Scammers have even attached fake "IRS" letters to e-mails to make it look genuine--it isn't.

BTW Right after I talked to you I got several calls from (954) 605-1858. He was
some very secretive Yankee agent who claimed to work with you and only
wished to know where I am right now. I told him he could be the King
of Siam calling from an anonymous number wanting to know my private
information etc and I woud be damned if I would tell him anything.
Someone kept interupting his calls but he kept calling back. However I
knew for certain he was a Yankee Fed when he did admit that I had had
a conversation with Gregory Kutz (202) 622-5089 and that dude
obviously works with J. Russell George the Inspector General for Tax
Administration not the US Treasury Dept. They are supposed to be
independent of you Correct?
Just before I clicked send on this email I got a call back from James
Jackson Assistant Inspector General for Investigations - Cyber,
Operations and Investigative Support Directorate (202) 927-7160 I
tried hard to explain things to him directly related to his job
discription but he didn't want to hear it so I got frustrated the
Yankee Fed and ended the call.
It appeared to me that Mr Jackson realized I was talking about things

"It comes from an agency that Congress created in 1999 to provide
independent oversight of the I.R.S. In organizational terms, the
Inspector General for Tax Administration comes under the ambit of the
Treasury Department. But it is independent of the Department and all
other agencies located therein. Since 2004, it has been headed by J.
Russell George, a native of Brooklyn and a former prosecutor in
Queens, who was appointed by President George W. Bush. The lead author
of the report, Gregory D. Kutz, is a career public servant and
forensic auditor who used to work for the Government Accountability
Office, the investigative arm of Congress."

At the first congressional hearing into the IRS scandal, J. Russell George,
the Treasury inspector-general for tax administration, told members of the
House Ways and Means Committee that he informed the Treasury's general
counsel of his investigation on June 4 and deputy secretary Neal Wolin
"shortly thereafter." The new information came as part of a routine briefing
of the investigations that the inspector-general would be conducting in the
coming year, and he did not tell the officials of his conclusions that the
targeting had been improper, he said.
It remained unclear how much the disclosure would affect the broader debate
over the IRS's problems. Complaints from Tea Party groups that the IRS was
singling them out became public in 2012 through media accounts.
Still, Mr. George's testimony will most likely fuel efforts by congressional
Republicans to show that Obama administration officials knew of efforts to
single out conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status for additional
scrutiny, but did not reveal that knowledge during President Barack Obama's
re-election campaign.
Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, who joined the Republican ticket as the
vice-presidential candidate later in the year, said, "That raises a big
question."
"This appears to be just the latest example of a culture of cover-ups - and
political intimidation - in this administration," said Rep. Dave Camp of
Michigan, the House Ways and Means chairman.
Steven T. Miller, the acting IRS commissioner who has resigned, called the
agency's actions "obnoxious," but told the House Ways and Means Committee
they were not motivated by partisanship.
He called the group's centralization of applications from groups with names
that included the words "Tea Party" or "patriots" simply "foolish mistakes"
that "were made by people trying to be more efficient in their workload
selection."
With two additional hearings already scheduled for next week, it is clear
the focus of congressional inquires will extend well beyond the selection of
conservative groups for special scrutiny of their tax-exemption
applications.
J. Russell George Biography
Following his nomination by President George W. Bush, the United States
Senate confirmed J. Russell George in November 2004, as the Treasury
Inspector General for Tax Administration. Prior to assuming this role, Mr.
George served as the Inspector General of the Corporation for National and
Community Service, having been nominated to that position by President Bush
and confirmed by the Senate in 2002.
A native of New York City, where he attended public schools, including
Brooklyn Technical High School, Mr. George received his Bachelor of Arts
degree from Howard University in Washington, DC, and his Doctorate of
Jurisprudence from Harvard University's School of Law in Cambridge, MA.
After receiving his law degree, he returned to New York and served as a
prosecutor in the Queens County District Attorney's Office.
Following his work as a prosecutor, Mr. George joined the Counsel's Office
in the White House Office of Management and Budget where he was Assistant
General Counsel. In that capacity, he provided legal guidance on issues
concerning presidential and executive branch authority. He was next invited
to join the White House Staff as the Associate Director for Policy in the
Office of National Service. It was there that he implemented the legislation
establishing the Commission for National and Community Service, the
precursor to the Corporation for National and Community Service. He then
returned to New York and practiced law at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis, Nessen,
Kamin & Frankel.
In 1995, Mr. George returned to Washington and joined the staff of the
Committee on Government Reform and Oversight and served as the Staff
Director and Chief Counsel of the Government Management, Information and
Technology subcommittee (later renamed the Subcommittee on Government
Efficiency, Financial Management and Intergovernmental Relations), chaired
by Representative Stephen Horn. There he directed a staff that conducted
over 200 hearings on legislative and oversight issues pertaining to Federal
Government management practices, including procurement policies, the
disposition of government-controlled information, the performance of chief
financial officers and inspectors general, and the Government's use of
technology. He continued in that position until his appointment by President
Bush in 2002.

