NBASCA

New Brunswick Anti Smart City Alliance

NBASCA, New Brunswick Anti Smart City Alliance, is a provincial body of concerned New Brunswick citizens.

NBASCA's objective is to educate and raise awareness regarding the threat to our civil liberties, as elected officials who should be speaking for the people, instead seem to be following an agenda dictated by global organizations that have no interest in the welfare of the people whose countries they aim to control.

Bills are being introduced and approved at all levels of government without full transparency and often, behind closed doors and without the public's knowledge or consent.

The roll-out of these new bills affects all of us and has serious ramifications on our future rights and freedoms and those of the generations to follow.

We are also concerned about the ongoing erosion of our privacy and automony as governments move forward to impliment the digital ID, the SMART cities, the eradication of what they call 'conventional' farming, the sexualization of children through the school system and other destructive agendas.

Many of our elected government officials seem to be acting on the behest of powerful global individuals and institutions who have publically stated their goal of monitoring and controlling all aspects of the lives of the citizens globally.

In the words of the World Economic Forum's founder and chairman Klaus Schwabb, "you will own nothing and be happy". This is his vision; the Great Reset.

Human Rights and Freedoms have become a controversial term, as the media and politicians pay lip service to these words while taking away many of the rights we have come to accept as basic to our society. Our goal is to examine the truth behind the rhetoric so that we can make educated choices about the changes that in many cases are being made for us, and not on our behalf.

This stated objective by NBASCA is to counter the current position of the IHRAC, (International Health Regulatory Amendments Committee) , Nov 2022, which states to deny the dignity and Respect of Human Rights and Freedom.

The IHRT is an arm of the World Health Organization, the WHO. The WHO and its other associated global institutions the World Economic Forum, WEF, the International Monetary Fund, IMF, the Bank of International Settlement (BIS), the United Nations (UN), and the World Bank have a common goal of a global government.

This egregious directive is proposed to be signed and become binding by all countries of the world in November 2023, enforced by law.

This global government is being promoted by Schwab of the World Economic Forum, which he calls the Great Reset, in which You will own nothing and be Happy by 2030 In his books, COVID-19:The Great Reset" published June 2020, and "The Fourth Industrial Revolution , Schwab writes about Covid as being a great opportunity to 'reset' humanity, and outlines his vision for humans augmented with a.i. and implants, connected to a hive mind. (aka IOT - the internet of things)

Bill Gates, seemingly great friends with Schwab, has talked openly about his belief that the experimental vaccine injected into everyone in the world (himself and family, and apparantly many politians excepted) would 'solve the problem' of overpopulation on this planet...as statistical evidence to the contrary, these elites continue to talk about the increasing overpopulization of the planet, and the need to, as Dickens said in the mouth of Scrooge, "reduce the excess population".

It is also NBASCA's position that the erosion of our economy is intentional. This results in a dismantling of community due to burgeoning property taxes, power rate increases, the influx of immigrants into the provinces without an economic infrastructure to support the inhabitants, let alone the immigrants, the destruction of the family by the grooming of children through the school system and the heavily top-down promotion of dangerous medical procedures on these children, the artificially inflationary loss of purchase power and continual transfer of public funds for corporate subsidy. The list goes on.

The primary means to implement global control around the world, including Canada, is the creation of SMART cities, the implementation of the digital id along with the upcoming guaranteed annual income (amount depending on province/area) which will be 'required' to address the problem of losing one's job when work and home need to be inside that 15 minute city.

The SMART city incorporates the digital id biometrics with a social credit system, and points will be given to businesses and individuals for complying with the rules. The ability to obtain food and other services will also be tied to this social credit system, so non-compliance comes at a steep price.

Buzz words for the global agenda, commonly used by the politicians who are complacent with this agenda, are 'build back better', 'sustainability', 'environmental protection', 'global warming'.

We find ourselves here today because we have not demanded accountability from our elected officials, nor could many of us see that the many 'improvements' we have willingly accepted have come with a price. In other words, we have been set up with years of propaganda and assurances that all is well, that the new technologies being developed were harmless and for our good and convenience, that the dumbing down of the educational system was being 'taken care of', and so on.

We need to understand the issues facing us today if we want to make informed decisions. Otherwise our silence may be, however wrongly, interpreted as acceptance. For the future of us all, we need to make our voices heard.

"One of the marvelous things about community is that it enables us to welcome and help people in a way we couldn’t as individuals. When we pool our strength and share the work and responsibility, we can welcome many people, even those in deep distress, and perhaps help them find self-confidence and inner healing."

