Peace, Order and Good Government" In Oliver and Edmonton
What is it they used to say on PBS's Mister Roberts. "It's a beautiful
day in the neighbourhood!" Yesterday was one of those days here in
Oliver neighbourhood in Edmonton. With all the rain we've been
getting every thing is lush and still early summer shinny, bright,
green, and new. My garden plot is glorious.
Lori's, and my "charitable giving" is restricted to CKUA and our own
Oliver kommunity league, for playground equipment, kid's programme in
Oliver, and so on. Kitchener Park has very new"state of the art"
playground/ apparatus, and a water spray facility for small
children....which we of Oliver raised money for and funded.
Yesterday a large group of kids were participating a birthday party.
Moment Dad erected small play tents, tables and chairs, a barbecue,
balloons and all the accoutrement's 0f a middle to upper class brat's
birthday party.
As a "battle hardened veteran" of parenthood kids birthday parties, my
first thought was, "what an incredible idea!" But then I thought of
the homeless/ injuns, stalkers, and perverts that infest Oliver.
People like little Doogie Yearwood who sit their car on the street,
for hours watching the park and apartment buildings looking for
innocents to harass / stalk and threaten. Or the "killer parent" and
photographer of pornography Glen Canning, there to take pictures and
God knows what!
Convicted paedophile David Amos told the entire planet he sat on a
"yellow bike" he borrowed, outside my building across the park for
several days looking for little ole me. He could have just ion buzzed
on up...but didn't. Just what was he doing? Many kids were within his

We struggled with our case of beer and seafood ( having crab, shrimp,
lobster boil with friends) into our building without a second thought.
Very early this morning, I trekked to my community garden plot, early
to find an injun-joe helping himself to my beans, and peas. He was

Edmonton. The foul specimen advanced towards me, I moved to him with
my hardwood cane raised and the fuck-head turned and left.
Oh yes, "what a beautiful day in the neighbourhood!"Its well known
urban lore in kanada that you don't have to worry about fighting one
injun-joe, or even two, but three or a group of them will fight and
kill a decent white person for a pack of cigarettes.
Intelligent people wonder...."do these lives really matter?"
In the Summer about twice a week we see passed out, supine, comatose
injuns / homeless animals around and in our recycle dumpster on the
cardboard. In the Winter its the same thing, except with a little less
regularity. I don't let my "beloved" take the garbage out out of
abject fear for her safety. And she makes me.
Later this morning as I was taking bottles and cans to the garbage
there was a supine horrible article on the pavement betwixt the
recycle dumpster and the garbage dumpster. There was a guy from the
building across the alley there also. "You think he's dead," he asked
me." I told him, "we could only hope so." Whereupon he took three
steps forward and booted him hard in the head. Injun-joe just rolled
over and sorted grunted. My neighbour asked me if I wanted to check
the "injun out" by kicking him. I was wearing flip-flops, so that was
not an option, so I very politely declined. Too bad he wasn't dead.
Last night...""little doogie and the vermins were agitated pathetic

