Hey Bobby Boy Paulson of the GRC and Mr Prime Minister Trudeau "The Younger"

Have you dudes considered upholding the law lately? Better yet have
you even read the lawsuit I filed In Federal Court over a year ago?
trust that there will be more to follow in short order. Methinks
October 19th is an interesting anniversary to file another lawsuit
against the CROWN on EH Katie and Gerald?

FYI This the blog I created before going to the meeting in order to
stop the corrupt cops in Fat Fred City from harassing me some more

http://davidraymondamos3.blogspot.ca/2016/10/attn-christine-lafrance-and-danielle.html

Yesterday once I had secured digial proof that several MPs had finally
met me in person and listened to me voice my concerns on the public
record. I called several of their offices. No matter what clour of
coat thy wore each and every one of their assistants denied receiving
my emails last week and acted as dumb as posts. None of the MPs ever
called me back since 2004. Nothing changed yesterday. Go Figure why I
will sue them personally someday EH?

Anyway for the benefit of the folks that will read my blog about the
ERRE meeting in Fat Fred City, this a link to the recording of entire
last Friday FYI I say my two bits worth at the 19:03 mark.

BTW Do ya hear a strange woman laughing at me with her mic turned off
at the end of my conversation with the chair Franny Baby the
Beancounter from Quebec?  It was none other than the nasty Green Party
lawyer Dizzy Lizzy May. She oftens loves to get the last word but
methinks she regretted this time. She quit laughing and yapping when I
pointed my fingure at her and said that she had acknowledged
everything I sent to the ERRE. I got the last word and the last laugh
as I watched the mindless lawyer check her smart phone to see if what
I just said was true.

In a nutshell I think Parliament should consider Iceland's example of
electing politicians to speak for the citizens.

before forwarding this email to you i talked to many people and
several computers obviously answered this email. I consider the most
important computer generated responses came from the Prime Minister
and Attorney General of Iceland. The and and my former friend the
leader of the Pirate Party in Iceland have been aware of my concerns
and the document hereto attached for many years and have ignored me
for political reasons.not legal reasons just like our
parliamentarians.. Of that I have no doubt whatsoevever.

New report identifies little consistency in how former MPs describe
the core purpose of a Member of Parliament; exposes largely unexplored
aspects of Canadian political leadership

TORONTO, Nov. 30 /CNW/ - A new report released today contains more bad
news than good regarding the current state of Canadian democracy.
"Welcome to Parliament: A Job with No Description" documents exit
interviews with 65 Members of Parliament (MPs) who recently left
public life, and reveals little consistency in how they described the
core purpose of an MP.

Following Samara's first exit interview report, "The Accidental
Citizen?," this new report (available at www.samaracanada.com)
documents the widely disparate and often conflicting views the MPs
expressed as to the essential purpose of their role and what they felt
they were elected to accomplish. They also acknowledged feeling
unprepared for their roles as Parliamentarians, and said they received
little or no formal training or orientation.

This report outlines five different categories of ways in which the
MPs described their jobs, each with substantial degrees of difference.
Overriding these descriptions, however, was a stated desire to
approach politics differently than it had been practiced in the past.

"While some variation can be expected, the job of an MP is an
important job, and there should be some consistency in our collective
understanding of its key components, responsibilities and
expectations. This lack of consistency may be a reason - and one that
is rarely considered - behind wider dissatisfaction with the culture
of our politics," said Michael MacMillan, Samara co-founder and chair.
"If MPs don't agree on what they're elected to do, should we be
surprised if citizens are also confused or disillusioned?"

In addition to their lack of training and orientation, other
challenges identified in the report include that some MPs with a
particular area of expertise received appointments that had little to
do with their pre-Parliamentary experience. In addition, as outlined
in "The Accidental Citizen?," most MPs said they agreed to run for
office only after being asked, and claimed to have given little
conscious consideration to politics before then.  On average, the MPs
entered federal politics at age 47, having spent nearly a generation
pursuing other careers and interests outside of Ottawa.

"That our system is open to people who have backgrounds outside
politics and policy attests to its strength. But we must also
acknowledge that the role of an MP is important in our democracy, and
should not be left to chance," said Alison Loat, Samara co-founder and
executive director. "Effective orientation and training are essential
to good government, and indeed, to the success of any organization."

About "Welcome to Parliament: A Job with No Description"
Samara conducted the first-ever systematic series of exit interviews
with federal MPs who left public life during or after the 38th or 39th
Parliaments (which sat from 2004 to 2008). Using a semi-structured
interview methodology, Samara conducted in-depth interviews with 65
former Parliamentarians from all regions of the country, as well as
from all political parties represented in the House of Commons.

Samara's first MP exit interview report, "The Accidental Citizen?,"
described the MPs' backgrounds and paths to politics. This report is
the second in a series of publications that share the MPs' reflections
and advice.  The next publication will pick up from the MP's initial
weeks in Parliament, and expand on how they spent their time. Two
additional reports will be released in 2011 that will explore the
relationship of MPs and civil society, including with citizens'
associations, lobby groups and the media, and summarize the MPs' highs
and lows, and the advice they have for strengthening our democracy.

This project was conducted in partnership with the Canadian
Association of Former Parliamentarians (CAFP) and advised by academics
from the University of British Columbia, Carleton University, Memorial
University, the University of Ottawa, Queen's University, the
University of Toronto and Wilfrid Laurier University.

