about the Orimulsion costs during the recent byelection campaign in
Saint John Harbour. Mr. Carr said he found it disconcerting that
Liberal campaign signs said the Conservative government lost $2.2
billion through the bungled Orimulsion fuel deal but now Mr. Graham
admits the money was a “potential loss of savings.”

Everybody received hard copy in hand to their offices except of course
what the UPS dudes are bringing to Paul Shuttle and Andre Arthur.
Obviously Yankees ain’t as quick as me even when I give them two days
head start. I have signatures and pictures to prove that all the New
Brunswickers named below got their material today as I promised last
week except for the sneaky Conflict of Interest Commmissioner Mr.
Patrick who hides behind locked doors. He just sent the Sergeant at
Arms who tried to run me off again.
However the Frenchman Danny Boy Bussieres had to accept my material on
behalf of the Commissioner and our Queen whom he represents no matter
how much he wishes to ban me from the Legislature. He didn’t sign
anything but what transpired between us was witnessed by a man who was
not involved. I gave the crooked Quebecer hard copy in hand. Somebody
speaking for the Queen should answer me ASAP. EH? If Danny Boy wishes
to attempt to ban me from the Legislature again he really should put
it in writng. EH? Perhaps he should clearly state the reasons behind
his malice and who is accusing me of what. Otherwise I will ignore him
until we meet in court. Then I will have many questions for him on the

Sirs,
Pursuant to my many phone calls and email to your offices please find
enclosed the material I promised to you before I file my complaints in
Federal Court in Fredericton. The CD which is a true copy of wiretap
tape number 139 is served upon you all in confidence as officers of
the court and or Parliamentarians in order that it may be investigated
byway of my suing the Crown.
While Stevey Boy Harper is busy in New Brunswick today trying hard to
shore up the shaky government of his little buddy, Bernie Lord with
long delayed federal tax dollars. I am polishing off all my promises
to crooked lawyers in the hope that the very corrupt House crumbles
ASAP.
Shame on you all for forcing me to go to such lengths to protect my
rights under the Charter. Methinks you have underestimated my
diligence EH? Now ask yourselves why I don’t sue you after I sue the
Crown? I fail to see any reason not to. That is the only way I know of
to hold such people as you accountable. Stevey Boy Harper never will
even though he talks the talk of such things. Everybody knows what I
served upon his party’s lawyer Arthur Hamilton before I was falsely
imprisoned in the USA in 2004.
Despite whatever Act our latest Prime Minister wishes to introduce to
the Canadian people that he claims will compel our government to act
with integrity, he can never deny my right to drag anyone into court.
In fact he has done so himself in the past and I am no less of a man
than he. Even a simple pigheaded Maritimer has the right to argue the
law even with people who think themselves above it. How you all have
failed to uphold the law and the public trust placed in your public
office is either a matter of public record or soon shall be or my name
ain’t Dave. There is no Democracy without Truth and Justice. It is
just that simple.

Sirs,
Pursuant to my many phone calls and email to your offices please find
enclosed the material I promised to you before I file my complaints in
Federal Court in Fredericton. The CD which is a true copy of wiretap
tape number 139 is served upon you all in confidence as officers of
the court in order that it may be investigated byway of my suing the
Crown.
While Norm Betts and Derek Burney’s buddy Stevey Boy Harper is busy in
New Brunswick today trying hard to shore up the shaky government of
Jody Carr’s buddy, Bernie Lord with long delayed federal tax dollars.
I am polishing off my promises to crooked lawyers in the hope that the
very corrupt House crumbles ASAP. If not maybe President Chavez will
help me bankrupt the crooks working within NB Power within a crooked
government’s blessing. Methinks Tanker will need another lawyer if the
one he has now continues to play dumb. Lord paid Allaby a lot of money
to study the doings of the Justice Dept a long time ago. He should
understand the scene.
Shame on you all for forcing me to go to such lengths to protect my
rights under the Charter. Methinks you have underestimated my
diligence EH? Now ask yourselves why I don’t sue you after I sue the
Crown? I fail to see any reason not to. That is the only way I know of
to hold such people as you accountable. Stevey Boy Harper never will
even though he talks the talk of such things. Everybody knows what I
served upon his party’s lawyer Arthur Hamilton before I was falsely
imprisoned in the USA in 2004.
Despite whatever Act our latest Prime Minister wishes to introduce to
the Canadian people that he claims will compel our government to act
with integrity, he can never deny my right to drag anyone into court.
In fact he has done so himself in the past and I am no less of a man
than he. Even a simple pigheaded Maritimer has the right to argue the
law even with people who think themselves above it. How you all have
failed to uphold the law and the public trust placed in your public
office is either a matter of public record or soon shall be or my name
ain’t Dave. There is no Democracy without Truth and Justice. It is
just that simple.