On July 24, at about 10am, Glen Canning accused myself, Andrew
Douglas, the editor of this magazine, of not only mocking his sorrow,
but suggesting that he gets sexually aroused looking at pictures of
his underage daughter having sex. He is lying.
Glen is the father of Rehtaeh Parsons, who died tragically by her own
hand at the age of 17 in 2013.
Frank readers will know that this magazine has, among other things,
dared to report not just the black and white facts about the situation
involving his daughter, but also the many numbing, confounding shades
of grey contained therein. We've also questioned Glen Canning's
seemingly self-appointed role as the defender of all that is good in
the world in the wake of his daughter's death. For this reason, Glen
has taken it upon himself to maliciously attack me personally, along
with other employees of the enterprise, and the magazine itself. We're
not the only ones.
For months now, he's been on National Post columnist Christie
Blatchford's case for the same sorta stuff. But he's reserved the
worst - by far - for myself and Frank Magazine.
At the aforementioned time - on or about 10am on July 24 - Glen took
to his Twitter account,@GlenfordCanning. On it, he wrote, in part:
"So I'm home when my cell buzzed with a new text message. It's from
Andrew Douglas of Frank Magazine. He's the editor. The message reads
in part, 'Glen did that talk of a (sic) naked little girls get you
off? Is that your thing...naked little girls?'
He was talking about Rehtaeh, in a photo naked, being raped".
Besides the fact that I did indeed text Glen a few questions seven
months ago, everything else is completely and undeniably false. There
is no factual grey area. It's also libelous. Certainly civilly, if
not, that rarest of the rare libel, criminal.
It was January 15, 2015, when I sent Glen Canning a series of text
message questions. Texting isn't my preferred method of communication.
But he wouldn't speak to me in person, wouldn't take my calls and
wasn't answering my emails.
It was just a few weeks after Glen had tweeted a picture of ousted
MSVU instructor Mike Kydd's penis. Although Glen didn't identify Mike
by name, he accused the owner of this penis of doing terrible things
to one of its students. And it was also the day when a provincial
court judge sentenced a teen for distributing child pornography in the
Rehtaeh Parsons case.
In the full transcript of the text messages, which you can see below,
I touch on these issues, and also question him about photos taken by
Glen - which appear on an amateur photography site - that appear to
portray underage girls in various states of undress.
At the time, Frank wrote:
"After browsing through Glen's collection of young nubiles, clicking
on the link titled 'Glen Canning Multimedia Productions' takes you to
a website that is dominated by the story of Rehtaeh, and her father's
efforts to make the internet a safer place for young women. 'Help
prevent sexual exploitation' is the central theme of the second site.
'Check out these fine, young hotties' seems to be the main message of
the first. The transition is jarring, to say the least".
For your information, Frank Magazine eventually learned that the girl
I ask him about (see text mesages below), Viki, was actually of age at
the time of the photo shoot. Others that appear in sexually suggestive
poses are also of age. The underage girls he photographed were not
nude, and Glen has said elsewhere he had parental permission.
But all of this is in the interest of full disclosure, so Frank
readers can understand what was happening at the time. But the only
truly important disclosure here is this: Glen Canning's accusations
against me are a complete and total fabrication.
I called Glen Canning to talk to him about all of this, but he didn't
answer my call. I left him a voicemail message. At presstime, the only
response I had was another tweet from him:
"No. I don't need to call you right away. Or at all. Have a nice day."

The Alberta NDP neither expected to have to form a government /
cabinet, nor had the requisite human resources to form one. Hence

"unite the right" to win the next provincial election. Jason Kenny may

VANCOUVER — Black Lives Matter Vancouver is asking police to

“show of solidarity and understanding” that officer involvement in the

For the past several days, members of the Regev Battalion woke up at
the crack of dawn to practice conquering buildings and dealing with
riots - dodging Molotov cocktails and burning tires.
The Regev reservists almost all have families and full lives, but
still leave their homes once a year, to fulfill their duty to their
country. Israeli soldiers are called back for reserve duty once a year
after they finish their obligatory draft, but are allowed to opt out.
In the area of the Baf Lachish base, the reservists practiced storming
urban areas, while demonstrating professionalism and determination.
At the end of the week of training, the reservists gathered for a
ceremony honoring their best soldiers, with their families cheering
them on.
During the ceremony, Battalion Commander Lieutenant Colonel (Res.) Guy
Russo expressed his pride : "I'm excited to see how many members of
the battalion came here, I'm excited that I get to observe this week,
after you improved your skills and achieved your assignments in the
open field, and built under difficult conditions.
"I feel tremendous pride. I am proud to be a part of this nation, and
to be a part of the reservists. It is not easy to put your civilian
lives aside and leave everything in order to provide security to the
State of Israel, to be better ready to fight."

from the pile, and then repaired to the fitting rooms to ostensibly
try them on.
That begs the question: Would YOU want to put on a pair of jeans, the
same jeans a Pocahontas full of tiny livestock, and or body vermin had
tried on previously?
Anyway I followed our little injun-princess to the fitting rooms,and
waited from some distance. The Squaw had left the fitting room, and
was beginning to march straight for the exit. I looked at her, and the
empty fitting room, and asked her if she had forgotten anything. The
animal had put on each of the three pairs of Silver Jeans on and her
on dirty, and foul clothes over top. I moved quickly to the door and
the cash desk to wait for "it." But alas,"it" decided that discretion
is indeed the better part of valour, and returned to the fitting room
foiled in her attempt of larceny.
I'm not sure who'd want to wear those jeans now? This filthy and
dishonest squaw no doubt will claim to the kops she was a
"inter-generational victims of the residential schools."