After breaking the icecap on my name in the media yesterday I am
speaking again today on Dr Bill Deagle's radio show on GCN. My
intention today as I speak again on Dr Bill's show is to try to expose
my knowledge of what Barack Obama and his cohorts knew about my
concerns beginning back in 2004 long BEFORE he was elected Senator and
how he quite likely used the material I sent him byway of his
assistant Peter Coffey to become the keynote Speaker at the Democrat's
convention in July of 2004 that gave rise to his popularity with the
malevolent assistance of Howard Dean and many others. Perhaps you
should tune in to the alternate media for your source of true info.
On a personal level in the strange world of coincidences it was a
Yankee Judge named Coffey who was my neighbor in Milton MA (the town
where George H. W. Bush was born) that became involved in my false
imprisonment in Boston in October of 2004 based on an unsigned illegal
criminal complaint in a court with no jurisdiction to even atempt to
hear such a matter in the first place. More importantly Dennis
Kucinich knew everything a year before that happened when he was
running for the presidentil nonination in 2003 and 2004. Just before
my phone line was cut in Milton MA I called Kucinich office they
acknowledge hhis response to me in 2003 but denied knowing what I sent
his lawyer lady friend at the time. When invited him to come to court

pled guilty so quickly and yet another cover up involing my actions
was under full steam. Everybody knows that.the US Government has been
trying to keep my concerns about the rampant public corruption a
secret for well over seven long years. However now that a lot of
poeple and their countries in general are losing a lot of money people
are beginning to remember just exactly who I am and what i did
beginning over seven years ago..

An update on the process for selecting the new Commissioner of the
Royal Canadian Mounted Police
OTTAWA, June 29, 2017 /CNW/ - The most important
responsibility of any government is to ensure the safety and security
of its citizens. In Canada, under the leadership of its Commissioner,
the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) plays a central role in
helping the Government fulfill this responsibility.
Today, the Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and
Emergency Preparedness, provided an update on the process underway to
select a new RCMP Commissioner. Mr. Frank McKenna will chair the
Selection Committee responsible for developing and recommending a list
of highly qualified candidates for the Minister's consideration, and
based upon which he will make his recommendation to the Prime
Minister. The full list of Committee members and their Terms of
Reference will be announced shortly.
A Notice of Appointment Opportunity will be posted in the coming
weeks. Applications will be reviewed and highly qualified applicants
who best meet the selection criteria will be invited to an interview
and further assessments. These candidates will need to advance the
government's critical priorities of a nation-to-nation reconciliation
process with Indigenous peoples, its commitment to gender equity,
supporting employees suffering from mental health-related illness,
addressing harassment in the workplace, and protecting Canadians'
civil liberties.
The Government of Canada intends to move promptly in announcing the
name of the new Commissioner. In the interim, Deputy Commissioner
Daniel Dubeau will assume the role of Acting Commissioner, in
accordance with Section 15 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act.
Commissioner Bob Paulson will officially retire from the RCMP on June
30, after more than 30 years of service and dedication. Over the
course of his tenure, Commissioner Paulson made significant
contributions, including: advocating for a modernized RCMP; taking
steps to better protect first responders and Canadians by prioritizing
the national roll-out of naloxone kits for use on police and citizens

