Thanx for defending me in chucky's blog.
And Thanx for blogging about my false imprisoment once again but this time it was the corrupt smiling bastards in my native land that did it to me. Why not call the number and find out Charles? You may not be a 'fan', but you two have a lot in common. There was a post at Spinks last night that could be him, it was posted anonymously, but he's the only guy who calls people 'boy'.
You are always offering conspiracy stories about people out to get you, his actually make even more sense as he keeps evidence and talks about using the court system-even runs for parliament. By that token he's more 'dangerous' than you, and doesn't have a popular blog to keep him in the limelight enough to protect him.

The media is certainly not going to cover it, you are far better known and like you say, the media wouldn't cover your arrest at all. Fighting for people's rights is never 'done'. There are some people who did work for residential tenants acts and about YOUR ban. Ironically Mr. Amos' last blog was a link to www.charlesin thehouse.com asking why YOU got all the attention.
I seem to recall lots of blogs with pictures about the clown who was banned, but maybe past posters are right, and its only people who are nice to you that get any attention. Let's just hope people don't have the same attitude if it does happen that YOU get arrested. Whether you like somebody or not is irrelevant.
I don't know what Mr. Amos' story is and have never been able to follow it, but we certainly know from Charles' treatment and Bonnie O'dea's case that just about anything is possible.

Charles, don't mean to be contrary but virtually everything you've said about him has been said numerous times HERE about YOU. On numerous issues people have posted saying 'you just can't reason with the guy'. I don't particularly like being called 'mikey boy' and was often a target of Mr. Amos' criticism myself.
And like I said, if YOU were arrested there are lots who would say exactly the same thing as the above-'he needs help, I hope he gets it' and then move on.
The issue is not the PERSON, in order to raise the ire of lawyers, police, etc., you HAVE to be a bit of a malcontent. Most of us would just cry in our coffee and try to move on. The only reason Mr. Amos (and you I dare say) continue to tilt at windmills is BECAUSE you are belligerent, somewhat cantankerous SOB's.
I've heard Mr. Amos' called crazy, but then I've also heard YOU called crazy by a lot more people. We don't know the issue behind this, perhaps he IS crazy and maybe he was throwing rocks through people's windows.
You SHOULD blame the media, how many people tell YOU that they don't blame the media for ignoring all your letters? It's not pleasant is it? All it takes is a phone call to the DECH or the police station. Can you honestly say that if you get hauled away you wouldn't want people to put at least SOME effort into helping you? Will people just be going over to Spinks blog and saying 'well, he didn't give a rats ass about David Amos so why should we care about him?' I seem to recall a lot of effort in talking to Bonnie O'dea-was it just because she was nice to you and Mr. Amos wasn't? It is simply NOT TRUE, as Mikel suggests, that a person can be commited to a mental health facility on the basis of a phone call to hospital or police. That may have been true in 1950, but not today! If Mr. Amos has been hospitalized, it's on the basis of reliable evidence.
btw, I've had dealings with Mr. Amos. Plus i am always on the move and could access my blog anywhere to copy and paste and forward an email rather than rely on the integrity of email provider the blogs were a doublecheck. Plus if ya google just an email address you may stumble across some interesting reading about the person you are seeking.
I tell you this now because I am quiting emailing and blogging soon and going on with what left of the rest of my life.
That said I just had to give Garthy Baby Turner a little kick in the arse as he exits stage left from the building on the Hill in Upper Canada that he entered into from the right wing. That big talking little bastard who yaps on and on about big money knew who I was when we were both running in the election of the 39th Parliament. He and his staff have done nothing but laugh at me on the phone (I called him many times)and deleted all my comments in his blog as I tried to bust him in front of his friends. He really pissed me off when he expounded about the virtues of being an ethical Independent and buddied up with my enemy the very nasty french man Andre Arthur (Richard Côté should have listened to me if Ducceppe had let him that is) Then when he crossed the floor and joined the crooks on the other side after his little deal he was cooking with Dizzy Lizzy may fell through. That took the cake and everybody knew he was a monumental scumbag.
Since he brags that he won't be back for a couple of weeks maybe some folks will read my two bits worth this time around and I can turn the worm on that smiling Upper Canadian bastard.
I inserted two comments ahead of mine in the email to the little Neo Can lawyer Rob Moore and others because he said exactly the same words to me in front of Stevey Boy Harper and the RCMP on June 19th, 2004 as I was running against him. I wonder if he will remember them and the time he said them. I remind him of them now and then. they were as follows:

A longtime lecturer at the University of New Brunswick Saint
John who was passed over for a job interview has filed a human rights
complaint against the university.
Timothy Christie, who is black, filed a formal complaint with the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission alleging discrimination based on race and colour.
Christie said he decided to file the complaint after he wasn't shortlisted for an interview for an eight-month contract position teaching philosophy at the Saint John campus.
Christie has a PhD in philosophy and a master's degree in health sciences and is the regional director responsible for ethics services for Horizon Health.
He is also an adjunct professor at Dalhousie Medical School and is a former Saint John Police commissioner.
"I was one of the most qualified, if not the most qualified person who applied for that job," Christie said in an interview.
"And the dean accepted an appointment of someone who wasn't as qualified as me and the vice-president endorsed that."
The New Brunswick native said he won a competition for the same term position in 2016.
University officials could not be interviewed about the allegation he was passed over this time because he's black.
Christie said that had his application reached the interview stage, the assessment committee would have been obliged to give him, as a minority, a hiring preference in keeping with the university's employment equity policy.
That, he suspects, is why he was passed over for an interview.