I got a few late stories that I want to bring up.
They had a protest at the Legislature on Wednesday
and I would say about 400 people showed up. I made my
own little investigation in the crowd and I soon found
out that many people from the Northern Part of the
Province knew about my protest.
These Acadians read about my protest in L’Acadie
Nouvelle! A few weeks earlier, I found out that the
English Population from the Miramichi area didn’t know
about my fight so this shows me that it’s so important
to have the media covering your issues.
During the protest, I felt like I was in a police
state. There were cops are over the place. I
approached three of them and said - My God? We need
violence, bricks going through windows, people being
shot and tear gas!!!
This is the only way that the Government will
listen.
One cop said - If I have to use my gun? I know
exactly where my first bullet is going to go!! Pretty
scary…lol….
Speaking of violence?
That guy from the Sackville area who went to
Toronto with his vehicle full of guns! Very scary
Stuff!!!
What did I tell you people in the past? Someone is
going to crack up one of these days and I know for a
fact the area targeted is going to be the Legislature.
There’s always undercovers cops around but only
when the House is in session.
As God as my witness I hope nothing happens but
it’s just a matter of time till someone is push over
the edge.
I guess a guy name David Amos was shown the door
yesterday at the Legislature. This guy is running as
an Independent candidate in the riding of Fundy Royal.
I met the guy over the net and he has a beef with our
political bureaucrats.
I admire people fighting for what they believe in
but you can’t get carried away. I guess in this case?

Why are our American cousins so fucked?
Did you know that subsequent to the Battle of the Plains of Abraham
Canada has been invaded twice? The first time was an American invasion
of Quebec during the American Revolution or as the Yanks like to call
The War of Independence. That invasion was led by that virtuous
epitome of American military honour, Gen. Benedict Arnold.
Then of course there was the War of 1812 where we whupped our
neighbours to the south and "did a number" to the "White House".
During two world wars, with German U Boats operated in the far upper
reaches of St Lawrence River and the Gulf of St Lawrence our American
"friends, families and allies" did what they do best....nothing.
Canada stood with the US in Korea, the first Gulf War, we sent ships,
aircraft and NDHQ planners re the US invasion and occupation of Iraq.
Canada sent troops to Afghanistan before NATO and ISAF in order to
free American forces so they could be deployed in Iraq.
Since 911 and Canada's assistance to the US, how have our "American
cousins" responded? Congressman Max Baucus and his lumber intrest
friends placed an "illegal" and eventially "proven" (NAFR dispute
mechanism) unfair 7 % tariff on Canadian softwood lumber.
Our American "friends" placed a 3.4 % tariff on Canadian wheat.
Senator McCain and the current DHS Neapolitano still publically say
the the 911 terrorists entred the US from Canada ...when it has long
been proven they did not.
Our American friends have become protectionists, yet still want access
to Canadian markets. Our American "friends"export the their stupidity
here, whether it be Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Anne Coulter, Pat
Buchannan, Fucker Carlson (Tucker)...et al.. all hate Canada.
Henry Kissinger once said. "Nations don't have friends, nations have
interests". Nothing good came to Canada from America.....A young
southern Ontario farmboy a member of the "colonial rabble" was

The Pandemic
Whilst folks like David Amos trumpet from the rooftops it all about
them. While David a supposed Canadian bleats aboyt CT Yankees and
"crooks" in the US...is there a pandemic coming to Canada?
Health-care is not the jurisdiction of the Federal Government of
Canada. Health-care is the sole jurisdiction of each of provinces of
Canada. So is the health-care systems of New Brunswick or say Alberta
up to the challenge. Ido know that plans are in place...but are our
provincial health systems and the resources thereof adequate to the
challenge?
I suppose that it is debateable if there is a clear and present danger
with "Swine Flu" Yes indeed in 1918 millions died of the "Spanish
Flue" but alas this is NOT 1918, and we know more about ...taking care
of ourselves.
Virus'and the like strike and kill mostly the elderly, the very young,
the very weak and infirm, in short the most vulnerable of Canadians.
This is "grist for the mill" of debate on site like this one. Theworld
economic melt-down ...is it going to be accompanied by a major killing
epidemic? Economic catastrophy, pestulence, disease...whats next a
war?