and Passport and Commercial Crime Sections arrested Ahmad EL-AKHAL,
age 62 of L'ile-Bizard, Quebec, Tahani Mohamad Hassan EL-AKHAL, age
53, and Hussam Hassan Ali SAIF, age 44 of Mississauga, Ontario, as a
result of an investigation referred to the RCMP by Citizenship and
Immigration Canada and the Canada Revenue Agency.
The RCMP alleges that several hundred foreign nationals not residing
in Canada used fraudulent means to obtain Canadian Citizenship and
Canadian travel documents. In addition, it is alleged that false
Income Tax returns were filed for individuals, allowing them to
receive improperly benefits and tax refunds from the Canada Revenue
Agency of approximately $500,000.
Ahmad EL-AKHAL faces a total of 58 charges, comprising Citizenship Act
offences of aiding or abetting the making of a false representation,
fraud, concealing material circumstances, Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act offence of counseling misrepresentation, which could
induce an error in the administration of the Act, as well as the
Criminal Code offences of forgery, uttering a forged document, fraud,
conspiracy, and possession of proceeds obtained by crime
Hussam Hassan Ali SAIF faces 3 charges under the Citizenship Act for
the offence of aiding or abetting the making of a false
representation, fraud, concealing material circumstances and 1 charge
under the Criminal Code for conspiracy.
Tahani Mohamad Hassan EL-AKHAL is charged jointly with Ahmad EL-AKHAL
for possession of proceeds obtained by crime in the amount of $155,000
under the Criminal Code.
The three will appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of
Justice, 7755 Hurontario Street, Brampton on January 7th, 2011.

(Delivered orally from the Bench in Fredericton, New Brunswick, on
December 14, 2015)
The Plaintiff seeks an appeal de novo, by way of motion pursuant to
the Federal Courts Rules (SOR/98-106), from an Order made on November
12, 2015, in which Prothonotary Morneau struck the Statement of Claim
in its entirety.
At the outset of the hearing, the Plaintiff brought to my attention a
letter dated September 10, 2004, which he sent to me, in my then
capacity as Past President of the New Brunswick Branch of the Canadian
Bar Association, and the then President of the Branch, Kathleen Quigg,
(now a Justice of the New Brunswick Court of Appeal). In that letter
he stated:
As for your past President, Mr. Bell, may I suggest that you check the
work of Frank McKenna before I sue your entire law firm including you.
You are your brother’s keeper.
Frank McKenna is the former Premier of New Brunswick and a former
colleague of mine at the law firm of McInnes Cooper. In addition to
expressing an intention to sue me, the Plaintiff refers to a number of
people in his Motion Record who he appears to contend may be witnesses
or potential parties to be added. Those individuals who are known to
me personally, include, but are not limited to the former Prime
Minister of Canada, The Right Honourable Stephen Harper; former
Attorney General of Canada and now a Justice of the Manitoba Court of
Queen’s Bench, Vic Toews; former member of Parliament Rob Moore;
former Director of Policing Services, the late Grant Garneau; former
Chief of the Fredericton Police Force, Barry McKnight; former Staff
Sergeant Danny Copp; my former colleagues on the New Brunswick Court
of Appeal, Justices Bradley V. Green and Kathleen Quigg, and, retired
Assistant Commissioner Wayne Lang of the Royal Canadian Mounted
Police.
In the circumstances, given the threat in 2004 to sue me in my
personal capacity and my past and present relationship with many
potential witnesses and/or potential parties to the litigation, I am
of the view there would be a reasonable apprehension of bias should I
hear this motion. See Justice de Grandpré’s dissenting judgment in
Committee for Justice and Liberty et al v National Energy Board et al,
[1978] 1 SCR 369 at p 394 for the applicable test regarding
allegations of bias. In the circumstances, although neither party has
requested I recuse myself, I consider it appropriate that I do so.
AS A RESULT OF MY RECUSAL, THIS COURT ORDERS that the Administrator of
the Court schedule another date for the hearing of the motion. There
is no order as to costs.

As your attachment sent today refers from Premier Graham, our position
is clear on your dead calf issue: Our forensic labs do not process
testing on animals in cases such as yours, they are referred to the
Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown who can provide these
services. If you do not choose to utilize their expertise in this
instance, then that is your decision and nothing more can be done.
As for your other concerns regarding the US Government, false
imprisonment and Federal Court Dates in the US, etc... it is clear
that Federal authorities are aware of your concerns both in Canada
the US. These issues do not fall into the purvue of Detachment
and policing in Petitcodiac, NB.
It was indeed an interesting and informative conversation we had on
December 23rd, and I wish you well in all of your future endeavors.