"I've worked with these people for years, so the people I've worked with are the people I'm accusing of racism."
Christie said he filed his complaint because he wants the university to review its hiring process "from beginning to end."
He said the assessment committee works in private, and there is little oversight of the process by the dean or vice-president when it comes to human rights issues.
Without naming him in the interview Christie described the winning candidate as a "fantastic guy."
University sources later confirmed the new professor is Timo Helenius.
A November article in the student newspaper, the Baron, said Helenius got his doctorate in philosophy at Boston College in 2013 and has taught courses at Boston College and Mount Ida College and led a reading seminar at Brown University.
CBC tried to talk to the three individuals named in the complaint.
Inquiries were referred to David Stonehouse, senior manager for media relations with UNB, who said the institution cannot comment on personnel issues.
CBC News also sought comment from UNB's office of human rights and positive environment but did not receive a reply.
In 1988, the university signed a certificate committing itself to employment equity.
The university "made a special commitment to help advance specific groups which, in the past, have been disadvantaged in employment," UNB says on its website. "These groups are: women, aboriginal people, persons with disabilities and members of visible minorities.
"The University is taking special measures to increase the
representation of these groups where there are inequities in its
workforce."
CBC was unable to reach Sue Blair of the Association of University of New Brunswick Teachers, the union representing full and part-time professors at UNB.
The collective agreement governing contract employees at the university includes a section on employment equity that commits both the union and university to equal opportunity and ensuring there isn't systemic discrimination.
A spokesperson for the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission says the organization does not confirm or speak about individual complaints. He said it can take between 12 and 18 months for a case to move through the entire process.

The Conservatives have strong roots in the southern New Brunswick riding — this area has given its support to the Conservatives in every election for the past century, save for 1993, when Liberal Paul Zed won office.
In 2011, Conservative incumbent Rob Moore captured nearly 60 per cent of the vote.
Moore said he hopes the party's record, with its focus on the economy and direct benefits to people, will earn him another term in office.

But, he said, he has also delivered on bringing federal cash to his ridinng.
Moore says the biggest question he's heard at the door is how the next government will move the regions's economy forward.
He says the answer lies in TransCanada Corp.'s proposed Energy East pipeline.
"The [Irving Oil] refinery is employing many people in our region, there's a lot of spinoff benefits, and if we can bring that resource from Alberta to New Brunswick to be refined and sold from our port, that is a great economic opportunity," said Moore.
Liberals focus on seniors, middle class

Liberal candidate Alaina Lockhart said she is trying to appeal her campaign to the middle class.
"That's the majority of Fundy Royal," said Lockhart, who has owned Lockhart's Weddings and Special Occasions Inc. since 2004.
"People working everyday to make ends meet and the fact that we have a national campaign focused on strengthening the middle class to put more money in their pockets to then stimulate the economy, I'm encouraged by that," she said.
Lockhart says her party's focus on seniors through initiatives like affordable housing, strengthening the Canada Pension Plan and guaranteed income supplement would benefit the region.
"They worked hard their whole lives and we need to make sure they have secure retirements," she said.
Hopeful for change
NDP candidate Jennifer McKenzie says she's sensing an eagerness for change in the large riding.
McKenzie, an electrical engineer living in St. Martins, threw her name in after becoming "discouraged and disillusioned by the current government."

The region has lost a lot of its youth because of the Harper government's lack of focus on the economy, she said.
" be part of the economy and have jobs," she asid.
"The current government's focus on the prairie provinces in the oil and gas industry left New Brunswick and the Atlantic provinces neglected, and we actually had a three year recession here."
McKenzie says the NDP's focus on small business would better serve the area's economy.
"Our agricultural industry should be flourishing, we have to make sure we protect the family farm, there's fishing, forestry, I'm proud of our tourism initiatives, so much is a good fit to the NDP," she said.
Lost youth

Stephanie Coburn, the Green Party candidate for Fundy Royal, says the promise of 14,000 direct and indirect full-time jobs across Canada is "hugely exaggerated."
"The pipeline is a bad idea for people locally and we heard about the pipeline spills in northern Alberta and Michigan, and that ... oil they hope to bring in through the pipeline is impossible to cleanup," Coburn said.
"It's a bad idea nationally because it's all going to be exported … And it's going to contribute so much to the greenhouse gases we're trying to avoid to the globe, and exacerbate global warming terribly."
Coburn says she has heard encouragement for her party at the door, a big turnaround from when she first stepped into the political arena in 2010.
"Now I feel I'm finally not talking into the wind as I have been a long time about environmental issues," said Coburn.
"People are aware of the environmental problems we experience, and we're going to experience if we don't make some changes. That's a positive change from when I first ran."
Fundy Royal contains parts of the counties of Albert, Kings, Queens, Saint John and Westmorland and includes St. Martins, Salisbury, Sussex and Petitcodiac, as well as part of Quispamsis.