support some folks for him until he showed his nasty arse today. I
don't trust strangers anyway but I do give them the benefit of my
doubt because I expect the same treatment.
Some strangers are truly nasty out of the gate. Trust that they are
far easier to deal with than someone who comes pretending to be a
friend. This malevolent spin doctor Barry Winters is fine example.
What this evil bastard is saying about mean old me all over the web is
one thing but what he thinks he knows about the flu is pure bullshit
gleaned and regurgitated from the corporate media and then spit at me
for some strange reason I will never understand except that maybe he
is attacking my friends byway of association. So I figured I would
introduce him to them and see if he can handle the heat. Hard telling
not knowing who he works for exactly but I do know Barry Baby has
obviously studied me rather intensely and then has presented many lies
about me for reasons that cannot be for the good.
BTW Danny boy I have said nothing about the flu or of my take on the
scene because as I said I do not know enough about it to have opinion.
Howevver I do know for a fact that Stevey Boy Hand is a bigtime

rest of the folks. As you well know I do not pull my punches nor I do
not play games with my childrens' future. I am concerned about what
Alexander Jones and his friends were saying about the Flu so I merely

and let others decide for themselves if they even bothered to read it

As I said I do not pretend know about the Flu etc, but I certainly
know men and how truly evil some can be. As you well know I am a
whistleblower about money and murder who is trying to protect my
little Clan the best way I can from afar despite how much fun you may
find in torturing us. he fine words of fancy but very malicious spin
doctors who hate me as they work for churches or governments ot Fake
Left friends for their own greedy benefit mean less than nothing to
me. Simple truths like looking glasses do not need the window
dressings fo fancy words to show you what you truly wish to know.
For the record despite not know if there is a pandemic coming our way
much less who caused it. However there is certainly a lot of talk in
the corporate media even up here in Canada. It seems to me they are
promoting fear for some maliciuos reason like just afte 9/11/01 and
that makes me greatly concerned for the well being of my children who
stranded in mean old Beantown without their proud father to protect
them.

Mayor Stephen Mandel gets all emotional about the $1-billion plan to
cure homelessness. That's $1 billion to provide housing units for
alcoholics, drug abusers, folks who can't or won't hold a job, or who
won't keep a housing unit in proper order.
Residential garbage pickup is once every two weeks in the winter.
Public transit is a joke -- service is bad and fares are increasing.
Emergency services are struggling and municipalities whine that they
can't raise the funds to qualify for federal grants for infrastructure
renewal.
The city is not providing appropriate services to taxpayers, yet
Mandel wants to spend $1 billion for 3,700 housing units. How many of
these units will end up being condemned because of neglect?
Edmonton's tax-paying, working, contributing citizens, and the city's
seniors, are not being well-served by this council and this mayor.

and ethical fashion. To say you will sue someone is not a threat. It is
merely a promise. Most lawyers employ such words everyday and they
practice law for a fee.
I have taken no oath to obey other then one to my wife and an unspoken
one to my seed.. Thus I obey only my own consience and I stress test my
own integrity every day in the best interests of my Clan. It is them
whom I serve and protect without a fee because it is my duty to do so
just as cops and other public servants etc are gainfully employed to
protect us all under oath and rule of law. My family has suffered
enough over the past five years. Tis high time I sought monetary relief
from our bad acting governemnts in order to bring them home to Canada
to live in peace and escape further Yankee malice.