Protester: 'We're not leaving' Ottawa demo site

192,588 views Feb 20, 2022 #Ottawa #demonstration #Canada (15 Feb 2022)

Protesters outside the Canadian parliament buildings in Ottawa appeared entrenched on Tuesday, a day after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau invoked extraordinary emergency powers to try to end the occupation in Ottawa and elsewhere around the country. The government will be able to ban blockades at border crossings, airports and in Ottawa; freeze truckers' personal and corporate bank accounts and suspend their licenses; and target crowd-funding sites that are being used to support the blockades. It also can force tow trucks to move the big rigs out of intersections and neighborhoods. Up to now, some towing companies have been reluctant to cooperate because of their support for the truckers or fears of violence. The protesters around the country are decrying vaccine mandates for truckers and other COVID-19 precautions and venting their anger toward Trudeau's Liberal government. Wayne Narvey said he took a leap of faith a week ago and drove his 30-year-old motor home from News Brunswick through a snowstorm to get to the capital. "They can take our bank accounts, they can freeze our assets, they can take the insurance off our vehicles," he said. "They can play all the games they want. We're not leaving."

2 Indigenous convoy protesters say they were victims of heavy-handed police response in Ottawa

Candice Sero was knocked over by a police horse, RCMP smashed windows of Wayne Narvey's motorhome

Three weeks after RCMP tactical officers smashed their way into his motorhome during an operation to clear the convoy protest around Parliament Hill, Wayne Narvey drove his patched-up vehicle through a winding country back road tailed by three Ontario Provincial Police SUVs.

Earlier that evening, March 3, the OPP ended plans by Narvey and a handful of others to set up a protest camp on a patch of federal government land near a small rural airport to continue what they call the "freedom movement" after it was pushed out of downtown Ottawa. Navery, and some of the other protesters there, had been part of the Ottawa protest against pandemic-related mandates and restrictions since it began.

"We have an hour to leave," Narvey was told by another demonstrator named Justin as OPP vehicles with flashing lights waited on the road.

Some of the windows in the motorhome were covered with black garbage bags and cold crept in through a door that couldn't shut because of a broken latch. The group piled what they could — a wheelbarrow, propane tanks — into the back of a pickup truck and in Narvey's motorhome and left, with the OPP keeping pace in the distance.

Narvey, 34, from Esgenoopetitj First Nation, a Mi'kmaq community in New Brunswick, was arrested by RCMP tactical officers at his motorhome on Feb. 18 and transferred to Ottawa police custody.

He was one of two Indigenous people involved in some of the most dramatic moments during the two-day police operation against the downtown Ottawa protest.

Women knocked down by police on horseback

The other, Candice Sero, 49, from Tyendinaga Mohawk territory, west of Napanee, Ont., is still recovering physically and emotionally after she was knocked to the ground by Toronto police officers on horseback on Feb. 19, according to her lawyer, Matthew Wolfson.

Candice Sero's lawyer says the Tyendinaga Mohawk woman is still feeling the physical and emotional impact after Toronto police horses knocked her to the ground on Feb. 18 during enforcement action against the convoy protest in Ottawa. (Brenda Potter/Facebook)

Sero declined to speak to CBC News despite repeated requests. The province's Special Investigations Unit, which investigates injury or death that occurs during police activity, is probing the incident.

Wolfson said Sero, who uses a walker, was not provided any medical assistance by police on the scene, but was instead told to immediately leave the area. Wolfson said Sero managed to make her way to a nearby business and a patron there called an ambulance for her.

"It has left her shaken. This is one of the sweetest women in the world," said Wolfson.

"Her heart is still there, but it's had an effect on her mind and her energy.… She is trying to get through day by day, but the mental toll is something that is still fresh."

Wolfson said he could not provide specific details of her injuries. He said she suffered injuries to the "upper right arm" area around her clavicle along with severe bruising.

According to her lawyer, Sero attended the protest because of the impact pandemic restrictions had on children.

WATCH | YouTube video captures moment Candice Sero was knocked over by a Toronto police horse:

Wolfson said his office has been in touch with the SIU about her case. He said they are also considering filing a complaint with the Office of the Independent Police Review Director and helping her assess the possibility of filing a civil claim.

"After being hurt physically there was a complete lack of attention to her on the part of the police on her well-being and an absence of care," said Wolfson, who is with David Anber's Law Office, a firm based out of Ottawa.