A New Brunswick man is vying to lead the Pirate Party, one of Canada’s newest political parties.
James Wilson has served as interim leader since the fall and wants to take the post permanently.
Wilson plans to run for the party in New Brunswick’s Fundy-Royal riding during the next election. He’s one of six candidates the party says it has to run in 2015.
The Pirate Party, like other similarly named groups around the world, wants to loosen copyright laws so that digital music, movies and other content can be shared for free more easily.
"Companies had labelled people who infringe on copyright as pirates, and we figured since we were going to reform copyright law, we were going to get called pirates anyway, so we were going to adopt the term and make it our own,” Wilson said.
The party also favours stricter online privacy and better access to broadband internet.
Digital content expert David Shipley said hanging a party largely around online issues may not reap success on the ballots.
"How much people decide where they're going to place their vote based on their entertainment preferences, I'm not sure,” he said.
Shipley works as an analyst at the University of New Brunswick's Information Technology Services department.
The party says it is developing a “more comprehensive” platform.
Wilson became interim leader in October. At the time, he wrote that he lives in Alberta, but is from New Brunswick.
“I never aspired to be the leader of the party. I let my nomination stand during the last leadership election due to worries there were not enough candidates running rather than any great desire to lead,” he wrote at the time.
The party hopes to have the new leader in place by 2015. The party was established in 2009.

Mr. David Amos (As an Individual):
Mr. Chair, I ran for public office five times against your party.
That said, I ran against Mr. DeCourcey's boss right here in
Fredericton in the election for the 39th Parliament.
I was not aware of this committee meeting in Fredericton today until
I heard Mr. DeCourcey speaking on CBC this morning. I don't pretend
to know something I don't, but I'm a quick study. I thought I
had paid my dues to sit on the panel. I notified the clerks in a
timely fashion, but I received no response. At least I get another
minute and a half.
The previous speaker answered the $64,000 question: 338. I can name
every premier in the country. Governor Maggie Hassan is my governor
in New Hampshire. The people there who sit in the house get paid $100
a year plus per diem expenses. I think that's the way to run a
government. There are lots of seats in the house for a very small
state.
My understanding of this hearing is that you have to report to Mr.
Trudeau by December 1, because he said during the election that if he
were elected Prime Minister, the 42nd Parliament, which I also ran in,
would be the last first-past-the-post election. You don't have much
time, so my suggestion to the clerks today, which I published and sent
to the Prime Minister of Iceland and his Attorney General, was to do
what Iceland does. Just cut and paste their rules. They have no first
past the post. They have a pending election.

A former friend of mine, Birgitta Jónsdóttir, founded a
party there, for which there is no leader. It is the Pirate Party.
It's high in the polls right now with no leader. That's interesting. I
tweeted this. You folks said that you follow tweets, so you should
have seen what I tweeted before I came here this evening.
That said, as a Canadian, I propose something else. Number
one, my understanding of the Constitution and what I read about
law.... There was a constitutional expert named Edgar Schmidt who sued
the government. He was the man who was supposed to vet bills for Peter
MacKay to make sure they were constitutionally correct. He did not
argue the charter. He argued Mr. Diefenbaker's Bill of Rights.
In 2002 I read a document filed by a former deputy minister
of finance, Kevin Lynch, who later became Mr. Harper's clerk of the
Privy Council. Now he's on an independent board of the Chinese oil
company that bought Nexen. As deputy minister of finance, he reported
to the American Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of the
corporation known as Canada. It is a very interesting document that I
saved and forwarded to you folks. It says that he was in a quandary
about whether the charter was in effect.

According to Mr. Lynch, because of the failure of the Meech Lake and
Charlottetown accords, he was in a quandary as to whether the charter
was in effect. I know that the Supreme Court argues it on a daily
basis. That charter, created by Mr. Trudeau and Mr. Chrétien, his
attorney general at the time, gave me the right to run for public
office and vote as a Canadian citizen. However, in the 1990s, Mr.
Chrétien came out with a law, and because I am a permanent American
resident, I can't vote. Yet the charter says I can.
The Chair:
That's a—
Mr. David Amos:
That said, that's been argued in court. In 2000, Mr. Chrétien came out
with a law that said I couldn't vote. Right? He also took away my
social insurance number.
The Chair:
I don't know about the case—
Mr. David Amos:
No, he did.

I did prove, after I argued with Elections Canada's lawyers in
2004.... You might have taken away my right to vote, but you can't
stop me from running for public office, and I proved it five times.

—does that experience provide you with a particular insight on the
voting systems we're looking at?

In Mr. Trudeau's words, he has to come up with a plan and no more