It's criminal forfeiture and he pleaded guilty to the forfeiture
counts but disputed the amounts. There's a March 6 letter about the
forfeitures that's sealed but the media has filed a motion to unseal
it. Madoff's lawyer filed a letter today agreeing parts should be
unsealed.
Whose emails from March 6th do YOU think are still sealed? To think
you call youself a lawyer and you have had my material for five years

Yes unseal all my emails with all their attachments immediately and
make certain that the US Attorny's office finally practices full
disclosurement as to who I am and what my concerns are as per the Rule
of Law within a purported democracy.
As you folks all well know I am not a shy man and I have done nothing
wrong. It appears to me that bureacratic people only use the right to
privacy of others when it suits their malicious ends in order to
protect their butts from impreacment,litigation and prosecution.
The people in the US Attorney's Office and the SEC etc are very well
aware that I protested immediately to everyone I could think of when
the instant I knew that my correspondences went under seal and Madoff
pled guilty so quickly and yet another cover up involing my actions
was under full steam. Everybody knows that.the US Government has been
trying to keep my concerns about the rampant public corruption a
secret for well over seven long years. However now that a lot of
poeple and their countries in general are losing a lot of money people
are beginning to remember just exactly who I am and what i did

On March 10, 2009, the Honorable Denny Chin provided the following
guidance for victims who wish to be heard at the plea proceeding on
March 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.:
Judge Chin stated that there are two issues that the Court will
consider at the hearing: (1) whether to accept a guilty plea from the
defendant to the eleven-count Criminal Information filed by the
Government, which provides for a maximum sentence of 150 years'
imprisonment; and (2) whether the defendant should be remanded or
released on conditions of bail, if the Court accepts a guilty plea.
Judge Chin also stated that, at the hearing on March 12, 2009, he will
conduct a plea allocution of the defendant and then will announce
whether the Court intends to accept the plea. At that time, the Court
will solicit speakers who disagree with the Court's intended ruling.
Assuming the defendant pleads guilty and his plea is accepted by the
Court, the Court intends to allow the Government and defense counsel
to speak on the issue of bail. The Court will then announce its
intended ruling on that issue. The Court will then invite individuals
who disagree with the proposed ruling on bail to be heard.
The Court noted that there will be opportunity for victims to be
heard in the future on the subjects of sentencing, forfeiture and
restitution in advance of any sentencing of the defendant.
The Court also noted that it is not appropriate for victims who wish
to speak concerning sentencing issues to be heard at the March 12,
2009 proceeding.

It seems that if the powers that be want to shut someone up or
selected people they use the guise of the Mental Health Act to do it,
especially just before a election. I am talking about people with NO
psychiatric condition at all, but have used the preverbal "wrong tone"
I guise we now have the Vancouver and Legislature Tone Police aka
(VPD) and Legislature Security. They especially try to pick on people
are recluses who speak out, like my persons, Hitler started this way
too.
Is the Legislative security and the Vancouver police the new Brown
Shits and Gestapo?
This recently was tried on me, but unfortunately for them as the
person whom I was a guest of is also a registered nurse and often
deals with persons that "Car 87" brings in.
I was almost shot point blank while legally on private property as I
thought it was a home invasion from somebody other than the VPD, and
then I was hand cuffed naked in the rain for two hours. The police
refused to give their names or a incident number.
Does anyone care?

period is running out and I am currently of person with little means

I believe either the BC Federation of Labour, or the BC Liberal Cronie
Elisha Boyd phoned the goons and made up a slanderous story about Josh
Thurston in a effort to shut him up, but they may have come calling
from some other order by somebody else. The VPD had attended 5023
Price Albert Street twice prior maybe more with no success, this was
relayed by legislative security in Victoria a few days after each
attendance by VPD.
Josh had apparently used the wrong tone (but without the use of foul
language) when previously taking to various NDP MLAs about the plight
of the injured worker, as they seem to care little if any, unless to
garner votes. Josh is also a strong advocate of; Don't vote for the
least of what you want, having the ballot selection of; None Of The
Above, and taking ones name of the voters lists Federally,
Provincially and Municipally so as hamper any equalization or transfer
payments.
Josh like many believes the only good system is a no party system or
at the very least representative government similar to the NWT, were a
independent can be Premier or Prime Minister as the case may be in
runoff ballots by secret vote by the members of the elected government
in the case of a elected senate the same could be done for Governor
General.
The main Question is; why have a system where the leaders is selected
by a party and not by the people? Who is the main campaign donors and
lobbyist to those parties, as that who they represent not the people,
and in BC it's the Independent Contractors & Business Association
(ICBA) and the BC Federation of Labour not WE THE PEOPLE. The police
represent only those in power and in turn only those main campaign

the justification of kicking down a door when not answered so the

Mr. Thurston now lives in constant fear of assassination by the VPD,

pay for justice or a criminal or a crack head, lets not forget a
immigrant with the threat of deportation or a hooker.
Time to grab your dog, gun and beef jerky and head for the hills, But
that's even hard to do since Gordo,The man that makes Steven Harper
look like Jack Layton, the man with the social conscience of a flea,
repealed the Homestead Act.
Now tell me why I, or any other Canadian worth his or her salt should
vote, take your name off all voters lists everywhere and tell them
you're moving so they don't get equalization payments or funding from
you vote. The party system must go, and only have a consensus
government like the NWT.