About Samara
Samara is a charitable organization whose programs seek to strengthen
Canada's democracy.  Co-founded by Michael MacMillan and Alison Loat,
Samara was created out of a belief that public service and public
leadership matter to Canada's future. Samara's work focuses on three
areas: political leadership, public affairs journalism and citizen
participation in public life.

Samara is also developing a Democracy Index to measure the health of
Canadian democracy. This will serve as a report card, looking at a
broad set of indicators that can help assess how Canadian democracy is
working. The results will be released annually to encourage discussion
and focus attention on the continued strengthening of Canada's
democracy.

Samara is looking for volunteers to assist in its work. If interested,
please visit www.samaracanada.com for more information on how to
contribute.

After our brief conversation today I was curious as to why you were
coming to my native land. Now I am very curious to see why my post in
Samara's blog did not stand the test of time. I posted it in the wee
hours of the morning and it went "Poof" in minutes like my stuff often
does in Youtube and many other spots. I doubt Samara's geek works that
late on a Sunday night bu the bad acting FEDS working against go at it
24/7. No kidding.  I am accustomed to being attacked, ignored and
deleted but it is nevertheless irritating. Thus I have attached a
screen shot of what once was within a website concerned about ethical
journalists.

If nothing else this email may make Samara think twice before they
press the delete button. My phone call to them tomorrow should make
the FEDS very nervous.  i wonder if you even know who the CSE is.
Perhaps even CPAC will finally act ethically but I strongly doubt that
one. After all our spit and chews over the years I decided that I
would pick somebody new to me in CPAC and give them the benefit of my
doubt.

I noticed in your Tweets that you are swamped with emails etc and
longed to have an assistant. Of that I have no doubt. Whereas these
folks asked you to fly over and speak perhaps Samara would do you the
favour of reseaching my stuff for you. Hard telling not knowing but I
will call them tomorrow and try to explain it if they care. But that
is truly rare indeed. Thats what made you kinda special to mean old
me.

I don't mean to pick on these people in particular but I blew alot of
whistles ten years ago and ran for public office in Canada four times
and was locked up in Canada and the USA I raised a lot of hell about
it over the years and still do to this day. My little Clan lost
everything while CPAC, CBC, CTV and everybody else in the know in
Upper Canada and elsewhere either ignored or laughed at or made false
allegations against this Proud Maritimer. My anger and suspicions are
justified.

I will try to be nice to these folks for your benefit. I have enough
enemies already anyway.

Best Regards
Dave

Birgitta Jónsdóttir to speak at the first Samara/Massey journalism
seminar of 2011
By Alison Loat
Tuesday January 11 is the first of the Samara/Massey journalism
seminars of 2011. Building on the success of last year's series, this
program seek to provide examples of innovations in public affairs
journalism, and to create a gathering space for journalists and others
interested in public affairs storytelling to exchange ideas and learn
from one another.

Below are the details on our first event, featuring Icelandic MP and
transparency advocate Birgitta Jónsdóttir.

* * *

As you know, Julian Assange and WikiLeaks have dominated the world’s
news in recent months.  What you may not know is that one WikiLeaks’
early spokespeople was Birgitta Jónsdóttir.

Birgitta Jónsdóttir, now a member of Iceland’s Parliament, has led a
movement in her country to take the most far-reaching steps towards
advancing free speech, freedom of the press and transparency in
government of any country in the world.  This initiative, the
Icelandic Modern Media Initiative (IMMI) aims to bring together
transparency laws from multiple jurisdictions to create the strongest
media freedom laws in the world, with the goal of improving democracy
and Iceland's standing in the international community.

In her talk, Birgitta Jónsdóttir will describe how and why she decided
to help transform Iceland into the world’s safe haven for
transparency, and what the impact has been to date, including her
reflections on WikiLeaks’ ongoing revelations.

* * *

This event is at capacity, however, CPAC will broadcast it and post it
on their site, and we'll share the links on this blog.  If you are
interested in information on further seminars, please contact us.

LABELS: Birgitta Jónsdóttir, journalism, Massey College, Iceland,
WikiLeaks, transparency

I don't suppose you could tell us where the seminar is being held even
if it is at capacity. Like an address? I looked over the whole site
and couldn't find one.

Notice that Nester just like everyone else would not say my name? It
is because my issues surrounding both Madoff and are NOT marketing
timing They are as you all well know money laundering, fraud, forgery,
perjury, securites fraud, tax fraud, Bank fraud, illegal wiretappping
and Murder amongst other very serious crimes.

"SEC spokesman John Nester dismissed similarities between Markopolos
and Scannell's cases as "not a valid comparison."

He said the SEC determined the market-timing by Putnam clients that
Scannell reported didn't violate federal law. Nester said the SEC only
acted after another tipster alleged undisclosed market-timing by some
Putnam insiders.

Scannell, now a crusader for SEC reforms, isn't surprised the agency
is in hot water again.

Noting that several top SEC officials have gone on to high-paying
private-sector jobs, he believes hopes for future employment impact
investigations. "It's a distinct disadvantage to make waves before you
enter the private sector," Scannell said."

http://davidraymondamos3.blogspot.ca/2016/10/attn-christine-lafrance-and-danielle.html