The firm has provided legal services to those involved with the truck convoy protest.

Arrested again

Narvey, 34, who was released by Ottawa police the same day of his Feb. 18 arrest, said he joined the convoy to raise awareness of unmarked residential school graves and missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls. He wanted to continue his campaign and joined with the remnants of the trucker protest after they left downtown Ottawa.

First he joined a protest camp on a farm in Arnprior, Ont., about 50 kilometres west of Ottawa. Then he tried to set up a new camp on vacant federal land until the OPP arrived and ordered Narvey and a small number of protesters to leave.

When they did, the OPP tailed him and two other vehicles — including one driven by a CBC News reporter — about 100 kilometres west of Ottawa, deep into Renfrew County, heading to the private residence of Narvey's friend, who offered him a place to park his motorhome for the night.

The OPP officers followed Narvey all the way to the edge of the private driveway. One officer said they were just there to make sure there were no issues. The three police SUVs then pulled away into the night.

In an emailed statement to CBC News, the OPP said it is keeping an eye on those involved in the Ottawa protests.

"The OPP is monitoring individuals who had been involved in the recent unlawful demonstrations in Ottawa to ensure there are no further breaches of the peace," said the statement.

Despite this brush with police, Narvey said he was still committed to continuing the fight.

"As we regroup we will come back bigger and stronger," said Narvey in an interview with CBC News after the OPP left.

But Narvey never got his chance to regroup. He was arrested by the OPP the next day after his friend drove him to the abandoned campsite to gather materials left behind the evening before in their rush to leave.

He was charged with two counts of mischief and two counts of obstructing a police officer and spent four nights in custody before he was released last Tuesday on a $3,000 bond.

Narvey, who has since returned home to New Brunswick, was already saddled with four charges — two counts of mischief, one count of obstruction of a police officer and one count of disobeying an order to leave under Ontario's state of emergency — from his Feb. 18 arrest.

"We have a lot of trials in our lives. Those make us stronger in the end," said Narvey before his March 3 arrest.

Narvey, a devout Christian, said he felt a calling to join the convoy protest. He said support from First Nation and non-First Nation communities poured in and he was able to gas up the motorhome and hit the road.

Missed daughter's birthday

Narvey said his father was a trucker who died at the age of 42, so he knew once he arrived in Ottawa he "would be looked after."

But it was tough being away from home, he said. He missed his nine-year-old daughter, Liberty's, birthday on Feb. 5.

Narvey said he knows better than most involved in the Ottawa protests how the Canadian state can treat its citizens.

His grandparents attended Shubenacadie residential school and his community was at the centre of the Burnt Church crisis from 1999 to 2001 over the treaty right to fish lobster.

Narvey recalls watching from shore as Department of Fisheries and Oceans vessels rammed the smaller Mi'kmaq boats and tried to swamp them with their wake.

"Looking back, it doesn't seem anything has changed. It seems we are still in that police state," he said.

Narvey, who is unvaccinated, said that as a First Nations person, he's always felt like a second-class citizen. With vaccine mandates, he said he felt like a fourth-class citizen.

"We are making history and we are making new beginnings," he said.

What happened when police tried to remove this convoy protester

Duration 1:39
Wayne Narvey took part in the convoy protest in Ottawa and refused to leave his motorhome as police tried to remove him after the Emergencies Act gave them the ability to arrest protesters who refused to leave certain areas of the capital. He filmed what happened.

Narvey said his experience witnessing state violence against the fishermen and his faith in God allowed him to keep cool as he live streamed tactical officers smash his motorhome's windows, pry open the door and toss in a canister with chemical irritant.

At one point, wearing a gas mask and shut inside the bathroom, he spoke into the camera.

"I am here for the murdered and missing Indigenous women, I am here for my daughter Liberty, I am here for her freedom," said Narvey into his phone's camera.

The live stream ended as tactical officers entered his motorhome. He told CBC News they broke down the bathroom door and an officer grabbed him by the neck and threw him down.

"My head hit off the stove, hit off the corner right there, the bench seat," said Narvey, as he described what happened to CBC News.

The RCMP said in an emailed statement it does not comment on "specific information related to operations and tactics." The statement said the RCMP operated under the "command" of the Ottawa police during protest enforcement in downtown Ottawa.

Narvey said he was diagnosed with a brain tumour five years ago that required him to undergo an emergency MRI if he ever suffered trauma to his head. He said Ottawa police took him to the Montfort Hospital for treatment but said he was denied a scan by the ER doctor who saw him.