2008 and several of his recent deals appear to be running into large

Berkshire Hathaway acquired 10% perpetual preferred stock of Goldman
Sachs at $123[33] only for it to fall to below $60. Furthermore some
of Buffett's Index put options (European exercise at expiry only) that
he wrote (sold) are currently running around $6.73 billion
mark-to-market losses.[34] The scale of the potential loss prompted
the SEC to demand that Berkshire produce, "a more robust disclosure"
of factors used to value the contracts.[34]
Buffett also helped Dow Chemical pay for its $18.8 billion takeover of
Rohm & Haas. He thus became the single largest shareholder in the
enlarged group with his Berkshire Hathaway, which provided $3 billion,
underlining his instrumental role during the current crisis in debt
and equity markets.[35]
In October 2008, the media reported that Warren Buffett had agreed to
buy General Electric (GE) preferred stock, when it was trading in the
mid 20s of dollar.[36] The operation included extra special
incentives: he received an option to buy 3 billion GE at $22.25 in the
next five years and also received a 10% dividend (callable within
three years). However, shortly after, GE gave up tens of billions in
market capitalization and just bounced off a low of $8.80 in February
23, 2009, a price that has not been seen in over a decade. GE's stock
price continued to fall after that point, and by early May, for
example, it had declined to a 18 year low. Events like these have
prompted a wave of criticism against Berkshire Hathaway and Warren
Buffett. In February 2009, Warren Buffett unloaded part of Procter &
Gamble Co and Johnson & Johnson shares from his portfolio.[37]
Some have claimed that there is a financial incentive for Berkshire
Hathaway to keep the myth that Buffett is an “oracle” alive and that
the company is dependent on the Warren Buffett myth: that exaggerated
sense of comfort investors share when it comes to Buffett’s beliefs
and recommendations.[38] In addition to suggestions of mistiming,
questions have been raised as to the wisdom in keeping some of
Berkshire's major holdings including The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO)
which in 1998 peaked at $86. Buffett discussed the difficulties of
knowing when to sell in the company's 2004 annual report: "That may
seem easy to do when one looks through an always-clean, rear-view
mirror. Unfortunately, however, it’s the windshield through which
investors must peer, and that glass is invariably fogged."[39] In
March 2009, Buffett stated in a cable television interview that the
economy had "fallen off a cliff... Not only has the economy slowed
down a lot, but people have really changed their habits like I haven't
seen."[40] Additionally, Buffett fears we may revisit a 1970s level of
inflation, which led to a painful stagflation that lasted many
years[1].

Thursday morning, I showed up at the Legislature to use the computer
at the Library. I was told by security that two rough looking
individuals walked through the doors and asked for a Charles Leblanc?
They described the guys as rough looking and one of them had a long
gray beard with a leather jacket! At first, I believe it was the Hell
Angels coming down from Montreal for a hit on Charles.
Hours later, I seen my bigot buddy Matthew Glenn and he was in front
of the Legislature with his blowhorn. For you people who don't know
the bigot? He's the one who started the Anglo Society. I seen him
preaching to three young
kids and of course I butt in and said - Hey Bigot??? Why don't you
bigot go home?
Minutes later, we were approached by two guys and they asked politely
–Where can we locate a Charles LeBlanc??? In a matter of seconds, the
bigot quickly pointed at me. I said to myself - Ohhh?? Thanks a lot
Bigot!!!
At the end? It was a guy named David Amos and I guess that he's
running at an independent in the riding of Fundy Royal. The guy have
been living in the area of Boston and he's been following my updates
on the internet. I'm telling you that the information highway is a
great way to spread the message to the rest of the world!
We talked for around 30 minutes and it was nice to see the bigot, me
and David Amos together debating our own little concern issue. We all
have our own issues and it's too bad that we cannot unite and fight
but that's the way Canadians do things. They remind silent until the
Government really pissed them all and go out and vote the party in
power out of office
(BTW the last paragraph were words I said that day that Chucky stole from me)