The hospital said in a statement that it could not comment due to patient confidentiality.

Ottawa police also declined to comment.

Narvey is now home with his family. His next court dates for the two sets of charges are scheduled for March 17 and April 20.

The RCMP must admit that Section 300 also applies to Chucky's old
bloggging butt buddy Mr Baconfat as well N'esy Pas???

http://sunrayzulu.blogspot.ca/

Charles LeBlanc, Fredericton's bums, shale gas and Alberta taxpayers
There is a layabout in Fredericton, New Brunswick named Charles
LeBlanc. He has been on social assistance for decades, because he has
ADHD, he is a mental defective. He has a rather silly, inaccurate and
mis-spelled blog.

Mr. LeBlanc has an extensive criminal history, and is well known by
New Brunswick RCMP and the Fredericton Police Force. In fact in
Charle's blog he claims that Fredericton's Police, New Brunswick RCMP
and the Liberal Party of New Brunswick have attempted to kill him and
continue to try and do so, even now. Charles LeBlanc and his associate
David Raymond Amos also of Fredericton are banned from the New
Brunswick Legislature.

Here in Alberta people like Charles Leblanc work, they make a
contribution. Or they are forced to move to BC. These folks receive
assistance, support and encouragement, but they work. There is honour
and self esteem in work. But alas Charles LeBlanc pocesses none of
those things.

Last week-end there was a fire in Fredericton, a very old, historic
building that contained a cafe / bar, and an upstairs rear entranced
rooming house. Charles LeBlanc some years ago lived in this rooming
house. One night last week-end while Charles was drinking away his
social assisatnce cheque and taking his meds for ADHD, the rooming
house and bar burnt to the ground.

He was walking home and he happened upon the fire while intoxicated,
and was appearantly"overwhelmed" by both the fire burning his former
abode, but also by the "plight" of the twenty-seven(?) roomers all on
social assistance and substance abusers. These "people" Charles
reported are "freaked out", have lost everything they owned, which
reportedly is nothing at all.

The City of Fredericton's police, fire and social workers all
responded magnificently. The bums were all housed in a well known
local motel, indeed well looked after. In fact, the fire that was in
the early hours of Sunday morning, by Tuesday and Wednesday cheques
were both cut and issued to the indigents who roomed in the building
that burned.

Local special interest or activist groups were looking for longterm
housing for the bums as is quite right, afterall that is their job and
responsiblity. So now is the race is on, for these NGOs to get these
folks situated with housing before they spend all their money on booze
and drugs.

Now our "friend" Charles waxes poetic, and pontificates about the need
to keep the folks from the booze and drugs on his blog. But Charles
cheats the taxpayers of New Brunswick and Canada by using the money
allocated for him to have food, to drink and do dope, to frequent the
bars

Our "pal" Charles hits every soup kitchen, community dinner daily, and
hit functions he not invited to, to cadge a free meal. Mr. LeBlanc was
availing himself of the food, meals and ammenities being offered to
the fire victims. Its a "great gig if you can get it!"

New Brunswick and five other Canadian Provinces can not, and do not
pay for all of their own government programmes, or social services.
That is why Canada  has the 15.7 billion dollar (last year)
"equalization programme." New Brunswick's Premier David Alward went to
Ottawa last year to beg Prime Minister Harper NOT to reform the
"equalization programme" nor decrease New Brunswick's access to the
trough.

As of this week the Stephan Harper government has announced studies
have been made with an eye to "make substancial changes to the 15.4
billion dollar federal equalization programme, that could dramatically
effect the transfers sent to the provinces and their ability to pay
for programmes and services."

I guess the taxpayers of Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland
and Labrador are tired of paying for folks like Charles LeBlanc's
"little scam," he calls a life.

But this goes farther with New Brunswick. The economic "game changer"
is Shale Gas. A number of New Brunswickers are "concerned" about the
"unknown effects" of Shale Gas on their enivironment. But these same
people do NOT care if their society, and government continue to be
supported by the taxpayers of four provinces in Canada.

Many New Brunswickers and Charles Leblanc are "happy warriors"
fighting to keep themselves and New Brunswick as the "ultimate welfare
state."

So what just what is the difference betwixt the addicts, and drunks
that lost their government paid rooming house abodes by fire....And
the welfare province of New Brunswick trying to maintain their
position at the welfare equalization trough, by not developing Shale
Gas?

Both these groups of parasites behave just like Charles LeBlanc.

The apple does not fall too far from the tree.
